To do this, let's compare the revenue growth trends of the key segments of the company with and without the results of the last four quarters.

The dynamics of the 'Online Stores' segment showed a qualitative breakthrough. Without taking into account the last four quarters, a near-linear trend was observed here. Now, it has become exponential:

Source: VisualizedAnalytics.com

The 'Third-Party Seller Services' segment - the exponential growth continues:

Source: VisualizedAnalytics.com

The 'Subscription Services' (Amazon Prime) segment - here the acceleration remains, and the result of the last quarter was better than the trend:

Source: VisualizedAnalytics.com

The 'Other' (advertising services) segment has also showed a significant acceleration:

Source: VisualizedAnalytics.com

The growth trend of 'Amazon Web Services' has slowed down, but judging by the results of the last quarter, there is a gradual return to the previous trend:

Source: VisualizedAnalytics.com

Geographically, Amazon's revenue was also significantly better than the trend:

Source: VisualizedAnalytics.com

So, statistically, not subjectively, we should recognize the acceleration of the company's growthin all key segments. In my opinion, this is exactly what is expected from Amazon.

Further. Over the last 10 years, Amazon's capitalization has been in a qualitative linear relationship with its revenue:

Source: VisualizedAnalytics.com

There is also a certain influence of the company's revenue growth rate on its multiples:

Source: VisualizedAnalytics.com

Based on these two relationships and taking into account the influence of the growth of theM2 money stockin the US, it is possible to build another model that allows us to determine the balanced level of the company's capitalization. In addition, this model allows to model the growth of the company's capitalization based on the current expectations of analysts regarding the company's revenue growth in the next four quarters. Here is this model:

Source: VisualizedAnalytics.com

As you can see, firstly, this model indicates that the company's current price is alreadybelow the balanced level. And secondly, it assumes a25% growthin capitalization in the next four quarters.

#2 Comparative Valuation

In the previous block, I modeled Amazon's balanced price based on revenue. What is remarkable is that if we apply the same approach to the comparative valuation of the company using multiples, we will fail. At least I have not been able to find a single revenue-based multiple that would make it possible to successfully compare Amazon to other companies. But the forward P/E (next FY) multiple adjusted by the expected EPS annual growth rate made it possible to find a suitable model:

Source: VisualizedAnalytics.com

As you can see, judging by this multiple, Amazon is significantly undervalued.

#3 Discounted Cash Flow Model

When predicting Amazon's revenue for the next decade, I proceeded from the average expectations ofanalysts:

