交付车增速放缓,蔚来不敌“理鹏”?</b></p>\n<p>8月中旬,蔚来公布Q2财报,其中营收为84.5亿元,同比增长127.2%;净亏损为6.59亿元,同比收窄45.4%,从数据上来看,营业收入持续增长,亏损有所收窄。</p>\n<p>但值得注意的是,蔚来Q2亏损的环比是有所扩大的,可以说,蔚来是卖了更多的车,却亏了更多的钱。</p>\n<p><img referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p>\n<p>更让人感到担忧的是,蔚来的营收增速已经开始放缓,甚至下滑。从最新公布的7月交付车数量来看,蔚来也首次落后于理想和小鹏,在“蔚理鹏”三者的排名中垫底。</p>\n<p>《智能相对论》认为,虽然,<b>销量的起伏很常见,但对于蔚来来说,屈居第三名并不正常。要知道,蔚来自打量产以来,销量一直在“蔚理鹏”中排名第一。</b></p>\n<p><img referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p>\n<p>除了销量下滑以外,蔚来的毛利率也开始“滑落”,其Q2的综合毛利率和整车毛利率较今年Q1均有不同程度下滑,整车销售毛利率从Q1的21.2%下降至Q2的20.3%,综合毛利率从Q1的19.5%下降至Q2的18.6%。</p>\n<p>一方面是蔚来的新车销量增长迎来瓶颈,另一方面是其毛利率不升反降,这是不是意味着,蔚来“赚钱能力”下滑变成了事实?</p>\n<p>而在《智能相对论》看来,这是由两方面原因造成的。</p>\n<p>首先,蔚来汽车交付周期太长,这会降低部分消费者的购车意愿。以蔚来ET7为例,作为一款主打豪华和性能的高端车型,预计这款车型正式交付上市后,能进一步拉高蔚来的整车毛利率,同时也能通过新车型来作为营销传播的亮点,连带刺激整体销售。</p>\n<p>但早早亮相的ET7,或要到明年一季度才能交付,这也意味着2021年整个周期,蔚来都没有新车登场,如何解决这一状况,对蔚来而言恐怕也是一大考验。</p>\n<p>另一方面,交付周期过长,也揭示了蔚来的“产能”问题。此前,蔚来创始人李斌曾承认:“从整个季度来讲,现在单月全供应链的产能如果能够在7,000-7,500辆之间,对我们来讲已经是很大的挑战了。”</p>\n<p>目前来看,蔚来只有江淮蔚来合肥先进制造基地一家工厂,而其第二工厂预计要在明年三季度才开始投产,而且,在今年3月,江淮蔚来合肥工厂就曾因“缺芯”而停产5天。</p>\n<p>在芯片短缺的行业窘境下,蔚来的产销规模或难以在今年内出现突破,在这个背景下,市场份额被其它品牌,特别是被“新造车”第二梯队品牌所瓜分的速度,或将加快。</p>\n<p><b>02 “新造车”元老,如何跑得更快?</b></p>\n<p>数据显示,截止今年5月,国内新能源车的市场渗透率已超10%,L2级智能驾驶装载率超过15%。整个2020年,中国乘用车销量其实是略有下降,但智能乘用车的销量却同比上涨107%。</p>\n<p>由此可见,以2020年为起点,智能车市场已在加速发展。转折点正发生在去年,而在此之前,对“蔚理鹏”来说,尚未有真正意义的竞品出现。</p>\n<p>我们回看整个汽车智能化的浪潮,传统汽车厂商所要面对的市场变革,其实跟当年胶卷市场所面临的困境很像。彼时柯达几乎垄断了胶卷市场,但随着数码摄像时代的来临,柯达这只大船无法在短期内成功掉头转型,最终输掉了品牌。</p>\n<p>智能汽车刚面市的时候,传统汽车厂商虽有警惕,却难以在短期内拿出“有诚意”的车型来对抗,以奥迪第一款电动车Etron为例,这款定位豪华的车型其实是由原来的汽油车款改造而成,是常见的“油改电”车款。</p>\n<p><img referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p>\n<p>“油改电”车型到底好不好,我们不在此评价,但显然,市场对于这种车型的评价是两极分化的。