It&#39;s best known as the leader in digital signature technology, but it has expanded into new verticals in the digital document sphere by leveraging advanced tools like artificial intelligence (AI).</p><p>The DocuSign Agreement Cloud is a suite of over 12 applications designed to help organizations manage contracts from the initial drafting, to signing, and also maintaining them as time moves forward. DocuSign Insight, for example, uses AI to analyze agreements to identify potentially problematic clauses, and even opportunities, which helps to save time and also legal expenses. The Agreement Cloud is the ultimate digital partner for companies dealing with a high volume of legal documents.</p><p>DocuSign now has approximately 1.17 million paying users, with over 1 billion people on the platform worldwide. The company just reported its fiscal 2022 full-year results, and despite some pandemic tailwinds fading as society reopens, DocuSign still managed to grow its revenue by 45% to $2.45 billion compared to fiscal 2021. The company is also profitable, growing its non-GAAP earnings per share to $1.98 during fiscal 2022, which was a 120% jump year over year.</p><p>DocuSign&#39;s stock has fallen 67% from its all-time high, partly because sales growth in fiscal 2023 is expected to be flat. But analysts anticipate further growth in earnings, and as remote work becomes more common even beyond the pandemic, this is a great opportunity to enter the stock for a long-term hold.</p><p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/be3ca5916370c9996f7f5b8ad4b477f9\" tg-width=\"700\" tg-height=\"466\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"/><span>Image source: Getty Images.</span></p><h2>The second stock to buy: Alphabet (Google)</h2><p>This company needs little introduction, as you may have used its services to find this very article. <b>Alphabet</b> is the parent company of Google, and it&#39;s one of the highest-quality companies in the stock market. It is also one of the most valuable, with a market capitalization of $1.8 trillion.</p><p>For those reasons, many investors hold on to their shares with a tight grip, so Alphabet stock is down just 10% from its all-time high right now. But still, it&#39;s a dip worth buying for the long term. The organization has diversified far beyond its famous search platform alone and boasts a suite of businesses that tend to do well in most economic environments.</p><p>For example, its Google Cloud platform offers a range of services, including collaborative documents, storage, and even artificial intelligence and machine learning tools. The cloud segment only represented 7.4% of Alphabet&#39;s total $257 billion in revenue during 2021, but it grew at 47% year over year, which was faster than the 41% rate for the whole of the company.</p><p>Overall, Alphabet stock is cheap right now, with a price-to-earnings multiple of just 24, which is a 27% discount to the Nasdaq 100 technology index. And during rough times in the market, it&#39;s a highly secure stock to own for its diversity, growth, and profitability.</p><p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/e6f1b3c657fcaf865bf5f3f24dc695ee\" tg-width=\"700\" tg-height=\"456\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"/><span>Image source: Getty Images.</span></p><h2>The stock to sell: Twitter</h2><p>If you have paid any attention to the markets this week, you likely would have heard about <b>Tesla</b> CEO Elon Musk purchasing a 9.1% stake in social media platform <b>Twitter </b>( TWTR -3.75% ), as well as his appointment to its board of directors. Twitter stock soared by as much as 38% once the news was revealed, raising a valid question: How much value can one person bring to the table?</p><p>Elon is pushing for some changes to the platform, including an edit button (which was already in the works, according to the company) and a greater commitment to free speech. These could drive more usage and engagement, but one of Twitter&#39;s larger problems has been monetization compared to competing social media platforms like <b>Meta Platforms</b>&#39; Facebook.</p><p>During the height of the pandemic, Twitter set a goal to reach $7.5 billion in annual revenue by the end of 2023, with 315 million monthly active users (MAU). That&#39;s two years away, and reviewing the last two years casts some doubt as to whether it&#39;s achievable. From 2019 to 2021, the company grew its revenue from $3.4 billion to $5 billion and its MAU from 152 million to 217 million. It's best known as the leader in digital signature technology, but it has expanded into new verticals in the digital document sphere by leveraging advanced tools like artificial intelligence (AI).The DocuSign Agreement Cloud is a suite of over 12 applications designed to help organizations manage contracts from the initial drafting, to signing, and also maintaining them as time moves forward. DocuSign Insight, for example, uses AI to analyze agreements to identify potentially