Source: Seeking Alpha Pro

When predicting the dynamics of Amazon's operating margin, I also proceeded from analysts'expectationsregarding the growth of the company's EPS, and taking into account the gradual increase in the tax rate to 25%. But in my opinion,it is better to invest in a company facing growth problems than aging problems.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":460,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":105628390,"gmtCreate":1620299763710,"gmtModify":1704341553824,"author":{"id":"3565317426108050","authorId":"3565317426108050","name":"Pha","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":5,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3565317426108050","idStr":"3565317426108050"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Like pls","listText":"Like pls","text":"Like pls","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":6,"commentSize":2,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/105628390","repostId":"2133387578","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"2133387578","kind":"highlight","pubTimestamp":1620296700,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/2133387578?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2021-05-06 18:25","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Think Stocks Will Crash in May? Here's what you need to do to prepare.","content":"
When will the stock market crash? That's the big question on many investors' minds at a time when stocks are, across the board, pretty overvalued. In fact, if the stock market doesn't tank completely in the near term, investors should at the very least begin bracing for a correction, where stock values drop 10% or more.
\n
Of course, the idea of a stock market crash can be very scary, especially if you're a newer investor and you haven't experienced one before. But rather than allow yourself to get spooked, you're better off taking action. Here are a few crucial moves to make if you're worried that May is when the stock market will finally take a major turn for the worse.
\n
1. Pad your emergency savings
\n
What does the amount of money you have in the bank have to do with your stock portfolio? A lot, actually. If you secure your emergency fund so you have ample cash to cover unplanned expenses, you won't have to tap your investments out of desperation. That could, in turn, prevent you from needing to liquidate stocks at a time when their value has dropped substantially.
\n
2. Diversify
\n
A diverse portfolio could help you ride out a stock market crash, so if you're heavily invested in one or two market segments right now, take the opportunity to branch out -- before things take a turn for the worse. Diversifying could simply mean buying stocks in sectors you're not currently invested in. Or you could load up on some index funds or exchange-traded funds (ETFs) that give you access to the broader market. For example, if you invest in an S&P 500 index fund or ETF, you'll effectively be putting money into the 500 largest publicly traded companies on the market. It doesn't get much more diverse than that.
\n
3. Add dividend stocks to your portfolio
\n
Companies that pay dividends tend to do so even when stock values are down. And that's a good way to hedge your bets. If your portfolio takes a hit, you can offset those losses with incoming dividend payments, and that's money you'll have the option to cash out and use as needed or reinvest.
\n
4. Stockpile some cash
\n
Market crashes tend to spell opportunity, and so it's important to have cash at the ready for when stocks go on sale. While your first priority should be to shore up your emergency fund, if you're also able to divert some extra cash to your brokerage account, you'll put yourself in a great position to pounce while stocks are temporarily discounted.
\n
Even if you're a seasoned investor who follows the market closely, you probably won't be able to predict exactly when the stock market will crash next. While a May crash is certainly possible, it's also certainly not a given. But rather than spin your wheels trying to determine when that crash is coming, you should instead focus your energy on checking off the boxes above. That way, you'll really be ready for whatever is ahead.
","source":"fool_stock","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
Think Stocks Will Crash in May? Facebook’s net income grew 94% to $9.5 billion, from $4.9 billion a year prior.\nFacebook attributed the significant increase in revenue to a 30% year-over-year increase in the average price per ad and a 12% increase in the number of ads delivered.\nFacebook said it expects its revenue growth to remain stable or accelerate modestly in the second quarter compared with slower growth a year prior due to the pandemic. It hasn’t provided revenue guidance since the start of the pandemic, citing uncertainty. This is Apple’s second quarter in a row with double-digit growth in all product categories. Apple CFO Luca Maestri told analysts that the company expects June quarter revenue to rise by double digits year-over-year, although it faces some supply shortages due to the worldwide chip shortage.

Apple has said in the past months that its business has been boosted by the pandemic as consumers and businesses bought computers to work and entertain themselves while at home. But Apple’s strong results in the quarter suggest that the trend may persist as more economies open up.

Or, as Apple CEO Tim Cook said in a statement: “This quarter reflects both the enduring ways our products have helped our users meet this moment in their own lives, as well as the optimism consumers seem to feel about better days ahead for all of us.”

Mac sales were up 70%, and Cook said that the result was “fueled by” the company’s introduction of its Mac laptops that used its own M1 chips for longer battery life, instead of processors sold by Intel. iPad sales were up nearly 79% year-over-year.

Neither of those results include iPad Pro or iMac models the company announced in March, which are expected to drive additional demand.

“We’re seeing strong first-time buyers on the Mac … it continues to run just south of 50%,” Cook told CNBC’s Josh Lipton. “And, in China, it’s even higher than that … it’s more around two-thirds. And that speaks to people preferring to work on the Mac.”

Apple’s iPhone also reported strong results this quarter, quelling fears that the current annual cycle could slow down. Last year, Apple released iPhones with a new exterior design and 5G support, which many investors believed could prompt a major upgrade cycle, which this quarter’s results indicate.

In greater China, which includes the mainland, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, Apple’s revenue increased over 87% year-over-year to $17.73 billion, although the comparison is to a quarter last year in which China was largely shut down in the early days of the pandemic. Every other geographical category, including the Americas and Europe, were also up on an annual basis.

Apple’s high-margin services business, including iCloud, App Store, and subscriptions like Apple Music, also showed 26.7% growth.

One metric that Apple uses to show the growth in services is the number of subscriptions it has, which not only include its own subscriptions like Apple One, but also subscriptions through its App Store.

