The messages, written in broken English and linked to email addresses previously tied to Cl0p, contained the group's own contact details.\nHalcyon reported that attackers compromised user emails and exploited Oracle's default password-reset system to access credentials for internet-facing E-Business Suite portals.\nCl0p has a long track record of targeting large corporations. In 2023, the group exploited flaws in MOVEit, a widely used file-transfer tool, stealing data from companies including Shell (NYSE:SHEL), British Airways, and the British Broadcasting Corp. That attack prompted a U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency advisory describing Cl0p as one of the world's largest distributors of phishing and spam.\nNotorious ransomware groups have unleashed major cyberattacks on U.S. companies across healthcare, technology, and critical infrastructure. They operate under a Ransomware-as-a-Service model, licensing malware to affiliates in exchange for a share of the profits.\nIn June 2025, Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) warned that China-linked hackers are actively exploiting flaws in on-premises SharePoint servers, urging organizations to install its latest security updates immediately. The company said groups known as Linen Typhoon, Violet Typhoon, and Storm-2603 have been targeting servers since early July, using crafted requests to upload malicious scripts and steal sensitive data.\nPrice Action: ORCL stock was trading higher by 0.43% to $290.01 premarket at last check Friday.\nRead Next:\nPhoto TippaPatt via The e-commerce giant opened a pharmacy service two years ago. And the company's trying to get a foothold in telemedicine, though it hasn't been easy. Amazon is shuttering its own service, Amazon Care, and is in the process of buying 1Life Healthcare, better known as One Medical -- a provider of in-person and virtual care. But Amazon isn't stopping there. Its latest news is the creation of Amazon Clinic. This is an online service that lets you connect with clinicians for a variety of minor problems -- and get answers and prescriptions.Let's take a closer look.An El DoradoTelemedicine represents a sort of El Dorado for players and potential players. The U.S. market is forecast to grow at a compound annual growth rate of more than 15% to nearly $25.9 billion by 2027, according to Polaris Market Research. Competition is high. And even a company with the resources of Amazon probably will have trouble beating a leader like Teladoc Health. But Amazon's latest move may offer it an advantage in a niche market. Teladoc and others sell complete healthcare plans to corporations or individuals. But Amazon Clinic isn't a plan: It works like an online clinic -- and anyone can use it.If you've ever spent hours waiting at a walk-in clinic, you'll probably understand the potential of Amazon's latest venture in healthcare. Instead of going to an in-person clinic if you have a minor problem like sinusitis or pink eye, you fill out a questionnaire about your symptoms on Amazon. Then it connects you with a medical professional who will send you a treatment plan. The service isn't covered by insurance. The price varies depending on the state you live in and the clinic you choose -- but as an example, a consultation for pink eye costs $30 to $35 at a Florida clinic on the platform.Amazon Clinic is sure to be an easier alternative than waiting around at a crowded walk-in clinic for treatment. So the service does have potential to fill a need -- and become successful.Does this make Amazon a buy? First, let's answer another question: Will Amazon Clinic make Amazon a major player in healthcare? That's unlikely.A niche marketEven though this looks like a positive step for Amazon, we're talking about a niche. The revenue opportunity is limited. And the business won't necessarily drive patients to Amazon Pharmacy -- the prescriptions can be filled anywhere. So, I wouldn't buy Amazon shares for this move. I wouldn't even buy shares for the company's plan to grow in the healthcare market, because it's still way too early to predict whether Amazon can become a leader. The company has already stumbled twice. As I mentioned earlier, it's closing Amazon Care as of the end of this year. And last year, it ended a healthcare joint venture with Berkshire Hathaway and JPMorgan Chase. But note that I actually would buy shares of Amazon today. Rather than for its healthcare efforts, I'd buy them for its long-term growth potential in e-commerce and cloud computing.Right now, higher inflation and general economic woes are weighing on those businesses. But these are temporary problems. Over the long term, Amazon has the market share and resources to thrive.Today, the shares are trading at 1.9 times sales. That's around the lowest level by this measure since about 2015.Amazon's ambitions in healthcare are something to watch. But the company's two main businesses are what make the stock a steal at today's levels.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"AMZN":1}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":2826,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9961226231,"gmtCreate":1668987850724,"gmtModify":1676538134014,"author":{"id":"3571697757751706","authorId":"3571697757751706","name":"JamesPang","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/936d6e2f7f57e8860a9bdfab91b7f40e","crmLevel":12,"crmLevelSwitch":1,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3571697757751706","idStr":"3571697757751706"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Ok","listText":"Ok","text":"Ok","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":7,"commentSize":2,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9961226231","repostId":"2285098074","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":2925,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9961226140,"gmtCreate":1668987835181,"gmtModify":1676538134006,"author":{"id":"3571697757751706","authorId":"3571697757751706","name":"JamesPang","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/936d6e2f7f57e8860a9bdfab91b7f40e","crmLevel":12,"crmLevelSwitch":1,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3571697757751706","idStr":"3571697757751706"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"<a Moreover, he underscored Tesla's unlikely success and praised Elon Musk. Here's what Munger told CNBC in an interview aired on Tuesday. He spoke days after Sam Bankman-Fried's digital-asset exchange, FTX, filed for bankruptcy:\"It's partly fraud and partly delusion — that's a bad combination,\" Munger said about the crypto industry. \"People think this is a real asset, it's not a real asset,\" he added about the coins themselves. The 98-year-old investor bemoaned the growing acceptance of crypto by Wall Street banks and hedge funds, and suggested financiers are far too eager to buy into the latest fad.\"It pains me that in my own country I see people that once were regarded as very reputable people helping these things exist,\" he said. \"There are people who think that you've got to be on every deal that's hot.\"Munger added that it's \"crazy\" and \"demented\" to think someone can mint a new token that can turn a 12-year-old into a billion are overnight.Buffett's right-hand man also suggested the novelty of crypto has meant regulators have failed to grasp its dangers. He criticized authorities for not banning crypto early on.\"The danger flags are wagging so clearly,\" he said. \"None of this stuff should ever have been allowed.\"Munger has previously compared crypto to a \"venereal disease\" and an \"open sewer,\" and said he wouldn't want someone in the space to marry into his family. The Fed, Elon Musk, and TeslaThe world needs competent central banks, but the Fed is a \"mouse that hardly tries to do anything\" compared to the Bank of Japan, Munger said.\"If we get in the kind of trouble Japan was in, of course we'll do the same damn thing,\" he said. The Japanese central bank has cut interest rates below zero in an effort to shore up economic growth in recent years. On another note, Munger said he was surprised by Tesla's outsized success, and felt far more positively about Elon Musk's company than he does about bitcoin.\"Tesla has made some real contributions to civilization,\" he said. \"Elon Musk has done some good things that other people couldn't do.\"\"We haven't had a successful new auto company in a long, long time,\" Munger added. \"What Tesla has done in the car business is a minor miracle.\"US-China tiesMunger underscored the value of a friendly US-China relationship, arguing America shouldn't be so threatened by the rise of the world power.US purchases of Chinese imports helped the country grow and contributed to pulling over a billion people out of poverty, he said. So, what doesit mean? Is this just a bear market rally, or a signal of the major bottom. Let's first evaluate the top 20 list of the daily rates of return for the S&P500:

