    Manulife I fear they are nearing the max gearing point of 50%. they will need to raise funds or sell assets both r not gonna help the already discounted share price.

      Prime like I mentioned earlier in one of the postings have good quality locations and better managed borrowings. here is a recent article more recent which strengthens my observations.
