Another pump and dump exercise??? I do not see any news for the past 2 weeks.. $Toro Corp(TORO)$

Is there any explanation for this sudden pump and dump with 23+ million shares traded with no news in for the past 2 weeks..??

It appears there are 104,283,002 shares outstanding. Also looks like their was a guarantee provision that the warrants would be worth at minimum $2.50 by this week. So I would expect this to drop but who knows. I mean greek shipping company?? I'd say pump and dump but what do I know..
