$ASCENDAS REAL ESTATE INV TRUST(A17U.SI)$Please continue to drop so I can add. While many has been preaching that rising interest rate is bad for REITs, IMO if you are investing in quality assets it will continue to be resilient and increase in value over time.

The yield may be less attractive compared to bonds or fixed deposit which banks are offering since those products are relatively risk-free, value will definitely emerge when REITs correct to an attractive price investors to enter.
