$Tesla Motors(TSLA)$  has been consolidating for months, a breakout will be explosive weather to the upside or downside. Earnings will be reported next week, will that be a catalyst for a breakout? If you believe spcx and tsla will merge it's actually better to buy tsla stock as spcx valuation is very high and the larger company (spcx) will have to dilute shareholders to buy tsla.