“We now have over 660 million paid subscriptions across the services on the platform, and that’s up 40 million from the previous quarter, which is an acceleration from 35 million,” Cook told CNBC.

However, Apple’s App Store has been challenged by lawmakers and companies that say it costs too much and has too much power. A closely-watched trial with Fortnite maker Epic Games over App Store policies kicks off next week.

“The App Store has been an economic miracle. Last year, the estimates are that there was over a half a trillion dollars of economic activity because of the store. Indeed, a great many public companies are actively involved in environmental preservation. On this Earth Day, let’s hold up a spotlight – solar powered, of course – on five stocks that could bring multiple hues of green to a portfolio.
\n
American Waterworks Company Inc.
\n
This Camden, New Jersey-based company first turned on its faucets in 1886. Today, American Waterworks defines itself as the “largest and most geographically diverse U.S. publicly-traded water and wastewater utility company,” serving more than 15 million people in 46 states.
\n
The company recorded 2020 net income of $715 million, up from $654 million one year earlier. President and CEO Walter Lynch referred to 2020 as an “unprecedented year,” albeit in a positive way with “approximately $1.9 billion in capital investment, continued cost management, success in growth with 23 completed regulated acquisitions, the addition of our 17th military installation contract and the execution of enhanced COVID-19 safety protocols.”
\n
As a result of its 2020 performance, American Waterworks reported results of $3.91 per share, up from the previous year’s $3.43 per share, and forecasted 2021 diluted earnings per share in a guidance range of $4.18 to $4.28.
\n
American Waterworks opened its Earth Day trading at $160.97, closer to its 52-week high of $172.56 than to its 52-week low of $112.50.
\n
Avangrid, Inc.
\n
This Orange, Connecticut-based subsidiary of Spain’s Iberdrola S.A. is an energy services holding company with a bifurcated mission of power transmission serving 3.5 million customers through its eight utilities in the Northeast and the development of renewable energy generation facilities.
\n
The company’s subsidiary Avangrid Renewables is on the cusp of making energy history with Vineyard 1, a $2 billion project that will encompass 62 GE Haliade-X turbines 15 miles off the Martha Vineyard coast with the capacity to generate 800 MW of electricity through two export cables buried under the Atlantic seabed.
\n
Avangrid generated net income of $581 million, or $1.88 per share, during 2020. The company offered a 2021 earnings guidance of $2.15 to $2.35 per share.
\n
“I am excited about the promise for 2021 and beyond,” said CEO Dennis V. Arriola. “We have ambitious goals and are uniquely positioned to drive the energy transition in the U.S.”
\n
Avangrid’s stock arrived on Earth Day at $52.21, closer to its 52-week high of $56.20 and distant from its 52-week low of $38.78.
\n
Ormat Technologies Inc.
\n
Headquartered in Reno, Nevada, Ormat develops geothermal and recovered energy generation power plants. Its geothermal and solar generating portfolio totals 932 MW and is spread across the U.S., Kenya, Guatemala, Indonesia, Honduras and Guadeloupe while its 83 MW energy storage portfolio is concentrated in the U.S.
\n
Ormat’s most recent achievement was the April 1 commencement of the 10 MW/40 MWh Vallecito Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), which will provide local resource adequacy to Southern California Edison under a 20-year energy storage resource adequacy agreement. It's now developing a 25 MW battery energy storage system in Upton County, Texas, which is scheduled to begin commercial operation before the end of 2021.
\n
The company reported $705.3 million in revenue in 2020, down from $746 million in 2019. Its net income of $85.5 million was lower than 2019’s $88.1 million, and its diluted earnings per share of $1.65 were less than the previous year’s $1.72.
\n
CEO Doron Blachar acknowledged the multiple challenges of 2020 but insisted 2021 will compensate generously.
\n
“With the tail wind of governments’ support around the world for renewable energy, we are increasing our capital expenditures for 2021 as we are confident with our solid growth plans aiming to increase our combined geothermal, energy storage and solar generating portfolio to approximately 1.5 GW by 2023 with a significant contribution coming from our energy storage business,” Blachar said.
\n
Ormat began trading at $116.50, closer to its 52-week high of $128.87 than to its 52-week low of $53.44.
\n
Polaris Infrastructure Inc.
\n
Formerly known as Ram Power corporation, this Toronto-headquartered company acquires, develops and operates renewable energy projects in Latin America. Through its subsidiaries, the company owns and operates the 72MW San Jacinto geothermal project in northwest Nicaragua and three run-of-river (ROR) hydroelectric facilities in Peru with the capacity levels of roughly 5 MW, 8 MW and 20 MW, respectively.
