Commodity prices are way down Energy inflation is not real since the energy commodities are way down its just they are not charging less yet and the housing inflation is just the lag from the old inflation since people have to resign leases now at a higher price. This is like the easiest layup buy of TLT I ever seen.

$Apple(AAPL)$ Apple is a great company. But not a great stock at the valuation. I hold shares of both $Alphabet(GOOG)$ $Alphabet(GOOGL)$ and apple but if I'm looking five years down the road from a stock perspective I think Google easily beats apple and the index. At these valuations apple is likely to lose as the index itself is growing top and bottom line faster than apple. Plus the higher that apple stays at 30 to 35 PE's the impact of billions in buybacks gets washed away with what is essentially a 3% return on the buyback. Lower than US treasuries. Google's buyback at 18 multiple is now higher than US treasuries.