problematic clauses, and even opportunities, which helps to save time and also legal expenses. The Agreement Cloud is the ultimate digital partner for companies dealing with a high volume of legal documents.DocuSign now has approximately 1.17 million paying users, with over 1 billion people on the platform worldwide. The company just reported its fiscal 2022 full-year results, and despite some pandemic tailwinds fading as society reopens, DocuSign still managed to grow its revenue by 45% to $2.45 billion compared to fiscal 2021. The company is also profitable, growing its non-GAAP earnings per share to $1.98 during fiscal 2022, which was a 120% jump year over year.DocuSign's stock has fallen 67% from its all-time high, partly because sales growth in fiscal 2023 is expected to be flat. Alphabet is the parent company of Google, and it's one of the highest-quality companies in the stock market. It is also one of the most valuable, with a market capitalization of $1.8 trillion.For those reasons, many investors hold on to their shares with a tight grip, so Alphabet stock is down just 10% from its all-time high right now. But still, it's a dip worth buying for the long term. The organization has diversified far beyond its famous search platform alone and boasts a suite of businesses that tend to do well in most economic environments.For example, its Google Cloud platform offers a range of services, including collaborative documents, storage, and even artificial intelligence and machine learning tools. The cloud segment only represented 7.4% of Alphabet's total $257 billion in revenue during 2021, but it grew at 47% year over year, which was faster than the 41% rate for the whole of the company.Overall, Alphabet stock is cheap right now, with a price-to-earnings multiple of just 24, which is a 27% discount to the Nasdaq 100 technology index. Twitter stock soared by as much as 38% once the news was revealed, raising a valid question: How much value can one person bring to the table?Elon is pushing for some changes to the platform, including an edit button (which was already in the works, according to the company) and a greater commitment to free speech. These could drive more usage and engagement, but one of Twitter's larger problems has been monetization compared to competing social media platforms like Meta Platforms' Facebook.During the height of the pandemic, Twitter set a goal to reach $7.5 billion in annual revenue by the end of 2023, with 315 million monthly active users (MAU). That's two years away, and reviewing the last two years casts some doubt as to whether it's achievable. From 2019 to 2021, the company grew its revenue from $3.4 billion to $5 billion and its MAU from 152 million to 217 million. MarketWatch/Getty Images</span></p><p>Many technology stocks have gotten crushed in the high-inflation, rising-interest-rate environment of 2022. Some may have further to fall.</p><p>Investors with shorter-term horizons may wish to steer clear of more volatile, innovative companies, despite outperformance during the pandemic.</p><p>Those include 20 of the larger high-volatility names among the Russell 1000 Index are listed below.</p><p><b>Highly valued stocks get punished</b></p><p>Disruptive innovation is an investing style that grew popular during 2020, when so many companies selected by money managers under that type of strategy soared.</p><p>But the strategy has had difficult times since then. Now, with investors so sensitive to any signal about higher interest rates from the Federal Reserve, those volatile stocks may be best to avoid, even after significant declines.</p><p>Here&#39;s a chart showing the total return of Cathie Wood&#39;s Ark Innovation Pacer Swan SOS Fund of Funds ETF (ARKK), the poster child for such stocks,  since the end of 2019:</p><p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/7116f24ca94b5189b64241b57c6caaa3\" tg-width=\"700\" tg-height=\"552\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"/><span>FactSet</span></p><p>That&#39;s quite a fall to Earth. Back in December, Wood famously doubled-down on her strategy, saying stocks she was holding had fallen into &#34;deep value territory.&#34; She added that her strategy &#34;could deliver a 30%-40% compound annual rate of return during the next five years.&#34;</p><p>That was before ARKK dropped another 36% during 2022 through April 8. Wood may be correct that her style will do well over the very long term. But for investors who worry about the rest of 2022, the story may turn even uglier.</p><p><b>Why rising interest rates hurt disruptive innovators so badly</b></p><p>Inflation was already high during 2021, which caused investors to anticipate a change in Federal Reserve policy leading to a cycle of rising interest rates. That anticipation reversed course for many tech or innovative stocks trading high to estimated earnings.