$Grab Holdings(GRAB)$was actually hopeful about this stock as a sgporean using grab services daily..but after encountering grab customer service (one of the worst really, they do not even have a main email channel to write in to)..my gut feel is that if another company comes into the picture, drivers and consumers will quickly jump over, esp when Grab's money burning advertising/perks run dry. Sea is likely a better bet in the long run.

However, it could be great news for long-term investors.Note my use of the word \"could.\" Not every former high-flying stock is a smart pick even at a lower price tag. Several of them are, though. Here are three unstoppable stocks to buy right now at unbelievable bargains.Image source: Getty Images.1. Teladoc HealthTeladoc Health (NYSE:TDOC) has lost three-fourths of its market cap over the past 12 months. Sure, the stock got ahead of itself after a pandemic-related surge in 2020. However, Teladoc's growth prospects make it worth a lot more than its current market cap of under $12 billion, in my view.Some might question whether or not Teladoc can win in a post-pandemic world. I think the answer is a resounding yes. Virtual care is both cost-effective for payers and convenient for patients. That's a compelling value proposition.Teladoc also holds multiple competitive advantages over rivals. It offers the broadest array of services in the industry, notably including a chronic disease management platform. The company ranks No. 1 in customer satisfaction. And Teladoc boasts the biggest client base by far, including more than half of the Fortune 500.The company could nearly double its covered lives simply by gaining new members within existing clients. It could grow even more by increasing multi-product penetration within current customers. Adding new clients -- which Teladoc continues to do at a robust rate -- is the cherry on top.Teladoc estimates its total addressable market stands at $268 billion in the U.S. alone. To put that into context, Wall Street expects the company to generate around $2.6 billion in revenue this year. Unstoppable stock at an unbelievable price? Yep.2. PayPal HoldingsPayPal Holdings (NASDAQ:PYPL) shares have fallen more than 60% below their 52-week high. While much of that decline came in the second half of last year, the fintech stock also plunged earlier this month after providing disappointing guidance for 2022.It's important to delve into the details behind the stock's drop. In particular, PayPal's lower-than-expected customer account growth for this year isn't a sign of impending doom. Instead, the company is shifting to a model of growing revenue per user rather than emphasizing expanding the total customer base. That's a move that investors should applaud because it will drive higher profitability.PayPal's long-term prospects remain exceptionally strong. Its growth drivers include increased e-commerce penetration, buy now, pay later programs, in-store QR code payments, and the Venmo digital wallet. There's arguably no company in as strong of a position to benefit from the shift to digital payments as PayPal.Is the stock really an unbelievable bargain, though? Probably not if you only look at current valuation metrics. However, when you compare PayPal's market cap of $131 billion against the $110 trillion market opportunity, it's a different story altogether.3. Sea LimitedLike PayPal, Sea Limited (NYSE:SE) has seen its stock price sink more than 60% from peak levels. Nearly all of this decline has come over the past three months.Concerns about rising interest rates have hurt many growth stocks, including Sea. But the company also faces a more immediate worry: India is reportedly banning Sea's top-selling Free Fire mobile game. Although Sea currently generates less than 3% of its gaming revenue in India, the country is potentially a big growth market for the company.However, Sea has plenty of other avenues for growth -- both from a geographic and product standpoint. The company continues to enjoy strong momentum in Southeast Asia and Latin America. Its e-commerce and digital payments units are also key growth drivers in addition to its gaming business.As was the case with PayPal, Sea Limited might not seem to be cheap based on commonly used valuation metrics. However, the company is a contender in three fast-growing markets (gaming, e-commerce, and digital payments). The remarks came after the Fed raised interest rates for the first time since 2018last week, with hikes coming at each of the six remaining policy meetings this year.</p><p>Powell on Monday noted rate hikes could go from the traditional quarter-percentage-point moves to more aggressive half-point increases if necessary.</p><p>The central bank chief’s comments led Wall Street to raise rate hike expectations, with firms from Goldman Sachs to Bank of America penciling in half-point hikes in future Fed meetings this year.</p><p>Meanwhile, investors looked to promising signs the economy can run strong even as the Fed tightens monetary policy to address inflation.</p><p>First-time jobless claims last week reached the lowest tally since 1969, the Labor Department reported Thursday — the latest sign of a resilient labor market. Economists expect the March jobs report next week to show similar strength.