$STARHILL GLOBAL REIT(P40U.SI)$reported a 1.8 per cent increase in distributable income for FY2021/22 to S$89.8 million from S$88.2 million. REIT reported a 2.8 per cent increase in revenue for the period to S$186.4 million from S$181.3 million. Net property income for FY2021/22 rose in tandem, up 7.4 per cent to S$144.7 million from S$134.7 million. Distribution per unit for FY2021/22 dropped 3.8 per cent to S$0.038.

Liked//@LimLS:Apple is a great company. But the forward guidance for the next quarter is weak due to many factors. The rate hike and QT will further push the market down as the valuation will be deemed as too high. Apple is a good buy but only at the right price. Based on current several factors, current price is deemed too rich.

$PARKWAYLIFE REIT(C2PU.SI)$Bullish Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust (PLife Reit) has agreed to acquire 2 nursing homes in Japan for 2.88 billion yen (S$29.4 million) to deepen its expansion in the country’s aged care market. The healthcare-focused Reit is buying the properties from Japanese real estate developer Daiwa House. Together with 3 other acquisitions announced last week, this will bring its Japan portfolio to 57 properties valued at S$758.4 million.
