$Futu Holdings Limited(FUTU)$Don’t understandthe maths.... Issue 9.5m ADS. And 1ADS is 8ADS share. So total issued is 76mil shares at offer price of $153. Current shares outstanding is 111m. So share dilution is about 31.5%... so stock price should be around $105? ($153 -31.5%)... is that how the maths works?
Unless you're invested in a fraudulent company, the bears hardly get to you with so much liquidity and new businesses coming on.. So not sure if what he's saying is totally relevant.

Great article. Only issue I see is market would punish companies when their growth goes to mid double digits. And it would be interesting to see baba's Lazada/ aliexpress vs Shoppee.
