href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/01024\">Kuaishou Technology50,000 shares were traded in the over-the-counter OTC market at a price of HK$250, involving HK$12.5 million, an increase of 117% compared to the market's expected upper limit price of HK$115. On February 1, market news reported that Kuaishou's over-the-counter trading price had reached HK$421, a premium of 266%.

Kuaishou will conduct grey market trading on February 4 and go public on February 5.

In fact, mega-IPOs will have OTC (over-the-counter) trading before the grey market, and some securities firms can facilitate it, with the shares coming from the early allocation of international placements.

According to calculations, to secure the first lot, you need to go to the second head, that is, invest HK$5.8 million, to be sure of winning the lottery.

Subscriptions were booming, with over-the-counter trading doubling in value compared to grey market trading. It seems that winning the lottery on Kuaishou is indeed a way to get rich quick.

Kuaishou margin trading subscriptions are more popular than previous IPOs.

Kuaishou subscriptions ended on January 29. According to IFR, a media outlet under its umbrella, Kuaishou's Hong Kong IPO to retail investors received a total of HK$1.28 trillion in subscriptions as of that day. Judging from the subscription situation, institutional and retail investors were extremely enthusiastic, triggering a rare \"buying frenzy\" in Hong Kong stocks.

On January 26, during the first day of margin trading, investors reported that as soon as they entered a brokerage firm's Kuaishou IPO subscription page, the brokerage system immediately \"crashed,\" indicating that the system was busy. One retail investor said, \"If I can't get a quota for a 20-fold financing round, I might have just grabbed it out of luck. Am I wasting the transaction fees?\"

Among IPOs of the same size, Kuaishou's popularity set a record. Zhang Zhiwei, co-director of Xincheng Securities, pointed out that only Group B, which involves subscribing to 50,000 shares and 500 lots, can guarantee a single lot.

That is, go to the second head and use 5.8 million to subscribe.

Assuming 500 lots are guaranteed to yield one lot, and if we assume 10 times the financing:

Margin cost: 5800000 ✖ 0.9 ✖ 【2.88% ➗ 365 (based on general financing interest) ✖ 6 (Number of interest-bearing days) = 2471 yuan

In addition to the entry fee, commission, and handling fee of 1% of the market value of the goods, the cost is approximately 2,800 yuan, calculated based on Head B winning two lots.

The percentage of hits and points is approximately 12%.

This means that Kuaishou can break even if it rises by 12%.

However, given the market's overwhelming popularity, some analysts say that Kuaishou is expected to rise by 30%-100% on its first day, and anyone who wins the lottery will basically make money.

It's not just retail investors who subscribe to Kuaishou's IPO; in fact, Kuaishou is also highly sought after by professional institutions. In this IPO, Kuaishou brought in US funds Capital Group, Temasek Holdings, the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC), and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB).Morgan StanleyTen well-known cornerstone investors, including the international placement portion, which accounts for 97.5% of the funds raised, even received full subscriptions a day in advance. Media reports indicate that some institutional investors previously hoped to become cornerstone investors, even going so far as to use personal connections to \"reserve shares.\"

In addition, the company is expected to be quickly included in large indices such as the Hang Seng Tech Index after its listing, creating a huge demand for fund allocation.

Kuaishou's business potential is exploding.

The three-day frenzy of buying and the high price of HK$115 demonstrate the market's recognition of the \"first short video stock\". The company's high-quality industry, over 300 million daily active users, and booming commercialization and e-commerce business have filled investors with imagination about its future.

Kuaishou's rapidly growing online marketing and e-commerce business is worth looking forward to.

Looking at Kuaishou's current revenue structure, before 2018, live streaming contributed more than 90% of its revenue. Starting in 2019, the revenue share of online marketing and e-commerce began to expand rapidly. By Q3 2020, online marketing accounted for nearly 40% of revenue, and its share was expanding rapidly; Other business revenue includes e-commerce, online games and other value-added services. Driven by e-commerce, revenue reached RMB 2.03 billion in the first three quarters of 2020, compared to only RMB 78 million in the same period last year.

1. Online marketing has been fully upgraded.

In 2020, the most important feature of Kuaishou's product upgrade was opening up more public domain traffic to commercial advertising products and paying more attention to serving the marketing needs of brand advertisers. In November 2020, Kuaishou upgraded the brand of its commercial marketing service platform \"Magnetic Engine\". Xiang Magnetic Engine is Kuaishou's commercial marketing service platform. In 2018, Kuaishou launched its first year of commercialization and launched a marketing platform. In 2019, it was officially upgraded to \"Magnetic Engine\". Kuaishou not only hopes to \"monetize traffic,\" but also wants to leverage its community advantages to extract greater commercial value from the trust-based \"people + content\" among users. Today, Kuaishou has formed four core elements that support the efficient operation of its magnetic engine: people, content, traffic, and creativity.

2. Rapid growth in e-commerce business

E-commerce is also a major highlight of Kuaishou's future revenue growth. According to Kuaishou's latest prospectus, Kuaishou's e-commerce performance exceeded expectations among various indicators. In early 2020, Kuaishou set its GMV for 2020 at 250 billion RMB. By the end of November, it had exceeded the target, with total e-commerce GMV reaching 332.682 billion RMB. Since 2020, Kuaishou's e-commerce GMV has reached the first 100 billion yuan in 6 months, the second 100 billion yuan in 3 months, and the third 100 billion yuan in only 2 months.
","source":"highlight_zhitongcaijin","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
Kuaishou's over-the-counter trading has doubled continuously, and the winners are guaranteed to get rich overnight?
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\nKuaishou's over-the-counter trading has doubled continuously, and the winners are guaranteed to get rich overnight?\n
\n
\n
\n智通财经2021-02-02 17:27\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
Media reports,Kuaishou Technology50,000 shares were traded in the over-the-counter OTC market at a price of HK$250, involving HK$12.5 million, an increase of 117% compared to the market's expected upper limit price of HK$115.