\n
Polaris generated $74.7 million in revenue from energy sales in 2020, approximately 5% higher than the previous year. compared to the same period in 2019. The Company generated $40.3 million in net cash flow from operating activities and $48.4 million in operating cash flow, finishing the year with a cash position of $60.1 million.
\n
The company began 2021 by extending the period of exclusivity for the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed in 2020 to acquire the owner of a Panama-based 10 MW ROR hydro project called Chuspa from Navitas Holdings Inc. of Panama to June 30. The pandemic prevented construction on the project last year, but the company is aiming to start work during the second quarter of this year.
\n
Polaris trades at $15.51, near its 52-week high of $19.25 and far from its 52-week low of $7.75.
\n
Sunrun Inc.
\n
This San Francisco provider of residential solar panels and home batteries receivedinitiated coveragethis week from Evercore ISI at Outperform and an $87 price target. Do These 4 Things Now","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=2133387578","media":"Motley Fool","summary":"Stock market downturns can be daunting.
That's the big question on many investors' minds at a time when stocks are, across the board, pretty overvalued. In fact, if the stock market doesn't tank completely in the near term, investors should at the very least begin bracing for a correction, where stock values drop 10% or more.\nOf course, the idea of a stock market crash can be very scary, especially if you're a newer investor and you haven't experienced one before. But rather than allow yourself to get spooked, you're better off taking action. Here are a few crucial moves to make if you're worried that May is when the stock market will finally take a major turn for the worse.\n1. Pad your emergency savings\nWhat does the amount of money you have in the bank have to do with your stock portfolio? A lot, actually. If you secure your emergency fund so you have ample cash to cover unplanned expenses, you won't have to tap your investments out of desperation. That could, in turn, prevent you from needing to liquidate stocks at a time when their value has dropped substantially.\n2. Diversify\nA diverse portfolio could help you ride out a stock market crash, so if you're heavily invested in one or two market segments right now, take the opportunity to branch out -- before things take a turn for the worse. It doesn't get much more diverse than that.\n3. Add dividend stocks to your portfolio\nCompanies that pay dividends tend to do so even when stock values are down. And that's a good way to hedge your bets. If your portfolio takes a hit, you can offset those losses with incoming dividend payments, and that's money you'll have the option to cash out and use as needed or reinvest.\n4. Stockpile some cash\nMarket crashes tend to spell opportunity, and so it's important to have cash at the ready for when stocks go on sale. While your first priority should be to shore up your emergency fund, if you're also able to divert some extra cash to your brokerage account, you'll put yourself in a great position to pounce while stocks are temporarily discounted.\nEven if you're a seasoned investor who follows the market closely, you probably won't be able to predict exactly when the stock market will crash next. While a May crash is certainly possible, it's also certainly not a given. But rather than spin your wheels trying to determine when that crash is coming, you should instead focus your energy on checking off the boxes above. That way, you'll really be ready for whatever is ahead.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":348,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":104881767,"gmtCreate":1620374409159,"gmtModify":1704342749775,"author":{"id":"3565317426108050","authorId":"3565317426108050","name":"Pha","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":5,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3565317426108050","authorIdStr":"3565317426108050"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Right?","listText":"Right?","text":"Right?","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":3,"commentSize":2,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/104881767","repostId":"1157328258","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1157328258","kind":"news","pubTimestamp":1620360165,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/1157328258?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2021-05-07 12:02","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Amazon: The Most Clearly Undervalued Company","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1157328258","media":"Seeking alpha","summary":"SummaryAmazon is one of the companies whose growth has not yet reached its limit and not even entere","content":"
Summary

Amazon is one of the companies whose growth has not yet reached its limit and not even entered the plateau phase.