</p><p>We&#39;re seeing more of it this year. The Fed only switched course  in March when it raised the target range for the federal funds rate. The central bank hasn&#39;t yet announced a reduction of its bond holdings, which held long-term rates low during 2020 and 2021. Still, the yield on 10-year U.S. Treasury notes  has increased to 2.75% from 1.51% at the end of last year.</p><p>&#34;The market has already baked in two years of expected interest-rate increases,&#34; said Robert Barone, a portfolio manager with Fourstar Wealth Advisors of Chicago.</p><p>Of course, we cannot know how long the Federal Reserve&#39;s round of actual interest-rate increases and bond-portfolio reduction will last, but Barone thinks some people are in for a surprise. When the Fed previously tightened monetary policy during 2018, &#34;they didn&#39;t get very far until they drained some liquidity and the financial markets revolted.&#34;</p><p>Kimball Brooker, who co-heads the Global Value Team at First Eagle Investments in New York, said a rising-rate environment can be especially hard on disruptive innovators because they tend to have &#34;cash flow way out in the future that you are discounting today.&#34;</p><p>&#34;If you raise rates today, the discounts to future cash flows are higher,&#34; Brooker said.</p><p><b>Screen of high-volatility stocks</b></p><p>This twitter posting sets the stage:</p><p>It&#39;s a tough year for tech. Some may have further to fall.Investors with shorter-term horizons may wish to steer clear of more volatile, innovative companies, despite outperformance during the pandemic.Those include 20 of the larger high-volatility names among the Russell 1000 Index are listed below.Highly valued stocks get punishedDisruptive innovation is an investing style that grew popular during 2020, when so many companies selected by money managers under that type of strategy soared.But the strategy has had difficult times since then. Now, with investors so sensitive to any signal about higher interest rates from the Federal Reserve, those volatile stocks may be best to avoid, even after significant declines.Here's a chart showing the total return of Cathie Wood's Ark Innovation Pacer Swan SOS Fund of Funds ETF (ARKK), the poster child for such stocks,  since the end of 2019:FactSetThat's quite a fall to Earth. Back in December, Wood famously doubled-down on her strategy, saying stocks she was holding had fallen into \"deep value territory.\" She added that her strategy \"could deliver a 30%-40% compound annual rate of return during the next five years.\"That was before ARKK dropped another 36% during 2022 through April 8. Wood may be correct that her style will do well over the very long term. But for investors who worry about the rest of 2022, the story may turn even uglier.Why rising interest rates hurt disruptive innovators so badlyInflation was already high during 2021, which caused investors to anticipate a change in Federal Reserve policy leading to a cycle of rising interest rates. That anticipation reversed course for many tech or innovative stocks trading high to estimated earnings.We're seeing more of it this year. The Fed only switched course  in March when it raised the target range for the federal funds rate. The central bank hasn't yet announced a reduction of its bond holdings, which held long-term rates low during 2020 and 2021. Still, the yield on 10-year U.S. Treasury notes  has increased to 2.75% from 1.51% at the end of last year.\"The market has already baked in two years of expected interest-rate increases,\" said Robert Barone, a portfolio manager with Fourstar Wealth Advisors of Chicago.Of course, we cannot know how long the Federal Reserve's round of actual interest-rate increases and bond-portfolio reduction will last, but Barone thinks some people are in for a surprise. That has investors asking when the broader trend of rising bond yields will hurt the stock market.</p><p>The central concern is that&nbsp;once Treasury yields climb high enough&nbsp;investors will want to buy safe bonds instead of stocks or high-yield debt. But it isn’t clear when that will occur, and the 30-year bond carries&nbsp;extra risk of losses as yields keep rising. When it comes to the 10-year note, a more popular benchmark<b>,</b>Wall Street consensus is hard to find:&nbsp;Strategists’ forecasts say 10-year Treasury yields may need to rise only to 1.75%, or as high as 5%, to make them more attractive than those riskier alternatives.</p><p>Yields on long-term Treasuries have been rising steadily since late August, and more quickly since Nov. 9, whenPfizerand BioNTech announced an effective Covid-19 vaccine. The 30-year yield was hovering near 2% Monday after breaching that level in morning trading—up from 1.6% before the vaccine. The benchmark 10-year yield has climbed as well, rising to 1.2% Monday from 0.8% before the vaccine.</p><p>Long-term yields had retreated from their morning highs by Monday afternoon amid concerns about Covid-19 vaccine distribution and the pace of global economic reopening, with the 10-year yield off one basis points (hundredth of a percentage point) and the 30-year yield down three basis points.