TSMC aims for mass production by mid-2025 and plans to expand its chip production capacity in the U.S.I'm excited to see TSMC's Arizona plant ramp up production, especially with Apple on board. A big step forward for US chip production and a promising sign for future innovation in the sector.

$SUPER MICRO COMPUTER INC(SMCI)$ SMCI is a commodity company with no moat and small margins riding $NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$ NVDA’s coattails. Already down 50% from its ath. AI obviously has a big future - but it’s also in a bubble that kinda looks like it’s bursting right now. Not to mention that chips is a cyclical sector, and we’re clearly closer to a top than the bottom.

I never in my life was more sure that a trade was set-it--and-forget-it than this one. I closed it out last week at a MASSIVE loss. My thesis was pretty simple. I thought a stock that was offering juicy premium could stay inside a FOUR HUNDRED DOLLAR window for 30 days. I lost about 3x the max profit of the trade.
