How to deal with market noise?

In the past, I used to have this feeling of "Fear of Missing Out (FOMO)!" - oh no, I didn't buy this stock and it's going up now! Why didn't I buy it earlier? I'm not sure if anyone experienced this before, but I sure did.

People love to compare their houses, cars, bonuses etc. It's like our intrinsic behavior to try and outperform others. For me, I don't like to compare with other people - set clear goals for yourself (what is your target annualized return). Do your own due diligence and research to get a consolidated list of good stocks and your ideal entry price for these long-term investment. Of course diversification is important to mitigate your portfolio risk profile.

So how do I determine a good entry price?? The $Tiger Brokers(TIGR)$  app's position cost can be a very good tool to gauge your entry price for beginners! I would say that most Tiger brothers and sisters here are very savvy investors, I'm sure you got a good deal as long as your cost is lower than the average price for that particular stock/ETF.

Those who would like to do some short-term swing trades, can follow those savvy investors who are constantly winning the weekly top predictions and use their predictions as reference (do note that it's risky if you don't perform your own analysis and follow blindly).

To sum up, don't have FOMO. Create your own list of good stocks and only buy at your desired entry price. The market will always move up and down, try and buy some when it's going down. Good luck to all Tiger brothers and sisters here!!
