We aren&#39;t giving up.</p><p>Wil Lobach, a 39-year-old investor from New Jersey, said he is hoping to use the selloff as a way to add to his Bed Bath &amp; Beyond holdings.</p><p>He owns more than 250 shares of the struggling retailer. Having scooped them up at an average price of around $6.50, he is still up about 70% on his initial investment. Bed Bath &amp; Beyond shares fell 41% Friday to $11.03.</p><p>Mr. Lobach said the volatility in the stock last week did little to scare him. Many individuals piled into Bed Bath &amp; Beyond&#39;s shares after he revealed a sizable stake in the company in March and issued a letter to its board pushing for major changes.</p><p>David Simpson, a 30-year-old from Seattle, said he is committed to holding on to his Bed Bath &amp; Beyond investment until at least 2023, by which time he believes the stock will have risen to around $200.</p><p>He wasn&#39;t deterred by news of Mr. Cohen selling his stake. In fact, he says his conviction in his Bed Bath &amp; Beyond trade has only gotten stronger. He referenced Mr. Cohen&#39;s role in Chewy&#39;s growth from a small startup into a company that would later be acquired by PetSmart for $3.35 billion, a deal that was at the time the biggest e-commerce acquisition ever.</p><p>&#34;My instincts tell me the same is true&#34; for Bed Bath &amp; Beyond, Mr. Simpson said, adding that he believes the company will be able to strengthen its financial position by the end of the year.</p><p>Bed Bath &amp; Beyond is searching for a $375 million loan to build cash and help pay down debt, The Wall Street Journal previously reported. Some individual investors say they have good reason to believe the shares will spike again.</p><p>Many are also continuing to hold out for what they believe will be a massive short squeeze, a phenomenon that occurs when a stock rises so much that investors who bet against it are forced to buy back shares, driving the stock even higher.</p><p>At the moment, those betting on the stock face an uphill battle.</p><p>On Friday, the selloff hitting Bed Bath &amp; Beyond spread to other meme stocks, with GameStop losing 3.8%, AMC Entertainment falling 6.6% and Coinbase Global Inc. shedding 11%. The S&amp;P 500 finished down 1.3%.</p><p>Data also show pressure from short sellers has continued to grow.</p><p>Roughly half of Bed Bath &amp; Beyond&#39;s shares that were available to trade Friday afternoon were being shorted, according to Ihor Dusaniwsky, head of predictive analytics at S3 Partners, a technology and data analytics firm.</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/a65f0cd9592adcecfe576cd8076066dc\" tg-width=\"437\" tg-height=\"630\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"/></p><p>&#34;This has been a roller-coaster week,&#34; Mr. Dusaniwsky said in an email, noting the value of short sellers&#39; positions was down hundreds of millions of dollars in the first half of the week, only to jump hundreds of millions of dollars on Thursday and Friday.</p><p>Wall Street analysts are also warning there could be more pain ahead for shareholders.</p><p>Wedbush Securities analyst Seth Basham said he believes Bed Bath &amp; Beyond&#39;s stock should be trading at around $5 -- 55% below where it closed Friday. He cut his rating for the stock to &#34;underperform&#34; from &#34;neutral&#34; in a note after Mr. Cohen made his plans to sell his stake public Wednesday.</p><p>Even if the company manages to achieve goals like fixing its inventory and supply-chain problems, its stock has surged so much that the risk-to-reward ratio for investors remains &#34;disproportionately skewed to the downside,&#34; Mr. Basham added.</p><p>Bed Bath &amp; Beyond shares are still up 122% for the quarter, compared with the S&amp;P 500, which has risen 12%.</p><p>Wells Fargo analyst Zachary Fadem, who covers Bed Bath &amp; Beyond, is holding a price target of $3 for the stock -- 73% below where it closed Friday.</p><p>Among Mr. Fadem&#39;s concerns: Foot traffic at Bed Bath &amp; Beyond&#39;s stores and web traffic on its site seem to be decelerating. The company is also in a financially vulnerable position. Assuming I'm right,&nbsp;<b>BioNTech</b> (NASDAQ:BNTX) should soar if the market crashes.</p>\n<p>A massive market sell-off due to COVID-19 worries would almost certainly light a fire beneath the stocks of the leading vaccine makers. My view is that BioNTech would be <a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/AONE.U\">one</a> of the biggest winners in the group.</p>\n<p>BioNTech and its partner <b><a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/PFE\">Pfizer</a></b> (NYSE:PFE) are already moving forward with plans to test a vaccine that specifically targets the delta variant. That gives the companies a head start. BioNTech is by far the smallest of the companies with COVID-19 vaccines already on the market, which makes its shares more likely to jump higher on a positive catalyst. It's also easily the cheapest of these vaccine stocks, based on forward earnings multiples.