Feds are starting to see warning signs in the economy which is why they know cutting rates is necessary. If you look at history anytime the feds pause rate increases there’s always been a recession. The user is suppose to stay vigilant through the process and they probably weren't. Anytime you don't use something as it was intended, you can cause problems. That's like holding a gun to your head as a joke thinking it's empty. If it goes off it's your fault not the gun's. Tesla will probably install some kind of governor that will turn the system off if you're not being vigilant while it's engaged. New technologies always take awhile to get use to.
