My love for soccer started in 1986 World Cup when Argentina was talk of the town. The young me then watch Maradona dance with the ball on the pitch, Waze effortlessly through opposition defense like slicing butter. I was hooked onto the skill he had. I can't play ball for nuts though. What followed on was the English League after the World Cup fever.

1990 was when I had a 'favorite' World Cup country . West Germany 🇩🇪 was it. I had their jersey.

1991-1992 a certain Cantona came to the limelight at Manchester United FC. I became a Man united fan since then.

2022 World Cup is not normal. It is played inNovember. Never has it happened. Qatar won the rights through much controversy.

Sepp Blatter admitted he was wrong to let Qatar host.

Would we have a extraordinarily exciting World Cup? We will see.

This year, I root with the England Team.

This group of English might surprise many.