</p>\n<p>What if there isn't an imminent market crash? BioNTech is still set to rake in billions of dollars with sales of its COVID-19 vaccine. The company will almost certainly use its growing cash stockpile to invest in expanding its pipeline. I think that BioNTech will be a winner over the long term, regardless of what happens over the short term.</p>\n<h3><a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/DG\">Dollar General</a></h3>\n<p>I've maintained for a long time that&nbsp;<b>Dollar <a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/BGC\">General</a></b> (NYSE:DG) is one of the best stocks to own during a market downturn. That view seemed to be confirmed during the big market meltdown last year.</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/b0e75aa27d2d22b4296c80687da5be97\" tg-width=\"720\" tg-height=\"449\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p>\n<p>DG data by YCharts.</p>\n<p>Shares of Dollar General fell at first, but not nearly as much as most stocks did. Dollar General stock also rebounded much more quickly and trounced the overall market's return throughout the rest of the year.</p>\n<p>During uncertain times, consumers tighten their purse strings. That makes discount retailers such as Dollar General more attractive than ever.</p>\n<p>Even when the overall market performs well, though, Dollar General should still be able to grow. As a case in point, the company's shares delivered more than double the gain that the <b>S&amp;P 500</b> index did in the five years leading up to 2020 when the market was roaring.</p>\n<p>I think that Dollar General will be able to continue to beat the market. It's moving forward with an aggressive expansion strategy. The company is also undertaking a major initiative to \"establish itself as a health destination.\" While Dollar General didn't provide many details on exactly what its plans are, moving more into healthcare sounds like a smart move to me.</p>\n<h3>Viatris</h3>\n<p>There are at least two reasons why a given stock might hold up well during a big market sell-off. One is that its underlying business isn't impacted much by the reason behind the broader plunge. Another is that the stock is so cheap that investors scoop up shares if it falls much below its existing price. My take is that&nbsp;<b>Viatris</b> (NASDAQ:VTRS) qualifies on both of these criteria.</p>\n<p>Viatris specializes in biosimilars and generic drugs. Patients need these drugs, regardless of what the stock market does. The drugs are also less expensive than branded prescription drugs.</p>\n<p>The stock is irrefutably dirt cheap. Viatris' shares trade at a little over four times expected earnings. It's unlikely that the stock is going to move much lower because it would simply be too much of a steal for investors to ignore.</p>\n<p>Granted, Viatris probably won't keep up with the overall stock market's performance if the current uptrend continues. However, the company's dividend is attractive. Images</span></p>\n<p><b>ASMLNV</b>(ASML) continues to be one of the best semiconductor stocks for long-term investors and the upcoming investor day can be an important catalyst for a higher share price.</p>\n<p>I have been bullish on ASML since my&nbsp;first article&nbsp;was published on the company last March, even though I’ve taken some profits recently because this stock was my largest holding and I wanted to diversify my portfolio a little bit.</p>\n<p>Since then, the company has reported earnings related to Q2 2021, that continued to show a great operating performance, and my growth expectations were upgraded due to bullish comments from the company.</p>\n<p><b>Recent Earnings</b></p>\n<p>In Q2 2021, ASML reported strong revenue and earnings growth, showing that its operating momentum continues to be quite strong. Its revenues increased by 21% YoY to €4 billion, which was slightly below estimates, while its net income was around €1 billion and EPS was €2.52 (+41% YoY), ahead of sell-side expectations.</p>\n<p>During the quarter, ASML’s net systems sales amounted to €2.9 billion, while its Installed Base Management sales were €1.1 billion. This revenue from Installed Based Management was above the company’s guidance of around €900 million and is justified by the current situation in the semiconductor industry (the chip shortage) that is pushing customers to software upgrades to improve productivity of the systems.</p>\n<p>In this last quarter, ASML has recognized revenue fornineEUV units, compared tosevenunits in the previous quarter, even though it has delivered 10 units to customers and will recognize revenue for the remaining unit in the next quarter. EUV revenue represented 45% of its system sales in the quarter, compared to 36% in the previous quarter, and shows that EUV should be its major growth source in the next few quarters.</p>\n<p>At this pace, ASML should increase the number of EUV units delivered in 2020 compared to the previous year (it delivered 31 EUV units), but it may miss my expectation of about 38 units delivered this year if deliveries do not ramp a little bit up in the next two quarters.