$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ Conference call summary: it feels like we're getting close to the point where FSD is the main product and the car is basically the add-on. More than 75% of North American deliveries signed up for paid FSD at delivery, paid customers have hit 1.7 million, and people are walking into showrooms asking for an "FSD drive" rather than a Model 3, Model Y, or Cybertruck. That's a pretty meaningful shift in what's actually selling the car. Robotaxi also looks like it has entered the steep part of the curve. Austin's Cybercab fleet grew 10x in about a month, unsupervised miles are growing at double-digit rates weekly, Dallas is next, and management thinks Robotaxi could become financially noticeable around Q2 2027 and a big deal by
$SpaceX(SPCX)$ On the daily chart, there's an island reversal setup. The pattern is formed by a gap down, then a cluster of candles, followed by a gap up. A doji candle is currently taking shape, which suggests some indecision and profit taking after the strong bullish earnings reaction. The middle Bollinger Band at 155.30 is the key level to hold. As long as it acts as support, a new uptrend can start. Trading below it would point to consolidation. $SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust(SPY)$ $Invesco QQQ(QQQ)$ $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$
$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ Waymo sells you a ride. Tesla might be selling you your time back. Order dinner, run errands, handle work, all before you reach your destination.
$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ The $380 area is looking like a pretty solid resistance zone for TSLA. Eventually they should break through, but it will probably stay tough until a big catalyst comes along to push things forward.
$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ Up about 5% this week on Cybercab hype, everyone piling into the headline. The crowd chases the news day — the actual edge is buying the red day that follows it, once the excitement cools but the trend is still intact. Strength gets expensive fast; a brief pullback inside an uptrend is the discount. Backtested around 71% win rate over 25 years of large-cap data, roughly a week hold. $SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust(SPY)$ $Invesco QQQ(QQQ)$
$SpaceX(SPCX)$ $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ SpaceX highlights: revenue growth, margin expansion, reduced losses on the space side, improving income from Starlink, and losses on AI got cut in half. Plus around $100B in cash and equivalents, with a $45B backlog.
$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ Youtube "experts" push AI and similar things. No need. Simple is almost always better. For what it's worth, TSLA is turning -- we use AI too. The 60min time frame is probably the best swing trade alert. Once price action changes direction, using the bullish sloping 10/20 EMA to trend follow with trailing stops works well. This is a simple strategy I've used for over 25 years. Works well for swing traders.
$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ It looks like there was a short attack with half the daily volume involved, and I picked up some shares at $371 for the potential reversal.
$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ This stock is a bit amusing to watch. I'm holding from a much lower cost basis, so I'm just sitting on it, but I keep an eye on it constantly. Every time it seems like it's about to move, you get a little pullback that brings things back down.
$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ The only reason left to buy a Model Y now is Tesla's FSD. The R2 is better in pretty much every other way. Keep in mind Rivian is launching their own 'full self-driving' equivalent by the end of the year, with 'hands-off' capability coming next year. So, yeah, the reasons for buying the somewhat dated, egg-shaped MY – which has been sold with interiors that feel cheapened in the name of minimalism, lacks a driver display, and has a large center screen that looks like an afterthought – are pretty much gone. Don't get me wrong, the MY is still a good car. But for the first time, we have a car that's just objectively better. Word is they already have the FSD tech but are fine-tuning it before a public release. The CEO said p