</p><p>But the expectation remains for yields to keep climbing over coming weeks and months. And a key question is how high yields need to be to dent stock-market returns. Several Wall Street strategists have tackled that puzzle in recent notes.</p><p>Almost 70% of S&amp;P 500 companies pay a higher yield than the 10-year note, wrote a team led by equity strategist Savita Subramanianin a recent note. That proportion would fall to 40% if companies keep their payouts at current levels and the Treasury yield rises to 1.75% by the end of this year, they found.</p><p>That could start undermining the attractiveness of stocks as an income play; today the overall dividend yield on the S&amp;P 500 is 1.5%, higher than the 10-year Treasury payout. That has helped offset concerns about valuations that are higher than historical averages.</p><p>Yet the picture looks far better for stocks from a total-return perspective. The implied long-term return of the S&amp;P 500 is around 3%, the bank’s equity strategists wrote.</p><p>Wall Street strategists don’t expect the 10-year note to be able to challenge that return soon. In a January outlook piece,Bank of America’sinterest-rate strategists predicted that 3% will be the benchmark yield’s peak during this expansion, implying yields won’t reach those levels until the Fed starts raising interest rates. And according to some of the bank’s valuation models, all else equal, stocks will look cheap compared to Treasuries until yields rise to 5%.</p><p>More important, a 3% return from the S&amp;P 500 will still outpace akey market gauge of inflation expectations over the next decade. That indicator, called the break-even inflation rate, has been driven higher by improving growth expectations as the U.S. recovers from the Covid-19 crisis. On Monday it hit 2.2%, the highest level since 2014.</p><p>The 10-year Treasury yield, in contrast, remains below market inflation forecasts over that period, and is expected to stay that way through the end of this year at least. Even higher inflation-adjusted yields may not hurt stocks, wrote Credit Suisse strategist Jonathan Golub in a Feb. 8 note, as the boost stocks get from stronger economic growth should outweigh the bond market’s relative improvement in yield.</p><p>In another positive for stocks, rising yields aren’t negatively affecting large-cap U.S. companies’ balance sheets. The effective yield on the ICE BofA Corporate Index, a gauge of current borrowing costs for high-rated companies, remains at just 1.9% for a maturity of nearly 12 years. And last year’s record-setting flood of fixed-rate borrowing means that companies won’t need to refinance their debt for years.</p><p>There is one way that rising rates are negatively affecting at least some stocks:&nbsp; Investors are less willing to wait for profit growth,Goldman Sachsstrategists wrote in a Feb. 7 note. The 30-year yield was hovering near 2% Monday after breaching that level in morning trading—up from 1.6% before the vaccine. The benchmark 10-year yield has climbed as well, rising to 1.2% Monday from 0.8% before the vaccine.Long-term yields had retreated from their morning highs by Monday afternoon amid concerns about Covid-19 vaccine distribution and the pace of global economic reopening, with the 10-year yield off one basis points (hundredth of a percentage point) and the 30-year yield down three basis points.But the expectation remains for yields to keep climbing over coming weeks and months. And a key question is how high yields need to be to dent stock-market returns. Several Wall Street strategists have tackled that puzzle in recent notes.Almost 70% of S&P 500 companies pay a higher yield than the 10-year note, wrote a team led by equity strategist Savita Subramanianin a recent note. That proportion would fall to 40% if companies keep their payouts at current levels and the Treasury yield rises to 1.75% by the end of this year, they found.That could start undermining the attractiveness of stocks as an income play; today the overall dividend yield on the S&P 500 is 1.5%, higher than the 10-year Treasury payout. That has helped offset concerns about valuations that are higher than historical averages.Yet the picture looks far better for stocks from a total-return perspective. The implied long-term return of the S&P 500 is around 3%, the bank’s equity strategists wrote.Wall Street strategists don’t expect the 10-year note to be able to challenge that return soon. In a January outlook piece,Bank of America’sinterest-rate strategists predicted that 3% will be the benchmark yield’s peak during this expansion, implying yields won’t reach those levels until the Fed starts raising interest rates. It&#39;s best known as the leader in digital signature technology, but it has expanded into new verticals in the digital document sphere by leveraging advanced tools like artificial intelligence (AI).