In terms of comparative valuation, AMZN is undervalued against the market.

DCF-based Amazon stock price target suggests 30% upside potential. But in my opinion,it is better to invest in a company facing growth problems than aging problems.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":460,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":100754503,"gmtCreate":1619652472602,"gmtModify":1704727305479,"author":{"id":"3565317426108050","authorId":"3565317426108050","name":"Pha","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":5,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3565317426108050","authorIdStr":"3565317426108050"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"[Happy] ","listText":"[Happy] ","text":"[Happy]","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":3,"commentSize":1,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/100754503","repostId":"1132578048","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1132578048","kind":"news","pubTimestamp":1619648236,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/1132578048?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2021-04-29 06:17","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Facebook revenue rises 48%, driven by higher-priced ads","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1132578048","media":"CNBC","summary":"Facebook beat on both earnings and revenue in Q1, and the stock rose as much as 6% after hours.\nThe ","content":"
\n
Facebook beat on both earnings and revenue in Q1, and the stock rose as much as 6% after hours.\nThe company attributed its massive revenue growth to a 30% increase in the average price per ad, as well...
\n\nWeb Link\n\n
\n","source":"cnbc_highlight","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n<meta http-equiv=\"Content-Type\" content=\"text/html; Facebook’s net income grew 94% to $9.5 billion, from $4.9 billion a year prior.\nFacebook attributed the significant increase in revenue to a 30% year-over-year increase in the average price per ad and a 12% increase in the number of ads delivered.\nFacebook said it expects its revenue growth to remain stable or accelerate modestly in the second quarter compared with slower growth a year prior due to the pandemic. The company, however, expects revenue growth in the third and fourth quarters to significantly decelerate sequentially compared with fast growth experienced during those periods a year prior as a result of the pandemic.\nAdditionally, the company is bracing for “ad targeting headwinds” as a result of regulatory and platform challenges. Most notably, this includes Apple’s recent privacy changes in iOS 14 that may make it more difficult for the company to personalize ads for iPhone and iPad users. This iOS 14 change will begin having an impact on Facebook’s ad targeting in the second quarter.\nFacebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg talked about the company’sfocus on building e-commerce featuresas a key part of deliveringa “personalized” experienceto users. Zuckerberg also announced that the company now counts more than 1 billion monthly active users who visit Facebook’s Marketplace service, where users can buy and sell goods.\n“Commerce have been growing in our services for a while, but it has become a lot more important as the pandemic has accelerated a broader shift towards businesses moving online,” Zuckerberg said.\nZuckerberg also reiterated a number of new features the company is building forInstagram creators to make money. He said those features will incentivize creators to post more content on Instagram.\n“If we become the best place for creators to make a living that’s going to mean that there’s better content across the services and better opportunities for community building and engaging people,” Zuckerberg said. “And that’s what we care about.”\nFacebook’s stock rose slightly following Zuckerberg’s remarks on these upcoming creator features.\nFacebook said it counts 3.45 billion monthly users across its family of apps, compared with 3.30 billion in the previous quarter. This metric is used to measure Facebook’s total user base across its main app, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp.\nIn the U.S. and Canada, Facebook’s user base remained flat at 195 million daily active users for the second consecutive quarter. Its user base in Europe increased to 309 million daily active users, up from 308 million in the fourth quarter.\n\nFacebook’s “Other” revenue came in at $732 million for the quarter, up 146% compared with last year. That accounted for nearly 3% of Facebook’s revenue in the quarter. This includes sales of Oculus virtual reality headsets and Portal video-chatting devices.\nThe company also said it expects its 2021 capital expenditures to be in the range of $19 billion to $21 billion, which is down from the prior estimate of between $21 billion and $23 billion that it had provided.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":700,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":103831537,"gmtCreate":1619764441529,"gmtModify":1704272043360,"author":{"id":"3565317426108050","authorId":"3565317426108050","name":"Pha","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":5,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3565317426108050","authorIdStr":"3565317426108050"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"[Smile] ","listText":"[Smile] ","text":"[Smile]","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/103831537","repostId":"1134919519","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1134919519","kind":"news","pubTimestamp":1619762328,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/1134919519?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2021-04-30 13:58","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Palantir CEO Saw Compensation Rise Nearly 9,000% In 2020","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1134919519","media":"benzinga","summary":"Palantir Technologies Inc CEO Alexander Karp was paid $1.10 billion last year for his service to the","content":"
Palantir Technologies Inc CEO Alexander Karp was paid $1.10 billion last year for his service to the data analytics company.