可见,传统汽车厂商初入新能源车领域,也未必能得到新造车粉丝们的认同。</p>\n<p>同时,在去年之前,除了“蔚理鹏”之外的新造车品牌,还未能形成明确的梯队。据不完全统计,2020年以前的新造车企业有将近超过100家,如今,随着一批批企业因资金耗尽,或技术实力不足而被动离场,存活下来的品牌已不多。</p>\n<p><img referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p>\n<p>而传统汽车厂商也在加速发力,交出了更有诚意的车型作品。在今年的车展中,吉利宣布推出极氪新品牌;华为推出自己的自动驾驶系统,分别与北汽、长安、广汽合作推出三个汽车子品牌,显然,国内传统汽车厂商的发力更为迅猛。</p>\n<p><b>面对新老对手的强劲追赶,在产销规模难以实现快速突破的背景下,“新造车”元老们要增加营收,就只能另外寻找新的增长点了,而软件和服务收入,是大多数“新造车们”的选择。</b></p>\n<p>“自动辅助驾驶付费服务”是近年大多车企主推的付费服务,以蔚来为例,旗下车型都能加载名为NIO Pilot的自动辅助驾驶系统,其精选包和全配包定价分别为1.5万元和3.9万元,车主可以选择次性付费模式、自动驾驶功能并入车价內及按月、季度、年收费的订阅模式。</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/474ac76a9fbb7b466b1a3f06f38d836c\" tg-width=\"1400\" tg-height=\"1369\" “逐年增长”的收入,客户就像果子,通过逐渐培养出来的使用习惯,在系统不断迭代的基础上,便能带来持续的收入贡献。</p>\n<p>但尴尬的是,在自动辅助驾驶服务收费模式还未完全熟透之前,上文提及的蔚来车主交通意外身亡的事件,或让消费者对“自动辅助驾驶服务”的看法被完全颠覆,“自动驾驶”和“辅助驾驶”,两字之差,差之毫厘。</p>\n<p>腾讯汽车发布的“汽车自动驾驶付费调研”显示,了解和不了解自动驾驶服务的被访者约各占一半,其中,有超过七成被访者表示“没有体验过自动驾驶服务”,而“作为驾驶员或乘客体验过”该项服务的仅占28.7%,这表明自动驾驶离人们的生活尚有一定距离。</p>\n<p><img referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p>\n<p>一直以来,服务都是蔚来的“关键字”,很多人买车看重车辆质量、性价比,但也很一些人愿意花钱买省心,乐于为产品后续的服务花钱,而蔚来车主往往就是后者。</p>\n<p>但对蔚来来说,随着用户数量增加,想要维持原本的优质服务,成本渐渐成了难题。在蔚来Q2的财报中,净亏损之所以环比增大,其中一个原因在于销售及管理费用也在增大,达14.98亿元,环比一季度上涨超25%。</p>\n<p>而蔚来的销售规模增速,却还比不上销售费用的增速,可见,蔚来逐渐增多的营销活动正在拉升企业经营成本,却没能创造出更多收入,目前其销售软件及内容的服务收入仅占营收的8%左右。</p>\n<p>在这种情况下,“新造车们”的增收之路,估计还很漫长。</p>\n<p><b>03 referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p>\n<p>那么,我们从三个维度来看一下,蔚来的未来,能否完成智能化汽车的量产任务,继续在智能车市场上厮杀?</p>\n<p><b>首先看研发能力,</b>这既包括新车型的研发能力,也包括智能技术在车型上的搭载。智能技术在车型上的搭载,最难的是要打通商业与技术的闭环。</p>\n<p>因为简单的信息辅助,比如倒车雷达是无需与车辆控制系统有交互,但控制辅助类功能的实现,必然需要与车辆的控制系统直接交互,因此需要大量的数据来不断进行测试和调校。