</p><p>The DocuSign Agreement Cloud is a suite of over 12 applications designed to help organizations manage contracts from the initial drafting, to signing, and also maintaining them as time moves forward. DocuSign Insight, for example, uses AI to analyze agreements to identify potentially problematic clauses, and even opportunities, which helps to save time and also legal expenses. The Agreement Cloud is the ultimate digital partner for companies dealing with a high volume of legal documents.</p><p>DocuSign now has approximately 1.17 million paying users, with over 1 billion people on the platform worldwide. The company just reported its fiscal 2022 full-year results, and despite some pandemic tailwinds fading as society reopens, DocuSign still managed to grow its revenue by 45% to $2.45 billion compared to fiscal 2021. The company is also profitable, growing its non-GAAP earnings per share to $1.98 during fiscal 2022, which was a 120% jump year over year.</p><p>DocuSign&#39;s stock has fallen 67% from its all-time high, partly because sales growth in fiscal 2023 is expected to be flat. But analysts anticipate further growth in earnings, and as remote work becomes more common even beyond the pandemic, this is a great opportunity to enter the stock for a long-term hold.</p><p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/be3ca5916370c9996f7f5b8ad4b477f9\" tg-width=\"700\" tg-height=\"466\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"/><span>Image source: Getty Images.</span></p><h2>The second stock to buy: Alphabet (Google)</h2><p>This company needs little introduction, as you may have used its services to find this very article. <b>Alphabet</b> is the parent company of Google, and it&#39;s one of the highest-quality companies in the stock market. It is also one of the most valuable, with a market capitalization of $1.8 trillion.</p><p>For those reasons, many investors hold on to their shares with a tight grip, so Alphabet stock is down just 10% from its all-time high right now. But still, it&#39;s a dip worth buying for the long term. The organization has diversified far beyond its famous search platform alone and boasts a suite of businesses that tend to do well in most economic environments.</p><p>For example, its Google Cloud platform offers a range of services, including collaborative documents, storage, and even artificial intelligence and machine learning tools. The cloud segment only represented 7.4% of Alphabet&#39;s total $257 billion in revenue during 2021, but it grew at 47% year over year, which was faster than the 41% rate for the whole of the company.</p><p>Overall, Alphabet stock is cheap right now, with a price-to-earnings multiple of just 24, which is a 27% discount to the Nasdaq 100 technology index. And during rough times in the market, it&#39;s a highly secure stock to own for its diversity, growth, and profitability.</p><p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/e6f1b3c657fcaf865bf5f3f24dc695ee\" tg-width=\"700\" tg-height=\"456\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"/><span>Image source: Getty Images.</span></p><h2>The stock to sell: Twitter</h2><p>If you have paid any attention to the markets this week, you likely would have heard about <b>Tesla</b> CEO Elon Musk purchasing a 9.1% stake in social media platform <b>Twitter </b>( TWTR -3.75% ), as well as his appointment to its board of directors. Twitter stock soared by as much as 38% once the news was revealed, raising a valid question: How much value can one person bring to the table?</p><p>Elon is pushing for some changes to the platform, including an edit button (which was already in the works, according to the company) and a greater commitment to free speech. These could drive more usage and engagement, but one of Twitter&#39;s larger problems has been monetization compared to competing social media platforms like <b>Meta Platforms</b>&#39; Facebook.</p><p>During the height of the pandemic, Twitter set a goal to reach $7.5 billion in annual revenue by the end of 2023, with 315 million monthly active users (MAU). That&#39;s two years away, and reviewing the last two years casts some doubt as to whether it&#39;s achievable. From 2019 to 2021, the company grew its revenue from $3.4 billion to $5 billion and its MAU from 152 million to 217 million. That&#39;s a two-year growth rate of 47% for revenue and 42% for MAU.</p><p>To reach its goals, the company would have to accelerate those two-year growth rates to 48% and 45%, respectively, between now and the end of 2023. It doesn&#39;t sound unattainable, but Twitter won&#39;t have the benefit of the stay-at-home economy driven by the pandemic -- and the impact of that is already apparent, with MAU growing just 13% from 2020 to 2021.