$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$
However, with the backdrop of Twitter, it sounded more like a desperate General's warcry to boost the morale of his soldiers on the battlefield.
On top of that, there was a mention of the Possibility of share buy back. No timeline, no details...such a big matter but seems to me like no discussion of any sorts have taken place. So another negative point for me personally.
Dun get me wrong. I am Tesla's long term stockholders and supporter as well. However, many things do not add up except for seemingly far-fetched promises by Musk.
With a recession looming + high interest rates and exchange rate losses for Tesla's non-american products, I do not forsee a smooth 1 year ahead.
I see the small rally as big institutions such as Cathie's Ark funds buying in for the long term and do not think it will hold. Furthermore, we are now waiting to see how much and when Musk will sell his Tesla shares. Seems to be soon. Watch out for the drop when it happens because by the time he files and is known to the public, he would already have sold off and the Twitter deal concluded.
Therefore i will still buy put options for the short term and cash out profits as and when it hits my profit targets.
Profits will be used to buy Tesla shares for the longer term. đ¤đ¤đ¤