</p>\n<p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/5a48a69a3ba61e82df997470af977ae5\" tg-width=\"1042\" tg-height=\"252\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"><span>Source: ASML.</span></p>\n<p>ASML’s gross margin of 50.9% was above its prior guidance, mainly due to software upgrades that weren’t expected. Its gross margin outlook for the full year is between 51-52%, compared to 48.6% reported in 2020, another support for earnings growth in coming quarters.</p>\n<p>Regarding its net bookings, they were close to €8.3 billion, of which €4.9 billion is related to EUV systems, which is a reflection of the strong demand that currently exists in the semiconductor industry. This represents a great increase in bookings compared to the previous quarter (€4.7 billion in Q1), which is not totally surprising considering the recent announcements by its major customers&nbsp;<b>TSMC</b>(TSM) and&nbsp;<b>Intel</b>(INTC) of new factories and increased capex plans for the next couple of years, of which lithography machines are critical elements.</p>\n<p>Beyond that, while the majority of orders for EUV units come from Logic customers, this quarter ASML had the greatest order intake from Memory customers, most likely from&nbsp;<b>Micron Technology</b>(MU) and&nbsp;<b>SK Hynix</b>(OTC:HXSCF), which is important to diversify its customer base that still is relatively concentrated regarding EUV units. Moreover, investors should also be aware that ASML is not selling EUV units in China, which could represent another growth source in the future if, eventually, the U.S.-China political relationships improve, even though I think that is unlikely at this stage.</p>\n<p>Going forward, the company raised its 2021 guidance and now expects net revenue growth of about 35% (previous expectations were for 30% annual revenue growth) and a gross margin between 51-52%. ASML has also guided for EUV revenue growth of about 35% YoY, which corresponds to some 39-40 units, thus the company is expecting to deliver a higher number of units in the second half of the year than in the previous six months, justified by its push to improve its manufacturing and supply chain capabilities.</p>\n<p>As&nbsp;I’ve discussed in a previous article, ASML was somewhat constrained to grow its EUV production and has made some efforts to increase production in the coming years. This was confirmed in the earnings call, with the company saying that it expects to deliver some 55 units in 2022, growing to over 60 units in 2023.</p>\n<p>I’ve forecasted in that previous analysis that ASML would grow its EUV sales by aroundfiveunits per year after 2022 and reach unit sales of around 70 units by 2025. This now seems to be a conservative estimate and ASML may easily beat my expectations of 70 units and around €11 billion in revenue from EUV by 2025, as demand for its systems is clearly very strong right now.</p>\n<p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/ed697ade2047cb8381d563726e9a0864\" tg-width=\"600\" tg-height=\"396\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"><span>Source: ASML and author’s calculations.</span></p>\n<p><b>Capital Returns &amp; Investor Day</b></p>\n<p>Beyond strong growth and profitability, another positive factor for a higher share price has been its capital return policy, given that ASML has a very good history both through dividends and share buybacks.</p>\n<p>This trend is not expected to change much over the long term and was reinforced recently. Indeed, as&nbsp;I’ve predicted in a previous article, the company increased its share buyback program to €9 billion, to be completed by the end of 2023, substituting immediately the previous program.</p>\n<p>This is a strong increase from its previous share buyback program of €6 billion that was to be completed this year (ASML completed €5.2 billion of this program), showing that ASML has a solid financial position that enables it to invest in the future of its business through R&amp;D and capex, but also return significant amounts of capital to shareholders.</p>\n<p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/84129202a0103e8396a273c5740e57a1\" tg-width=\"500\" tg-height=\"223\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"><span>Source: ASML.</span></p>\n<p>ASML is delivering impressive results and returning even more capital to shareholders, leading its stock to reach consecutive new all-time highs during the past few months. Despite this, there is still upside and this may become more evident in its upcoming investor day, where the company will update investors about its future scenarios regarding revenues and earnings.</p>\n<p>Indeed, ASML has scheduled an investor day on 29 September 2021, where it will certainly raise its medium-term targets compared to the targets set in 2018. Its current revenue target is for a range of €15-24 billion in annual revenues by 2025, which is clearly outdated, considering that ASML should reach revenues of about €19 billion this year.