Firstly, congratulations to Tiger Brokers for winning the best customer service award. The customer service support I received when I was creating my account is so helpful and friendly. They gave me the information needed in details and I would say they are fast and responsive.
Sometimes Tiger ask for feedback from the users by doing surveys. Tiger also provide many rewards to the community with events and games. I think this is a very nice perks by being in the tiger community.
Also, I hope Tiger will keep bringing more features to the app.
