Tesla share price will definitely be affected in theshort term as fund managers will take any news (be it good or bad ) to move the price. They are not concern about 5 years down the road. However, as investors, that would be the kind of time frame to reap reward for Tesla shares. 

President Widodo is wise to invite car makers to open factories to create jobs for his people. By restricting the raw materials, the manufacturers has no choice but to go there and it's also good for SE Asia region to benefit in terms of having the plants near by. Thus, getting cars and parts would also be faster and cheaper. This is provided that there is not too many red tapes setting up shop for these car makers