</p><p>Traders are keeping an eye on Europe as the Ukraine-Russia war continues. Remember when Block (NYSE:SQ) was known as Square, not too long ago? SQ stock holders could simply view the company as an app-based credit-card reader business.Then, things got complicated. CEO Jack Dorsey decided to “pull a Zuckerberg” and suddenly change Square’s name to Block. That’s when the trouble started, it seems.Whether the long-time investors liked it or not, Dorsey re-branded the company and changed its focus. It’s probably not a coincidence that soon afterward, SQ stock started to collapse.Some folks might try to pull off a rescue mission and buy Block shares while they’re down. However, this isn’t the time to be a hero. Over the coming months, Dorsey’s abrupt shift could lead to the continued downfall of a once-promising payments processor.SQ Stock at a GlanceIn 2021, the bulls had a dream of breaking SQ through the resistance level of $275. That dream is now much less realistic, and the sellers on Wall Street have completely taken over.Don’t try to blame the weakness in Nasdaq tech stocks for Block’s problems. Heck, Block isn’t even listed on Nasdaq (though some folks might assume that it is).There’s no denying it: in what might be called a “Wall Street referendum,” the investors have effectively cast their votes by dumping their Block shares.After getting rejected at $275 for the third time in November 2021, SQ stock commenced on a relentless downturn that would persist into 2022. Now, the share price is below the $100 per share mark at $98.From both the technical and psychological levels, falling through $100 is devastating. After this, the next stage could be capitulation. Do you really want to be in the trade with this occurring?Dorsey’s ObsessionIt’s disheartening to witness Dorsey lose sight of the simple but effective business model that once made Square/Block a great company.Lately, it appears that Dorsey may be obsessing over cryptocurrency too much, and particularly Bitcoin (BTC-USD). It’s gotten to the point where the Cash App — which is what made the company successful in the first place — is scarcely the focus anymore.This isn’t to suggest that Dorsey’s unhinged, but the extent of his new focus is worrisome. Late last year, he started tweeting ominous statements like, “Hyperinflation is going to change everything. It’s happening,” and, “It will happen in the US soon, and so the world.”These types of declarations are more appropriate for a conspiracy theorist than a CEO of a major company. Does Dorsey realize that hyperinflation means inflation-rate growth of 50% per month?A Roadblock to Profit PotentialAnother relevant question is: did Dorsey consider the impact on the shareholders of having Block delve so deeply into cryptocurrency?After the re-branding, SQ stockholders now have to worry about the price of Bitcoin crashing. Square’s share price was relatively stable, but Block shares have been volatile and it’s evident that Bitcoin’s gyrations are a contributing factor.InvestorPlace contributor Dana Blankenhorn summed the problem up concisely, saying, “Dorsey’s fortune, which was almost $15 billion as recently as October, has plunged to $6.6 billion as of Jan. 26… In recent months, his image has morphed from that of a visionary tech executive to cranky cryptocurrency advocate.”In other words, Dorsey is self-destructing while also losing credibility among the financial community.And by the way, under Dorsey’s “leadership,” Square/Block has morphed from a moneymaker to an unprofitable business.As evidence of this, note that during the three months ended Sept. 30, 2020, Square/Block reported net income of $36,515,000. Fast-forward to the same period of 2022, and the company incurred a net loss of $2,876,000.The TakeawayChange can be a good thing, but not in every case. Sometimes, it’s best to leave a perfectly viable business model as it is, or only make moderate adjustments to it.What Dorsey is doing is radically changing Square/Block’s focus to something that he, personally, seems obsessed with. If you’re a shareholder, then chances are excellent that you were never consulted about this sudden change.Dorsey has lost big-time on this bet, and Block doesn’t appear to be a winner on Wall Street. Morgan Asset Management's comparison of the performance of dividend-paying stocks to those not paying a dividend over multiple decades speaks wonders. J.P. Morgan Asset Management, a division of money-center bank JPMorgan Chase, found that dividend-paying companies returned an annual average of 9.5% between 1972 and 2012. By comparison, the companies not paying a dividend crawled to an annualized return of 1.6% over the same period.Over time, we should expect dividend stocks to outperform. Companies that parse out a dividend on a regular basis are often profitable, time-tested, and have transparent long-term outlooks. These are typically companies that won't keep investors awake at night with worry.Ideally, income seekers want the highest dividend yield possible with the least amount of risk. However, risk and yield tend to correlate once yields hit 4% or