</p>\n<p>As I’ve said in previous articles, I expect ASML to increase its revenue target to a medium-level of around €30 billion or higher by 2025, a much higher level than current sell-side consensus' expectation in 2025 (€26.1 billion). Therefore, this investor day could be another catalyst for a higher share price in the short term, as sell-side estimates will most likely increase following this event. This could be an important driver for a higher share price in the next 3-6 months.</p>\n<p><b>Conclusion</b></p>\n<p>ASML has reported another good quarter with the strong order intake being the most impressive factor in my opinion. This is clearly a very bullish factor for ASML’s business in the next few years and a good support for higher revenue expectations in the medium term. Its revenues increased by 21% YoY to €4 billion, which was slightly below estimates, while its net income was around €1 billion and EPS was €2.52 (+41% YoY), ahead of sell-side expectations.\nDuring the quarter, ASML’s net systems sales amounted to €2.9 billion, while its Installed Base Management sales were €1.1 billion. This revenue from Installed Based Management was above the company’s guidance of around €900 million and is justified by the current situation in the semiconductor industry (the chip shortage) that is pushing customers to software upgrades to improve productivity of the systems.\nIn this last quarter, ASML has recognized revenue fornineEUV units, compared tosevenunits in the previous quarter, even though it has delivered 10 units to customers and will recognize revenue for the remaining unit in the next quarter. EUV revenue represented 45% of its system sales in the quarter, compared to 36% in the previous quarter, and shows that EUV should be its major growth source in the next few quarters.\nAt this pace, ASML should increase the number of EUV units delivered in 2020 compared to the previous year (it delivered 31 EUV units), but it may miss my expectation of about 38 units delivered this year if deliveries do not ramp a little bit up in the next two quarters.\nSource: ASML.\nASML’s gross margin of 50.9% was above its prior guidance, mainly due to software upgrades that weren’t expected. Its gross margin outlook for the full year is between 51-52%, compared to 48.6% reported in 2020, another support for earnings growth in coming quarters.\nRegarding its net bookings, they were close to €8.3 billion, of which €4.9 billion is related to EUV systems, which is a reflection of the strong demand that currently exists in the semiconductor industry. This represents a great increase in bookings compared to the previous quarter (€4.7 billion in Q1), which is not totally surprising considering the recent announcements by its major customers TSMC(TSM) and Intel(INTC) of new factories and increased capex plans for the next couple of years, of which lithography machines are critical elements.\nBeyond that, while the majority of orders for EUV units come from Logic customers, this quarter ASML had the greatest order intake from Memory customers, most likely from Micron Technology(MU) and SK Hynix(OTC:HXSCF), which is important to diversify its customer base that still is relatively concentrated regarding EUV units. Moreover, investors should also be aware that ASML is not selling EUV units in China, which could represent another growth source in the future if, eventually, the U.S.-China political relationships improve, even though I think that is unlikely at this stage.\nGoing forward, the company raised its 2021 guidance and now expects net revenue growth of about 35% (previous expectations were for 30% annual revenue growth) and a gross margin between 51-52%. ASML has also guided for EUV revenue growth of about 35% YoY, which corresponds to some 39-40 units, thus the company is expecting to deliver a higher number of units in the second half of the year than in the previous six months, justified by its push to improve its manufacturing and supply chain capabilities.\nAs I’ve discussed in a previous article, ASML was somewhat constrained to grow its EUV production and has made some efforts to increase production in the coming years. This was confirmed in the earnings call, with the company saying that it expects to deliver some 55 units in 2022, growing to over 60 units in 2023.\nI’ve forecasted in that previous analysis that ASML would grow its EUV sales by aroundfiveunits per year after 2022 and reach unit sales of around 70 units by 2025. This now seems to be a conservative estimate and ASML may easily beat my expectations of 70 units and around €11 billion in revenue from EUV by 2025, as demand for its systems is clearly very strong right now.\nSource: ASML and author’s calculations.\nCapital Returns & Investor Day\nBeyond strong growth and profitability, another positive factor for a higher share price has been its capital return policy, given that ASML has a very good history both through dividends and share buybacks.\nThis trend is not expected to change much over the long term and was reinforced recently. Indeed, as I’ve predicted in a previous article, the company increased its share buyback program to €9 billion, to be completed by the end of 2023, substituting immediately the previous program.