I will recommend Geo Energy as coal prices is high and because of conflict between Ukraine and Russia, coal prices will remain high and so Geo Energy profit will also rise. The company is also willing to share their fortune with shareholders as they announced a 5 Cents dividend for last year and for the recent 1st quarter solid result, they are recommending to reward shareholder with another 2 cents dividend. For a stock that is currently trading at 50 cents, it is giving a yield that is better than Reits. 

I had been investing in stocks for many years before I chance upon Tiger, recommendedby a younger colleague. In the past 2 years Ihad been with Tiger it has saved me a large amount of trading cost and the News and information in the App has also helped to enhance my knowledge of the market. One word that can describe the first half of 2022 is Uncertainty. Beginning of 2022, everyone was looking forward to Living with Covid19. My portfolio has gone through a small roller coaster ride from +10% to -10% because majority of my portfolio is in SG while I have also started to invest more into US market. As some famous Youtuber has mentioned, US market is truly the place where one can make a lot of money if you are on the Right Side while SG market is like a baby crawling with occasional surprise if you happen tohold stock of company that is being privatized at dirt cheap valuation. On the surface, it seems that the boss is a Santa Claus but divingdeeper, the NAV of the company is $0.37 and with construction activity poised to gain traction in Singapore, the offer price is an opportunistic move by the boss to take it private at a steal. With most country starting to open up fully this year after 4 years of Covid-19 restriction, Swift concerts is likely to have a knock on effect on Singapore tourist numbers for the rest of 2024. As security is upmost important for mega superstar like Swift, more part time security vacancy will be made available during her 6 concerts here in Singapore and these jobs will be able to boost the income of those who takes up these security jobs.  Wish her success for the upcoming concerts, it will be a Win-Win for Taylor Swift and the Singapore economy.