</p><p>Twitter also made net losses in both 2020 and 2021, so it struggled to convert ideal conditions for its platform into earnings for investors. On that note, Twitter stock trades at a price-to-sales multiple of 8. Then it bounced higher by more than 10% during March before resuming its decline this week. It's proof of how difficult it is to chase short-term market gains.Amid the sell-off, some technology stocks have declined considerably, which offers an enticing buying opportunity for long-term investors. Here are two worth picking up now, and one to avoid.Image source: Getty Images.The first stock to buy: DocuSignDocuSign was a major beneficiary of the pandemic environment, as its platforms facilitate remote work. It's best known as the leader in digital signature technology, but it has expanded into new verticals in the digital document sphere by leveraging advanced tools like artificial intelligence (AI).The DocuSign Agreement Cloud is a suite of over 12 applications designed to help organizations manage contracts from the initial drafting, to signing, and also maintaining them as time moves forward. DocuSign Insight, for example, uses AI to analyze agreements to identify potentially problematic clauses, and even opportunities, which helps to save time and also legal expenses. The Agreement Cloud is the ultimate digital partner for companies dealing with a high volume of legal documents.DocuSign now has approximately 1.17 million paying users, with over 1 billion people on the platform worldwide. The company just reported its fiscal 2022 full-year results, and despite some pandemic tailwinds fading as society reopens, DocuSign still managed to grow its revenue by 45% to $2.45 billion compared to fiscal 2021. The company is also profitable, growing its non-GAAP earnings per share to $1.98 during fiscal 2022, which was a 120% jump year over year.DocuSign's stock has fallen 67% from its all-time high, partly because sales growth in fiscal 2023 is expected to be flat. But analysts anticipate further growth in earnings, and as remote work becomes more common even beyond the pandemic, this is a great opportunity to enter the stock for a long-term hold.Image source: Getty Images.The second stock to buy: Alphabet (Google)This company needs little introduction, as you may have used its services to find this very article. Alphabet is the parent company of Google, and it's one of the highest-quality companies in the stock market. It is also one of the most valuable, with a market capitalization of $1.8 trillion.For those reasons, many investors hold on to their shares with a tight grip, so Alphabet stock is down just 10% from its all-time high right now. But still, it's a dip worth buying for the long term. The organization has diversified far beyond its famous search platform alone and boasts a suite of businesses that tend to do well in most economic environments.For example, its Google Cloud platform offers a range of services, including collaborative documents, storage, and even artificial intelligence and machine learning tools. The cloud segment only represented 7.4% of Alphabet's total $257 billion in revenue during 2021, but it grew at 47% year over year, which was faster than the 41% rate for the whole of the company.Overall, Alphabet stock is cheap right now, with a price-to-earnings multiple of just 24, which is a 27% discount to the Nasdaq 100 technology index. And during rough times in the market, it's a highly secure stock to own for its diversity, growth, and profitability.Image source: Getty Images.The stock to sell: TwitterIf you have paid any attention to the markets this week, you likely would have heard about Tesla CEO Elon Musk purchasing a 9.1% stake in social media platform Twitter ( TWTR -3.75% ), as well as his appointment to its board of directors. Twitter stock soared by as much as 38% once the news was revealed, raising a valid question: How much value can one person bring to the table?Elon is pushing for some changes to the platform, including an edit button (which was already in the works, according to the company) and a greater commitment to free speech. These could drive more usage and engagement, but one of Twitter's larger problems has been monetization compared to competing social media platforms like Meta Platforms' Facebook.During the height of the pandemic, Twitter set a goal to reach $7.5 billion in annual revenue by the end of 2023, with 315 million monthly active users (MAU). That's two years away, and reviewing the last two years casts some doubt as to whether it's achievable. From 2019 to 2021, the company grew its revenue from $3.4 billion to $5 billion and its MAU from 152 million to 217 million. That's a two-year growth rate of 47% for revenue and 42% for MAU.To reach its goals, the company would have to accelerate those two-year growth rates to 48% and 45%, respectively, between now and the end of 2023. It doesn't sound unattainable, but Twitter won't have the benefit of the stay-at-home economy driven by the pandemic -- and the impact of that is already apparent, with MAU growing just 13% from 2020 to 2021.Twitter also made net losses in both 2020 and 2021, so it struggled to convert ideal conditions for its platform into earnings for investors. On that note, Twitter stock trades at a price-to-sales multiple of 8.