above. In other words, high-yielding stocks can be yield traps -- i.e., companies with enticingly high yields where the underlying business model is struggling or broken.The good news is that not all high-yielding stocks are bad news. The following three ultra-high-yielding stocks, which are averaging (yes, averaging) a 12.32% dividend yield, can generate $2,000 in annual dividend income with an initial investment of only $16,250 (split evenly, three ways).Annaly Capital Management: 12.12% yieldMortgage real estate investment trust (REIT) Annaly Capital Management (NYSE:NLY) is no stranger to ultra-high-yield dividend stock lists. It's perhaps the most-trusted ultra-high-yield stock, with an average yield of around 10% over the past two decades. The company has also doled out more than $20 billion in dividend income since its inception in 1997.Mortgage REITs like Annaly have a relatively straightforward operating model, even if the securities they own can be somewhat complex. Annaly is looking to borrow money at the lowest short-term rate possible, and use this capital to purchase higher-yielding long-term assets, like mortgage-backed securities (MBSs). The wider the gap between the average yield on MBSs and the average borrowing rate (this difference is known as the net interest margin), the more money mortgage REITs like Annaly can make.As you might imagine, the mortgage REIT operating model tends to be interest-rate sensitive, with lower rates often providing the best environment for companies like Annaly to thrive. Over the past couple of months, the interest rate yield curve has flattened a bit, with the 2-year and 10-year yields on U.S. Treasury bonds narrowing. Since the 10-year Treasury bond is a good predictor for where mortgage rates head next, this tightening has resulted in a shrinking book value for Annaly.But if you pan out beyond just the next couple of quarters, there's a lot to be excited about. If the Federal Reserve does raise lending rates, as expected, it'll also lift the yields on the MBSs Annaly is purchasing. Over time, this will widen the company's net interest margin.What's more, the interest rate yield curve spends a disproportionately longer period of time in steepening than it does flattening. That's because the U.S. economy spends years expanding, compared to a couple of months or a few quarters in recession. In short, patience should pay off handsomely for Annaly's shareholders.Icahn Enterprises: 14.44% yieldAnother high-yielding dividend stock that can deliver an enormous amount of income from a relatively small investment is diversified holding company Icahn Enterprises (NASDAQ:IEP). This master limited partnership has paid a quarterly distribution for nearly 17 consecutive years and is currently yielding north of 14%!There are two key reasons Icahn Enterprises is a smart buy for patient, income-seeking investors (aside from its insanely high yield). First, you get the leadership of Carl Icahn, who's the founder of the company and the chairman of the board of directors. Icahn is arguably one of the best-known activist investors on Wall Street. Activist investors usually buy up a single-digit-percentage stake in a company with the goal of gaining board seats or effecting change(s) to increase shareholder value. Sometimes this means pushing for the sale of noncore assets, introducing a capital return program, or perhaps putting an entire company up for sale.The beauty of the activist-investor approach is that it usually benefits shareholders. This suggests the natural expansion of the U.S. and global economy over time will allow the value of Icahn Enterprises' cyclical holdings to increase.AGNC Investment Corp.: 10.4% yieldThe third ultra-high-yield dividend stock that can pad investors' pocketbooks is AGNC Investment Corp. (NASDAQ:AGNC). It has averaged a double-digit yield in 12 of the past 13 years, making it one of the most consistently high-yielding companies of the past decade.AGNC is another mortgage REIT that investors can trust. It has the same basic operating model as Annaly Capital Management, with a unique aspect or two that income seekers should be aware of.For instance, AGNC has been parsing out its dividend on a monthly basis since October 2014. Most dividend stocks and mortgage REITs, including Annaly, pay their dividends once a quarter. If you prefer the adrenaline rush of nabbing a payout from your holdings on a monthly basis, buying AGNC is the smart way to go.Something else to note about AGNC Investment is the company's penchant for buying agency securities. An agency asset is backed by the federal government in the event of default. As of the end of 2021, $79.7 billion of AGNC's $82 billion investment portfolio was agency securities. This is an even higher percentage of agency securities, relative to total portfolio holdings, than Annaly has. Though this added protection does lower the yields AGNC nets from the MBSs it purchases, it also allows the company to deploy leverage to boost its profit potential.The transparency of the mortgage REIT industry also allows income investors to make smart decisions. The stocks in this industry tend to trade very close to their respective book values.
