$SoFi Technologies Inc.(SOFI)$ $SOFI Nsdq daily could be Cup w/Handle, a bullish formation but it won't be if it drops down much more & needs to rally very much to confirm it; odds don't seem good for that, as the index is well below moving averages: 20, 50 & 200 day, which are curling downward. Hourly RSI is quite overbought while 4 hr. is slightly above mid-pt, so it could be just resetting from oversold that could once again lead to another big drop. QQQ needs to breakout above 355, that was prior support, to signal an uptrend but it isn't close to it. Today's rally was mild and not on heavy volume. Open interest has a lot of puts at 32.50; if we ignore that one then we get towards around 30.00.Also: max pain is a strategy that does not always work. For example: Peleton above 100 was priced higher than even Nvidea on a multiple, so fundamentally it was extremely overvalued. But there also more puts were bought than calls and the premium on puts was relatively high (for a good reason).Technical we are under pressure to over the next few months test the 20 to 25 range.At this point for max pain to work we need the Chinese goverment to throw in a big stimulus or world peace.