As you can see from the list above,

12 out 20 top daily returns were the bear market rallies, and 8 out of these 12 were during the 1929-1932 bear market and the Great Depression.

8 out of 20 were the near-bottoms, bottoms, or after-bottoms, and 6 of these 8 were during the bottom associated with the 1932 Great Depression bottom.

2 out of 8 bottoms were associated with the bottoms of the sharp corrections, the 1987 and the 2020 bottom. The 1987 correction was not associated with a recession, and it is generally considered as a technical in nature. The 2020 bottom was associated with the extraordinary events related to covid19 and the monetary and fiscal covid stimuli.

Based on the historical evidence, the 5.6% daily spike in S&P500 (SPX) is either a signal of a major bottom or just another bear market rally.

The major bottom thesis

The major bottom thesis requires an actual bear market capitulation, such as the 1932 bottom, the 2003 bottom or 2009 bottom. In each of these cases, there was a clear policy response to stimulate the economy, both monetary and fiscal.

The 11/10/22 daily spike was in response to the positive surprise in the CPI inflation, which raised the hope of the Fed pivot - or a less aggressive monetary policy tightening.

As I previously explained, the full bear market has3 stages:1) the liquidity selloff in response to the Fed's monetary policy tightening, 2) the recessionary selloff caused by the Fed's tightening, and 3) the credit crunch (or a financial crisis) triggered by the deep recession.

The bullish case assumes that the current bear market ended with the Phase 1 - or with the peak Fed hawkishness. It's true, we are likely past the peak inflation, and thus the peak hawkishness.

However, the question is whether there is a Phase 2 coming - or a recessionary selloff, and whether "something will break" during the process and cause the Phase 3 and the credit crunch.

The recessionary selloff

The S&P500 PE ratio after the 11/10 spike is 20.58. The market is still overvalued and not priced for a recession.

