I share some True Life Events with all. [Serious] ... just noticed this icon cant work. [LOL]  I think Tigr dont wan people to get too serious. [NosePick] 

My A&E events below ... one event went into ICU and back from the dead. [Surprised] 

i had reported 2 incidents and another incident in community. 

The 2 incidents were due to apps update and caused some issues.

Incident 1 - abt 6 mths ago . Apps crashes every time I tried to open portfolio. Panic,  stressed , Lau Sai [OMG] ... cant buy cant sell cant withdraw cant add ... burnt 3 joystick pray pray .. 

Called helpdesk within the same day and a young man gave me a link to rollback. [Like]

Incident 2 -Recent update changed the Costing method and % in P/L went missing. Called Helpdesk and Iris Leong replied quickly. Problem resolved. Great job to Iris [Heart]  ...

Last issue shared in community 2 weeks ago. Found stock Inflow /Outflow chart different from Moomoo . No answer so far. [Helpless]  The only thing I know is my account always Outflow [Spurting] 

So far good experiences with helpdesk members. Good job must compliment [Grin]  .. bad job can only suck thumb [Tongue]
