🔋🚘TSLA skyrocketed again on 9/2 (Thu), pulling off a stunning 6-week rally🚀🚀🚀🌕Its shares were up more than 6% at one point before closing up 3% at $207.32, marking a 104% gain from their 6 Jan intraday low of $101.81.Shares of 🔋🚘 are experiencing an unprecedented surge in demand due to:

(1) Easing concerns about future Fed rate hikes🥳

(2) Favourable Q4 2022 earnings🥳🥳

(3) Signs of rebounding demand for EVs due to price cuts✂️ & Biden administration announcing expanded tax credits for EVs🥳🥳🥳

(4)🔋🚘 supporters are excited & fired up for the 1 March Investor Day❣️

➡️ Musk is set to lay out his “Master Plan 3” for the company, which will focus on increasing the capacity of the supply line & overall increase the production of new vehicles.

(5) The National Transportation Safety Board has concluded an investigation into a fatal 🔋🚘 crash that occurred in Spring, Texas in 2021 ➡️ They found no evidence the company's driver assistance system, which is marketed as Tesla Autopilot, was in use at the time of the crash, clearing the name of Tesla Autopilot🥳🥳🥳

(6) Musk & 🔋🚘 have been cleared of wrongdoing in a lawsuit over a pair of tweets from Musk that investors say cost them billions of dollars.

➡️ Musk had tweeted that he planned to take the 🔋🚘 at $420 a share, & had “funding secured” to do so. The posts triggered stocks to surge over a 10-day period before falling back after Musk abandoned the deal, investors argued.

➡️ After a 3-week trial, a jury in San Francisco ruled on 3/10 (Fri) that Musk had not deceived investors with 2 tweets posted in Aug 2018 about a 🔋🚘 buyout that never happened.
