Waiting time to get hold chat representative is very quick.  Although I noticed that the chat representative wasn't able to solve my problems immediately (most of the time); they did eventually follow up on it via email (after chasing the chat representative a few times). Most of the problems got resolved within a couple of days and a week at most.  There's room for improvement but I'm not complaining, as the main objective of my problems getting resolved was ultimately accomplished.

Surprised to recieve a delivery today. Within the box, there's a water bottle, umbrella, Rubik cube and most importantly TIGER PLUSHIE! Finally received one. Thank you tiger for the gift. It has been more than a year since I discovered Tiger brokers and the app. Honestly I was rather sceptical initially. Let me explain. I have been using traditional brokers offered by financial institutions such as banks and conventional brokers. One word to sum them up. Very expensive and not very conducive for everyday investors and long term investing. Around 25 dollars minmum per trade? So if you want to DCA and you invest only a few hundreds, you have to pay such a high percentage whicheats into your investments from day one? There was a Tiger Brokers event where we have to post screenshots to get Tiger Coins and I had difficulty posting the images. I contacted the Tiger Brokers help desk and requested for assistance. I informed the staff member regarding the issue that I was having and sent the screenshots on the online help chat. The Tiger Brokers staff member then helped me to send the screenshots to the relevant department for the event. I am grateful for the assistance of the member of staff of Tiger Brokers and for the help rendered.  I have found the service provided by Tiger Brokers to be excellent and staff members are always on hand to answer my queries.

Excellent Service Today I called Tiger Customer Service regarding the FREE STOCK VOUCHERS of US AND SGD. I wanted to know if these vouchers can be used for selling or only buying because in the past, I used it for buying. I thought I can use it for selling to offset the fees incurred but the Customer Service staff inform me that only purchasing stocks can use the vouchers. I also enquire if the vouchers can be combined but was told only for one transaction. Perhsps Tiger Brokers can consider allowing us to combine multiple vouchers and make all of us happy. Congratulations to $Tiger Brokers(TIGR)$  for winning the awards. As a Singapore user, 1 major event in Aug this year was the introduction of the Custody Fee for CDP sub account for SGX trades. Most Singaporeans would have traded on SGX at 1 point in time but actually only focus on other markets like US/HK. So the introduction of this Custody Fee affected many people including me. The process of enquiring how to avoid this Custody Fee in future was easy and the solution was simple. Tiger Support chat suggested to close the CDP sub account, after afew questions for verification purposes, the request was submitted. The process was easy and no fuss at all.
