深度本土化。选择关键性的合作伙伴。\n比如与电信运营商合作，作为增值服务捆绑销售，例如英国电信企业沃达丰进军爱尔兰时，沃达丰的电视遥控器上有一个按键特意留给Netflix，减轻了Netflix获客的成本。\nNetflix坚信“好内容无国界”，本土内容不仅在本国有市场，它也应该是全球性的，在启用本土精良的制作团队，给予对方高度自由的创作空间的同时，Netflix每部本土原创剧集的目标受众都是全球用户，不给自身设限。这些剧集最终也都取得了不错的成效。\n三、中国市场，Netflix海外版图的“珠穆朗玛峰”\n不断扩张的Netflix，就像龙卷风将好莱坞乃至全球的影视制作行业都卷了进来。即便是在并没多少市场份额的中国，现在人们说起Netflix，都用“网飞出品，必属精品”这一句话来形容。\n目前全世界有233个国家和地区，Netflix会员可在190多个国家/地区即时观看电影和电视节目。\n可为什么看起来无往不利的Netflix在中国踢到了“铁板”？\n1.政策是一大门槛。\n5年前，Netflix也曾信心满满想要进入中国大陆市场。作为美国流媒体公司，如果要在中国开展业务，至少要拿到《信息网络传播视听节目许可证》《互联网新闻信息服务许可证》《广播电视节目制作经营许可证》等多个牌照。这对于他们来说几乎是不可能的事。\n2.现今中国的电视剧电影没有分级制度。\n众多周知，中国内地上映的电影是全民都可以观看的，而这就要求电视电影创作者必须以儿童、未成年人这些受保护人群的观影标准来拍摄电影，不允许有色情、暴力、血腥等镜头。Netflix大尺度的剧情难以通过严格的内容审查等因素，很多片源没法正规进入中国。\n3.中国本土流媒体行业发展艰难。\n占据中国市场十余年的爱奇艺、优酷、腾讯视频三大平台，都面临严重的发展困境。据了解，2019年，腾讯视频的年亏损额为30亿元；爱奇艺亏损达到103亿元，短短5年内，爱奇艺累计亏损额高达288亿元。\n本土流媒体巨头尚且如此，Netflix即便不是牌照问题，也会有其他的艰难险阻。早前Netflix也有寻求和爱奇艺合作。2017年Netflix和爱奇艺达成了在剧集、动漫、纪录片、真人秀等领域的内容授权合作，不过这种合作对于Netflix意义有限。\n4.还有一个逃不过去的坎儿，就是中国盗版的泛滥。\n在中国，即便是Netflix并未进入，但新出的热门剧集只要人们想看，基本都可以找到资源，所以要培养为内容付费的意识也相对困难。尤其在疫情期间，居家隔离和流媒体娱乐成了生活常态刚需，盗版风潮再次大行其道，足不出户在网盘上找资源看剧的人比先前更多了。\n在中国虽不能推行服务，针对海外的华语市场也不能落下。\n比如说花钱买买买。\n《流浪地球》在去年国内掀起一波科幻热，Netflix买下版权后，翻译成28种语言，在190多个国家上线。\n除此以外，电影《动物世界》《后来的我们》《未来机器城》以及电视剧《陈情令》《白夜追凶》《最动听的事》的海外版权，也均被购买。\n同时还推出华语作品如剧集《罪梦者》《谁是被害者》等，以及和华语顶流音乐人周杰伦合作制作了一部名为《周游记》的综艺节目。\n\n经过23年风风雨雨的发展，Netflix作为一家目前大约90%的新业务都来自国际市场的全球化公司，未来可期。\nCEO
