height=\"auto\"></p>\n<p>而纳税这件事,也让马斯克非常头疼。在各类公开场合,马斯克曾多次反对征收“富人税”,“他们(美国政府)把别人的钱花完了,就来找你了”。“我的边际税率达到了53%,这个数字并非微不足道,美国的税率还包括了资产税、销售税及遗产税”。</p>\n<p>在少纳税这件事上,马斯克有一套自洽的逻辑。他表示,即使所有公司的CEO把钱都上交给美国政府,也解决不了问题。“把资本配置的工作从那些在资本配置方面表现出色的人手中夺走,而把它交给一个在资本配置方面表现非常差的实体,也就是美国政府,是没有意义的。”</p>\n<p>他认为,与其把钱交给美国政府,他更愿意“用这笔钱将人类送上火星,并保护意识之光”。</p>\n<p>马斯克的言论得到不少美国网友的支持。在马斯克宣布缴税110亿美元的推文下,许多网友为其声援,“美国政府只会把钱放在自己的口袋里”、“美国政府会浪费他们强迫你交的每一分钱”。虽然马斯克的这番言论在部分不信任美国政府的网友眼中颇具合理性,但马斯克这些话也存在为自己少纳税开脱的可能性。</p>\n<p>但与马斯克往前数年缴纳的税款相比,110亿美元税款确实不是一笔小钱。今年6月,非营利调查新闻机构ProPublica公布的数据显示,马斯克在2014年至2018年,总计缴税为4.55亿美元。</p>\n<p>在这期间,马斯克不断通过降低自己的工资以避税。2019年,马斯克在特斯拉的薪酬仅为23760美元,2020年甚至一分工资没拿。</p>\n<p>此外,为了躲避加州的个人所得税,马斯克还将所持有的所有房产售出。房子卖完后他不再是加州居民,也因此规避了加州的部分税款,据Insider估计,此举可以为他节省25亿美元。</p>\n<p>但搬家不能帮助马斯克逃避所有税款。据福布斯,虽然马斯克在2020年从加州搬到了得克萨斯州,但他的前居所加州可能会对他在加州时期所获的的期权征税。加上加州和联邦的税率后,马斯克的总体税率将超过50%。</p>\n<p>据福布斯估计,马斯克预计将为他在2021年出售的股票支付超过82亿美元的税款,而最终支付的税单可能比这更多。</p>\n<p>当然,这些只是截至目前马斯克需要缴纳的税款。</p>\n<p>今年以来,民主党政客对收取“亿万富翁所得税”的呼吁声也愈演愈烈。该税征收的对象为大约700名连续三年持有资产超过10亿美元或者年收入超过1亿美元的超级富豪。</p>\n<p>如果这项税收政策被实施,马斯克将在五年内缴纳高达500亿美元的税款。这意味着,未来特斯拉的股价依旧存在“因马斯克要纳税所以不得不卖股票”的下行逻辑。</p>\n<p><b>因卖股票被送上被告席</b></p>\n<p>为了缴纳加州的税款甩卖股票这回事,惹怒了部分特斯拉的股东。</p>\n<p>据路透社报道,一位名叫大卫·瓦格纳的投资者在美国特拉华州一法院向特斯拉提起诉讼。其认为,马斯克此前对抛售股票发起推特投票一事,违反了美国证券监管机构的协议,包括马斯克在内的董事会成员并没有遵守其受托义务。</p>\n<p>诉讼文件显示,马斯克的“推特治股”行为违反了2019年特斯拉与SEC达成的协议。该协议要求特斯拉采用严格的内部监督程序来监控马斯克的推文。简言之,防止马斯克用嘴操纵股市。</p>\n<p>但这个协议几乎形同虚设。马斯克依旧在推特上发布将会影响特斯拉股价的信息。</p>\n<p>“马斯克屡次违规,但特斯拉并没有执行控制措施。”SEC高级官员史蒂文·布赫霍尔茨指责称,“特斯拉已经放弃了法院命令所要求的职责。”</p>\n<p>今年3月,特斯拉股东就以马斯克曾在2020年发布的“特斯拉股价被高估”的推文为证据起诉马斯克,理由是马斯克多次发布“不合规的推文”让特斯拉股价下跌。前述的这条推文曾让特斯拉的市值单日缩水140亿美元。</p>\n<p>部分推特网友也曾表示,“与做空机构相比,马斯克才是特斯拉最大的空头”。</p>\n<p>即使特斯拉正在向资本市场兑现其存在的高成长性,但囿于马斯克难以捉摸的性格,投资特斯拉股票也存在这一特殊的风险。没人知道马斯克的下一条推特,会让特斯拉的股价去到什么位置。</p>\n<p>而由马斯克抛售股票引起特斯拉进入下行空间的期间,也有部分机构下调了特斯拉的评级。</p>\n<p>日前,投资巨头古根海姆公司分析师阿里·法格里警告称,特斯拉在美国股市中的稀缺性正在被稀释,并将特斯拉的评级下调至中性,目标价为900美元。</p>\n<p>此前美股中除特斯拉外,仅有国内的造车新势力等新能源汽车投资标的。但现在Lucid、Rivian等美国本土的造车公司均已上市,投资者们具备更多投资标的。</p>\n<p>届时,人们将在一支容易被创始人“做空”和其他新鲜的新能源汽车股票中作出选择。</p>","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE A fourth-quarter profit would be Tesla’s sixth straight quarterly GAAP and adjusted earnings.</p><p>Estimize, a crowdsourcing platform that gathers estimates from Wall Street analysts as well as buy-side analysts, fund managers, company executives, academics and others, is expecting an adjusted profit of $1.02 a share.</p><p><b>Revenue:</b>The analysts surveyed by FactSet expect sales of $10.53 billion for Tesla, up from $7.38 billion a year ago. Estimize sees revenue of $10.61 billion for the company.</p><p><b>Stock movement:</b>Tesla stock greeted 2021 just about the same way it ended 2020: Scoring closing and intraday records highs.