\nThis is a strong increase from its previous share buyback program of €6 billion that was to be completed this year (ASML completed €5.2 billion of this program), showing that ASML has a solid financial position that enables it to invest in the future of its business through R&D and capex, but also return significant amounts of capital to shareholders.\nSource: ASML.\nASML is delivering impressive results and returning even more capital to shareholders, leading its stock to reach consecutive new all-time highs during the past few months. Despite this, there is still upside and this may become more evident in its upcoming investor day, where the company will update investors about its future scenarios regarding revenues and earnings.\nIndeed, ASML has scheduled an investor day on 29 September 2021, where it will certainly raise its medium-term targets compared to the targets set in 2018. Its current revenue target is for a range of €15-24 billion in annual revenues by 2025, which is clearly outdated, considering that ASML should reach revenues of about €19 billion this year.\nAs I’ve said in previous articles, I expect ASML to increase its revenue target to a medium-level of around €30 billion or higher by 2025, a much higher level than current sell-side consensus' expectation in 2025 (€26.1 billion). Therefore, this investor day could be another catalyst for a higher share price in the short term, as sell-side estimates will most likely increase following this event. This could be an important driver for a higher share price in the next 3-6 months.\nConclusion\nASML has reported another good quarter with the strong order intake being the most impressive factor in my opinion. This is clearly a very bullish factor for ASML’s business in the next few years and a good support for higher revenue expectations in the medium term. The Dow Jones, which is comprised of 30 profitable, time-tested, multinational businesses, has become a barometer to gauge the health of the U.S. stock market.</p><p>It's also home to some serious value, at least according to a handful of Wall Street analysts and investment banks. Wall Street's high-water <a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/AONE.U\">one</a>-year price target for each of the following four Dow stocks implies upside ranging from 48% to as much as 58%.</p><p><img src=\"https://g.foolcdn.com/image/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fg.foolcdn.com%2Feditorial%2Fimages%2F634050%2Fnyse-wall-street-trading-new-york-financial-stock-market-getty.jpg&amp;w=700&amp;op=resize\" tg-width=\"700\" tg-height=\"484\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p><p>Image source: Getty Images.</p><h3>Intel: Implied upside of 55%</h3><p>To begin with, at least one Wall Street analyst foresees some significant upside in semiconductor giant <b>Intel</b> (NASDAQ:INTC). According to Robert W. Baird analyst Tristan Gerra, Intel could hit $85 a share, representing upside of 55% over the next year.</p><p>Among Gerra's chief arguments is that Intel will likely make a big acquisition to shore up its Foundry Services operations. It just so happens that <i>The Wall Street Journal</i> reported last week that Intel is tinkering with the idea of a $30 billion deal to acquire GlobalFoundries, a specialty chip-production company that <b>Advanced Micro Devices</b>&nbsp;spun off back in 2008. Going the acquisition route would emphasize Intel's renewed commitment to keep chip production under its own control, rather than outsource it. Depending on geopolitical or supply and demand concerns, that could become a major competitive edge for Intel.</p><p>Even though personal-computing chip demand tends to ebb and flow, the future for Intel will likely hinge on data centers. Despite a double-digit percentage decline in data center revenue in the first quarter, demand for storage, processing, and software solutions are only going to increase over the long run as businesses make the shift online and into the cloud.&nbsp; Intel's road will undoubtedly be bumpy as it spends big bucks on 7nm chip innovation, but it should prove well worth it.</p><p>An $85 price target may well make sense for Intel, but likely not over the next year.</p><p><img src=\"https://g.foolcdn.com/image/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fg.foolcdn.com%2Feditorial%2Fimages%2F634050%2Fpharmacist-dispensing-drugs-patient-cost-getty.jpg&amp;w=700&amp;op=resize\" tg-width=\"700\" tg-height=\"466\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p><p>Image source: Getty Images.</p><h3>Walgreen Boots Alliance: Implied upside of 48%</h3><p>Healthcare stocks are also expected to get in on the action. Pharmacy chain <b><a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/WBA\">Walgreens Boots Alliance</a></b> (NASDAQ:WBA) has a high-end price target of $68 from analysts at Robert W. Baird. This portends up to 48% upside over the next 12 months.