</p>\n<p>小马智行总经理莫璐怡认为,自动驾驶是一个基于实践和大数据的创新性问题,这里的实践就是指真实的道路测试。</p>\n<p>其分享了一个案例,小马智行正式落户广州前,其整个自动驾驶系统对雨天和水花处理能力是比较一般的,原因在于加州常年阳光明媚,没有太多雨天和水花的情景积累。</p>\n<p>来到广州之后,在500天的运营时间里,就有一半以上时间经历了雨天,这让小马智行的自动驾驶系统处理雨天情景的能力得到了提升。</p>\n<p>可见,对于自动驾驶技术的研发来说,数据至关重要,系统必须基于真实的驾驶数据,才能进行优化和不断迭代。因此,研发能力跟量产之间息息相关,因为量产意味着数据规模更大,而强大的数据规模,也意味着能进一步帮助智能驾驶技术的提升,深化企业的技术护城河。</p>\n<p>目前来看,在一众“新造车中”,仅特斯拉能超前跑出,凭借其庞大的交付量,特斯拉目前已累积近50亿公里的数据,远远超越国内任何一家车企或造车系统。</p>\n<p>因此《智能相对论》认为,在现阶段自动驾驶技术对国内新造车而言,更像是卖车亮点,而非真正的核心技术,因为缺乏海量数据的支撑,蔚来离“技术化量产”还有一段距离,接下来,除了自身技术的突破之外,能否实现多少产生“数据”的汽车销量,也会是关键。</p>\n<p><b>再看交付规模。</b>技术之于量产固然重要,但“造车能力”同样重要。目前,蔚来位于合肥的第二座制造基地已开工建设,园区初期投资500亿元,预计建成后整车年产能达100万辆。</p>\n<p>不过,<b>对比各大“新造车们”的产能实力,目前未来蔚来的交付规模只能说属于中下水平,甚至落后于第二梯队的威马汽车。</b></p>\n<p><img Pilot的自动辅助驾驶系统,其精选包和全配包定价分别为1.5万元和3.9万元,车主可以选择次性付费模式、自动驾驶功能并入车价內及按月、季度、年收费的订阅模式。\n\n\n李斌曾在今年第二季度的财报电话会议上表示,NIO Pilot的选配率已经超过80%,未来预计可把毛利润率提高3-4个百分点。\n如果顺利推行的话,这种“订阅式收费”的服务,有机会为公司带来 阶段,技术的角逐便会被量产的角逐所取代,仅停留在PPT阶段的“技术创新”意义不大,“技术化量产”才是更高维度的智能化汽车发展关键字。\n\n那么,我们从三个维度来看一下,蔚来的未来,能否完成智能化汽车的量产任务,继续在智能车市场上厮杀?\n首先看研发能力,这既包括新车型的研发能力,也包括智能技术在车型上的搭载。智能技术在车型上的搭载,最难的是要打通商业与技术的闭环。\n因为简单的信息辅助,比如倒车雷达是无需与车辆控制系统有交互,但控制辅助类功能的实现,必然需要与车辆的控制系统直接交互,因此需要大量的数据来不断进行测试和调校。\n小马智行总经理莫璐怡认为,自动驾驶是一个基于实践和大数据的创新性问题,这里的实践就是指真实的道路测试。\n其分享了一个案例,小马智行正式落户广州前,其整个自动驾驶系统对雨天和水花处理能力是比较一般的,原因在于加州常年阳光明媚,没有太多雨天和水花的情景积累。\n来到广州之后,在500天的运营时间里,就有一半以上时间经历了雨天,这让小马智行的自动驾驶系统处理雨天情景的能力得到了提升。\n可见,对于自动驾驶技术的研发来说,数据至关重要,系统必须基于真实的驾驶数据,才能进行优化和不断迭代。因此,研发能力跟量产之间息息相关,因为量产意味着数据规模更大,而强大的数据规模,也意味着能进一步帮助智能驾驶技术的提升,深化企业的技术护城河。\n目前来看,在一众“新造车中”,仅特斯拉能超前跑出,凭借其庞大的交付量,特斯拉目前已累积近50亿公里的数据,远远超越国内任何一家车企或造车系统。\n因此《智能相对论》认为,在现阶段自动驾驶技术对国内新造车而言,更像是卖车亮点,而非真正的核心技术,因为缺乏海量数据的支撑,蔚来离“技术化量产”还有一段距离,接下来,除了自身技术的突破之外,能否实现多少产生“数据”的汽车销量,也会是关键。