To measure its efficiency, we will use the cash conversion cycle, which shows how many days it takes to convert inventory into cash. It is calculated as follows:CCC = Days Inventory Outstanding + Days Sales Outstanding – Days Payables OutstandingMDA’s cash conversion cycle is 34 days, meaning it takes the company 34 days for it to convert its inventory into cash. Since the company became public in 2021, there isn’t enough data to identify a trend, although the number increased from 16 days in 2020.Nevertheless, 34 days is still below the industrial sector average of 49 days and below its peer Maxar Technologies’ (MAXR) figure of 48 days, suggesting that MDA is more efficient than its average competitor.In addition to the cash conversion cycle, we can consider MDA’s gross margin. Although this does not impact the company’s fundamental performance, it can cause a lot of volatility in the share price.MDA shareholders who have been holding onto the stock since its IPO know firsthand the pain that this volatility can cause. Growth expectations mainly revolve around the cloud computing business. As a result, ORCL stock has soared by 56% over the last 12 months.</p>\n<p>And the rally accelerated after Oracle recently released its fourth-quarter and FY21 results. As a result, the shares hit a record high of $91.20. It currently trades around $87, up 35% in 2021. Non-GAAP net income went up buy 20% to $4.5 billion, and non-GAAP earnings per share soared 29% to $1.54.</p>\n<p>In fiscal 2021, Oracle generated almost $13.8 billion in free cash flow. As a result, management invested heavily in stock buybacks. Excluding the $3 billion spent on dividends, it bought back 329 million shares at a cost of $21 billion in the past year. Cash and equivalents ended the fiscal year at $30.1 billion.</p>\n<p>On the results, CEO Safra Catz remarked, “Our Q4 performance was absolutely outstanding with total revenue beating guidance by nearly $200 million, and non-GAAP earnings per share beating guidance by $0.24.”</p>\n<p>Cloud apps saw 20% to 30% growth. Yet, it has not led to a significant increase in overall revenue for the fiscal year 2021. Oracle’s revenue of $40.5 billion grew only by 4% compared to the previous year.</p>\n<p>ORCL stock is currently trading at 19x forward price-earnings multiple and 6.5x current sales. The 12-month price target range for Oracle stock extends from $60 to $115. The median estimate of $80 would mean a decline of about 9% from the current levels. Therefore, short-term investors could see the shares come under pressure.</p>\n<p><b>Long-Term Tailwinds For Oracle Stock</b></p>\n<p>Despite the potential short-term volatility, there are many reasons for investors to consider ORCL stock. Growth expectations mainly revolve around the cloud computing business. As a result, ORCL stock has soared by 56% over the last 12 months.\nAnd the rally accelerated after Oracle recently released its fourth-quarter and FY21 results. As a result, the shares hit a record high of $91.20. It currently trades around $87, up 35% in 2021. SSEC edges up 0.14%</p>\n<p>* Education shares continue slide on regulation worries</p>\n<p>* Delta variant behind cluster in city of Nanjing</p>\n<p>SHANGHAI, July 27 (Reuters) - Chinese blue-chips and Hong Kong's benchmark share index fell to fresh lows for the year on Tuesday on persistent worries about the impact of tighter government regulation, while a surge in COVID-19 cases dealt a further blow to sentiment.</p>\n<p>At the midday break, China's blue-chip CSI300 index&nbsp;was down 0.37%, extending Monday's 3.2% selloff, with losses across the financial, consumer staples and real estate sectors.</p>\n<p>Hong Kong's benchmark Hang Seng Index fell 1.03% after its 4.1% drop in the previous session, and the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index slipped 1.64%.</p>\n<p>Falls were wide-ranging, with the CSI financial sector sub-index down 1.36%, the consumer staples sector&nbsp;off 1.1%, the real estate index 2.95% lower and the healthcare sub-index down 0.92%.</p>\n<p>In Hong Kong, the IT sector fell 4.7% and the Hang Seng Tech index slumped 3.17%, hitting its lowest-ever level.</p>\n<p>The Shanghai Composite index was able to eke out a gain led by energy and materials firms, up 0.14% to 3,472.40 points.</p>\n<p>Monday's shakeout was spurred by new rules reining in China's $120 billion private tutoring sector, sending some shares crashing more than 45%, and new regulatory moves targeting technology and property.</p>\n<p>Education shares continued to slide, with New Oriental Education &amp; Technology Group Co falling 2.63%, taking its drop over the last three sessions to near 70%, while the CSI education index slipped 2.22%.</p>\n<p>Anita Chu, an analyst at CCB International, said the unfavourable regulatory environment left little room for a business turnaround, and issued a downgrade and reduced target price for New Oriental.</p>\n<p>\"If the final version of the policy comes to resemble its current form, we envision a worst-case scenario whereby existing listed-AST (after-school tutoring) operators will be compelled to spin-off their K9 AST operations from the listco, or else de-list by way of privatisation\"</p>\n<p>\"According to our estimates, the potential spin-off of K9 AST operations would take 60-70% off the earnings of New Oriental and 80-90% off (New York-listed) TAL Education.\"</p>\n<p>In Hong Kong, heavily indebted developer <a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/EGRNF\">China Evergrande Group</a> extended its losses, spiralling 11.33% lower to new four-and-a-half year lows, after the company said it would cancel a special dividend proposal.</p>\n<p>The broader property sector in Hong Kong edged 0.32% higher after slumping on Monday, but real estate A-shares&nbsp;extended losses, falling 2.95%.</p>\n<p>Adding to broader concerns about the economic outlook, profit growth at China's industrial firms slowed for a fourth straight month in June, as high raw material prices weighed on factories' margins.</p>\n<p>A surge in highly contagious Delta variant COVID-19 cases centred on the eastern city of Nanjing also spurred concern on Tuesday.</p>\n<p>But Zhiwei Zhang, chief economist at Pinpoint Assetm Management said broader economic concerns were contained for now.</p>\n<p>\"The market correction seems to reflect some investors' concern about government's policy stance on the capital market.