</p><p>The bullishness surrounding Walgreens likely has to do with the company's ongoing multipoint turnaround plan. By fiscal 2022, Walgreens should be realizing more than $2 billion in annual cost savings, yet at the same time will benefit from hefty investments in digitization. Although online sales only comprise a small portion of total sales, direct-to-consumer is an area of considerable growth opportunity for the generally slow-growing pharmacy chain.</p><p>Perhaps even more exciting is the partnership between Walgreens Boots Alliance and VillageMD. This duo plans to open as many as 700 full-service clinics (co-located in Walgreens' stores) in more than 30 markets throughout the United States by mid-decade.&nbsp; Whereas most in-store clinics cater to vaccines or a sniffle, doctor-led full-service practices inside Walgreens have the potential to facilitate repeat business and drive patients right to Walgreens' high-margin pharmacy.</p><p>As a shareholder, I'm enthusiastic about Walgreens' future. But I suspect it'll take longer than 12 months to reach $68.</p><p><img src=\"https://g.foolcdn.com/image/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fg.foolcdn.com%2Feditorial%2Fimages%2F634050%2Fchemicals-manufacturing-plant-workers-steel-storage-tanks-tablet-getty.jpg&amp;w=700&amp;op=resize\" tg-width=\"700\" tg-height=\"466\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p><p>Image source: Getty Images.</p><h3>Dow Inc.: Implied upside of 58%</h3><p>When it comes to Dow stocks with supercharged return potential, chemicals company <b>Dow Inc.</b> (NYSE:DOW) takes the cake. If the Street-high price target of $95 were to come to fruition, Dow would return 58% for its shareholders over the coming year.</p><p>The biggest growth driver for Dow is going to be a continued U.S. and global recovery (Dow has a manufacturing presence in 31 countries). If economic activity continues to pick up, not only will the company recognize strong demand for its packaging, specialty plastics, performance materials, and coatings, but this demand will actually improve pricing power for Dow's material solutions. The first quarter saw demand and pricing power improve across all operating segments.</p><p>Beyond just growing demand, Dow is taking other actions to improve its bottom line. The company has invested aggressively in digitization, while at the same time restructuring its operations to eventually reduce costs by approximately $300 million on an annual basis. Perhaps most important, capacity expansion for its material solutions will allow Dow to meet increased demand as the U.S. and global economy heat up.</p><p>The bottom line is that Dow is a solid cyclical operating model that'll deliver incremental profit improvements in the years that lie ahead. But as a generally slower-growth business, $95 seems far too aggressive a price target over the coming 12 months.</p><p><img src=\"https://g.foolcdn.com/image/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fg.foolcdn.com%2Feditorial%2Fimages%2F634050%2Foil-gas-refinery-downstreram-getty.jpg&amp;w=700&amp;op=resize\" tg-width=\"700\" tg-height=\"438\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p><p>Image source: Getty Images.</p><h3>Chevron: Implied upside of 54%</h3><p>Lastly, at least one Wall Street investment bank is counting on a gusher of a year from integrated oil and gas giant <b>Chevron</b> (NYSE:CVX). If the high-end price target of $152 proves accurate, Chevron could gallop higher by 54% over the coming year.</p><p>To state the obvious, Chevron benefits from its integrated operating model. Even though higher crude prices are more favorable given the juicier margin potential of its upstream (drilling and exploration) operations, the company is hedged by controlling petrochemical plants and refineries (downstream operations). When the price of crude declines, the input costs for its downstream operations fall, as well, pushing profitability and margins higher.</p><p>The Chevron growth story also can't be told without making mention of its generally superior balance sheet. Whereas most major oil stocks are weighed down by debt, Chevron's debt-to-equity of 34% is considerably lower than many of its peers. When combined with aggressive capital expenditure reductions in the near-term, Chevron looks to have considerably better financial flexibility than other oil majors.</p><p>Ultimately, Chevron's success will be dependent on a continued rebound in the U.S. and global economy. The Dow Jones, which is comprised of 30 profitable, time-tested, multinational businesses, has become a barometer to gauge the health of the U.S. stock market.It's also home to some serious value, at least according to a handful of Wall Street analysts and investment banks. Wall Street's high-water one-year price target for each of the following four Dow stocks implies upside ranging from 48% to as much as 58%.Image source: Getty Images.Intel: Implied upside of 55%To begin with, at least one Wall Street analyst foresees some significant upside in semiconductor giant Intel (NASDAQ:INTC). According to Robert W. Baird analyst Tristan Gerra, Intel could hit $85 a share, representing upside of 55% over the next year.Among Gerra's chief arguments is that Intel will likely make a big acquisition to shore up its Foundry Services operations. It