One thing about longs is they are their own worst enemies. You close your eyes and aimlessly hold as a stock continues to slide or move sideways. Yes, Natural Gas has a great future, but that’s the future, not today. There is a TON of Natural Gas out there right now. These buyers want the best price, they aren’t stupid. Until we burn up some of this gas it’s going to be on sale at bargain basement prices. This is my prediction for the day. Buy on rumor (price goes up), 10:30 numbers come out and the the price goes down (sell on news). The trade is buy KOLD pre and sell mid day after the spike higher. Maybe watch for a BOIL bounce midday and then close all positions before the close.
