πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ $DJIA(.DJI)$ DJIA is now at 32,816.92 points,. It had its worst performance in 5 months since September 2023. It fell by 336 points, or 1%. 

The blue-chip $DJIA(.DJI)$ is now negative for the year, losing 3.34% so far. The  $DJIA(.DJI)$ also had the four straight weekly decline.

Volume of stocks changed hands was 1.31 billion shares, compared with ghe 1253 billion average for the full session over the last 20 trading days. 

What's next?

The Federal Reserve's strategy of keeping monetary policy tight for longer than anticipated will continue to weigh upon the market.  

The market will continue to be very volatile. Technical analysis shows the market has entered downward trend. It is now below the 50-day EMA, and alsobelow the 200-Day EMA. 

How to invest now?

1. Do your fundamental analysis of the stocks you plan to buy. 

2. Reassess your risk appetite. 

3. Take a long term approach.

4. Buy dividend stocks.

5. Diversity portfolio.