just so happens that The Wall Street Journal reported last week that Intel is tinkering with the idea of a $30 billion deal to acquire GlobalFoundries, a specialty chip-production company that Advanced Micro Devices spun off back in 2008. Going the acquisition route would emphasize Intel's renewed commitment to keep chip production under its own control, rather than outsource it. Depending on geopolitical or supply and demand concerns, that could become a major competitive edge for Intel.Even though personal-computing chip demand tends to ebb and flow, the future for Intel will likely hinge on data centers. Despite a double-digit percentage decline in data center revenue in the first quarter, demand for storage, processing, and software solutions are only going to increase over the long run as businesses make the shift online and into the cloud.  Intel's road will undoubtedly be bumpy as it spends big bucks on 7nm chip innovation, but it should prove well worth it.An $85 price target may well make sense for Intel, but likely not over the next year.Image source: Getty Images.Walgreen Boots Alliance: Implied upside of 48%Healthcare stocks are also expected to get in on the action. Pharmacy chain Walgreens Boots Alliance (NASDAQ:WBA) has a high-end price target of $68 from analysts at Robert W. Baird. This portends up to 48% upside over the next 12 months.The bullishness surrounding Walgreens likely has to do with the company's ongoing multipoint turnaround plan. By fiscal 2022, Walgreens should be realizing more than $2 billion in annual cost savings, yet at the same time will benefit from hefty investments in digitization. Although online sales only comprise a small portion of total sales, direct-to-consumer is an area of considerable growth opportunity for the generally slow-growing pharmacy chain.Perhaps even more exciting is the partnership between Walgreens Boots Alliance and VillageMD. This duo plans to open as many as 700 full-service clinics (co-located in Walgreens' stores) in more than 30 markets throughout the United States by mid-decade.  Whereas most in-store clinics cater to vaccines or a sniffle, doctor-led full-service practices inside Walgreens have the potential to facilitate repeat business and drive patients right to Walgreens' high-margin pharmacy.As a shareholder, I'm enthusiastic about Walgreens' future. But I suspect it'll take longer than 12 months to reach $68.Image source: Getty Images.Dow Inc.: Implied upside of 58%When it comes to Dow stocks with supercharged return potential, chemicals company Dow Inc. (NYSE:DOW) takes the cake. If the Street-high price target of $95 were to come to fruition, Dow would return 58% for its shareholders over the coming year.The biggest growth driver for Dow is going to be a continued U.S. and global recovery (Dow has a manufacturing presence in 31 countries). If economic activity continues to pick up, not only will the company recognize strong demand for its packaging, specialty plastics, performance materials, and coatings, but this demand will actually improve pricing power for Dow's material solutions. The first quarter saw demand and pricing power improve across all operating segments.Beyond just growing demand, Dow is taking other actions to improve its bottom line. The company has invested aggressively in digitization, while at the same time restructuring its operations to eventually reduce costs by approximately $300 million on an annual basis. Perhaps most important, capacity expansion for its material solutions will allow Dow to meet increased demand as the U.S. and global economy heat up.The bottom line is that Dow is a solid cyclical operating model that'll deliver incremental profit improvements in the years that lie ahead. But as a generally slower-growth business, $95 seems far too aggressive a price target over the coming 12 months.Image source: Getty Images.Chevron: Implied upside of 54%Lastly, at least one Wall Street investment bank is counting on a gusher of a year from integrated oil and gas giant Chevron (NYSE:CVX). If the high-end price target of $152 proves accurate, Chevron could gallop higher by 54% over the coming year.To state the obvious, Chevron benefits from its integrated operating model. Even though higher crude prices are more favorable given the juicier margin potential of its upstream (drilling and exploration) operations, the company is hedged by controlling petrochemical plants and refineries (downstream operations). When the price of crude declines, the input costs for its downstream operations fall, as well, pushing profitability and margins higher.The Chevron growth story also can't be told without making mention of its generally superior balance sheet. Whereas most major oil stocks are weighed down by debt, Chevron's debt-to-equity of 34% is considerably lower than many of its peers. When combined with aggressive capital expenditure reductions in the near-term, Chevron looks to have considerably better financial flexibility than other oil majors.Ultimately, Chevron's success will be dependent on a continued rebound in the U.S. and global economy.