What Happened:The compensation included $797.9 million in stock options and $296.4 million in stock awards — a hike of 8,990.9%.

“We’re seeing strong first-time buyers on the Mac … it continues to run just south of 50%,” Cook told CNBC’s Josh Lipton. “And, in China, it’s even higher than that … it’s more around two-thirds. Facebook’s net income grew 94% to $9.5 billion, from $4.9 billion a year prior.\nFacebook attributed the significant increase in revenue to a 30% year-over-year increase in the average price per ad and a 12% increase in the number of ads delivered.\nFacebook said it expects its revenue growth to remain stable or accelerate modestly in the second quarter compared with slower growth a year prior due to the pandemic. The company, however, expects revenue growth in the third and fourth quarters to significantly decelerate sequentially compared with fast growth experienced during those periods a year prior as a result of the pandemic.\nAdditionally, the company is bracing for “ad targeting headwinds” as a result of regulatory and platform challenges. Most notably, this includes Apple’s recent privacy changes in iOS 14 that may make it more difficult for the company to personalize ads for iPhone and iPad users. This iOS 14 change will begin having an impact on Facebook’s ad targeting in the second quarter.\nFacebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg talked about the company’sfocus on building e-commerce featuresas a key part of deliveringa “personalized” experienceto users. Zuckerberg also announced that the company now counts more than 1 billion monthly active users who visit Facebook’s Marketplace service, where users can buy and sell goods.\n“Commerce have been growing in our services for a while, but it has become a lot more important as the pandemic has accelerated a broader shift towards businesses moving online,” Zuckerberg said.\nZuckerberg also reiterated a number of new features the company is building forInstagram creators to make money. He said those features will incentivize creators to post more content on Instagram.\n“If we become the best place for creators to make a living that’s going to mean that there’s better content across the services and better opportunities for community building and engaging people,” Zuckerberg said. “And that’s what we care about.”\nFacebook’s stock rose slightly following Zuckerberg’s remarks on these upcoming creator features.\nFacebook said it counts 3.45 billion monthly users across its family of apps, compared with 3.30 billion in the previous quarter. This metric is used to measure Facebook’s total user base across its main app, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp.\nIn the U.S. and Canada, Facebook’s user base remained flat at 195 million daily active users for the second consecutive quarter. Its user base in Europe increased to 309 million daily active users, up from 308 million in the fourth quarter.\n\nFacebook’s “Other” revenue came in at $732 million for the quarter, up 146% compared with last year. That accounted for nearly 3% of Facebook’s revenue in the quarter. This includes sales of Oculus virtual reality headsets and Portal video-chatting devices.\nThe company also said it expects its 2021 capital expenditures to be in the range of $19 billion to $21 billion, which is down from the prior estimate of between $21 billion and $23 billion that it had provided.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":301,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":376888245,"gmtCreate":1619102591987,"gmtModify":1704719728188,"author":{"id":"3565317426108050","authorId":"3565317426108050","name":"Pha","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":5,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3565317426108050","authorIdStr":"3565317426108050"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"?","listText":"?","text":"?","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/376888245","repostId":"2129809492","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":252,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":376883180,"gmtCreate":1619102461340,"gmtModify":1704719725598,"author":{"id":"3565317426108050","authorId":"3565317426108050","name":"Pha","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":5,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3565317426108050","authorIdStr":"3565317426108050"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"?","listText":"?","text":"?","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/376883180","repostId":"1172268368","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":389,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0}],"lives":[]}