\n再看交付规模。技术之于量产固然重要,但“造车能力”同样重要。目前,蔚来位于合肥的第二座制造基地已开工建设,园区初期投资500亿元,预计建成后整车年产能达100万辆。\n不过,对比各大“新造车们”的产能实力,目前未来蔚来的交付规模只能说属于中下水平,甚至落后于第二梯队的威马汽车。\n\n此外,大多“新造车”品牌都是选择自建工厂,而蔚来则是选择“合作制造+核心零部件自主研发”的模式与江淮汽车进行合作。\n蔚来在生产初期通过代工模式与江淮汽车进行合作,有效解决了建厂周期长、投资大、生产资质难获取的问题,也让蔚来成为“新造车”中最早实现上市开售的车企。\n但随着其它品牌自建厂的成熟投入,蔚来在产能上或会落后于其它品牌。而且,相比起自建厂模式,代工模式对其生产线和供应链做不到完全掌控,产品的品质、品控、交付周期就只有依赖于代工厂来把握,在实际操作中就会产生各种各样的问题。\n目前,蔚来在产能上有缺口,其ES8自上市开售后有近5个月无法批量交车,就已经暴露出交付节奏和产能难以按照预期节奏推进的窘境。为此,未来一两年蔚来自建的新工厂能否“交付规模”赋能多少,也是其未来“量产”能力的关键。\n最后,看销售能力。\n前端生产,后端销售,生产出来的汽车只有销售出去才能实现其价值。\n据悉,蔚来将在2022年向市场投入三款全新车型,虽然具体车型的信息暂未公开,但可以想象的是,一直坚持高端策略的蔚来,要维护品牌和原有车主之前的关系,就不能贸然推出“低价车”来降低自身定位。\n但随着蔚来整体车型在中低端领域的缺位,品牌已渐渐错失10-20万元的中低端市场,而以威马、哪吒为代表二梯队“新造车”则在这块市场迅速补位,且第一梯队的小鹏和特斯拉,在这个领域也有各自的产品,长远就来看,销售或会反而制约蔚来的量产能力。那时候,被拉下的会不会只有蔚来?\n总的来说,随着智能电动车行业的发展,和消费者教育的逐渐成熟,“新造车们”终究要走上量产之路,而它们的量产能力,或将决定品牌能否“活下去”的关键。因此,上游的技术、中间的交付规模和下游的销售,都将至关重要。\n“新造车”的挑战,才刚来到而已。","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":588,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":819401392,"gmtCreate":1630081846816,"gmtModify":1676530221101,"author":{"id":"3479781612547227","authorId":"3479781612547227","name":"笑瞰","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/75ef14fc2b65dcf11fc94ccd61b52b18","crmLevel":5,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3479781612547227","authorIdStr":"3479781612547227"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Nio label=\"一级标题\">01<span>“蔚小理”谁更强?</span></h2>\n<p>作为造车企业,最终还是要回归汽车交付量。二季度,小鹏的汽车交付量为17398辆,创下季度新高,较2020年同期的3228辆增长439%,较2021年一季度的13340辆增长30.4%。与蔚来、理想的对比来看,蔚来稳居“蔚小理”的老大地位,汽车交付量高于两者,小鹏2020年的交付量垫底,但是增速快,到本季度基本与理想持平,与蔚来差距拉近。</p>\n<p><img