Is the recession coming? The spread between the 10Y Treasury Bond yield and the 3-Month Treasury Bill yield is the most reliable and the Fed-favored recession indicator, and once it inverts, the recession becomes almost a certainty.

Currently, the 10y-3mo spread is deeply inverted at -0.46%. Here is the chart:

FRED

Based on yield curve spread indicator, the recession is coming, and the market is not priced for it - based on the PE ratio of over 20. Thus, the current bear market has not bottomed yet, and the next Phase of the bear market is coming.

Why is the 10Y-3mo curve inverted? Why is this signaling a recession?

The 10Y-3mo spread is inverted because the Fed is hiking the short-term interest rates above the long-term interest rates. Why? To cause a recession to bring the inflation down.

The market hopes that the Fed will slow down with the interest rates hikes, because the inflation has peaked. Too late. The damage has been done. The Fed could even stop after the December 50bpt hike, the 10y-3mo spread has already inverted.

But don't count on the Fed to pause yet. If the core CPI printed today 4.3% (instead of actual 6.3%), and that was expected to persist, the Fed would still have to further hike. The target is 2% inflation.

But don't expect inflation to sharply fall either - without a deep recession. The economic war with China is still active, and it's more likely to escalate. This is inflationary. The war in Ukraine is still active and it's more likely to escalate. This is also inflationary. The unemployment rate in the US is still near record lows, and this is inflationary. The only thing the Fed can influence is the US unemployment rate - by inducing a recession.

It's a bear market rally

We are not at a major bottom; we are possibly in-between the Phase 1 selloff and a Phase 2 recessionary selloff. There are already signs of "things breaking" like the cryptocurrencies, which could lead to the Phase 3 selloff.

Bear market rallies happen during the "in-between periods", so this bear market rally could continue. The bottom will be in-place when the Fed wants to the bottom to be in place - this will be the pivot the bulls are waiting: the Fed slashing interest rates and resuming QE. I don't think anybody expects this over the near term. Don't fight the Fed. The bear market rally is the opportunity to sell or re-short.

SPY sector analysis

AllSPYsectors were up significantly on 11/10/2022, led by the beaten down technology sector (XLK), the interest rate sensitive real estate sector (XLRE) and the cyclical discretionary sector (XLY). These sectors should not lead pre-recession, while the Fed is trying to cool off economy.

SelectSectorSPDR

","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
SPY: Bear Market Rally Or A Major Bottom?
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\nSPY: Bear Market Rally Or A Major Bottom?\n
\n\n
\n\n\n2022-11-13 09:18 GMT+8 Seeking Alpha\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
SummaryLarge 1-day rallies are usually associated with the bear market rallies.Major bottoms require a policy change. The Fed is still in inflation-fighting mode.gonin/iStock via Getty ImagesThe top 20...
\n\nWeb Link\n\n
\n\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"","relate_stocks":{"SPY":"标普500ETF",".SPX":"S&P 500 Index"},"source_url":"https://seekingalpha.com/article/4556371-spy-bear-market-rally-or-a-major-bottom","is_english":true,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"1190456060","content_text":"SummaryLarge 1-day rallies are usually associated with the bear market rallies.Major bottoms require a policy change. The Fed is still in inflation-fighting mode.gonin/iStock via Getty ImagesThe top 20: daily returns for S&P500The SPDR S&P 500 Trust ETF (NYSEARCA:SPY) that tracks the S&P500 soared by 5.5% Thursday (11/10/2022) - and almost broke into the top 20 daily S&P500 returns in history - since the 1920s. In a race to disrupt residential real estate, one of the largest markets in the world, Opendoor's long-term potential could bring big returns for patient investors.
\n
Despite the upside, the market hasn't yet appreciated Opendoor's accomplishments; the stock is down more than 50% from its highs. There are three important clues that Opendoor could be a compelling investment idea for bold investors.
\n
1. Opendoor is winning the iBuying battle
\n
The traditional home-buying process in the United States is slow and handled by multiple parties, including agents, lawyers, inspectors, and bankers. This creates a lot of back and forth paperwork and drags the process out to more than 30 days, on average.
\n
Opendoor pioneered the concept of \"iBuying,\" where the buying and selling of a house are digitized, and a company like Opendoor works directly with sellers to provide them with a cash offer and a digital closing process. The company then resells the house on the market. The iBuying process cuts out agents and some of the fees associated with traditional closings, such as agent commissions. Opendoor then resells the house on the market and charges a service fee of up to 5% on the transaction.
\n
After seeing Opendoor steadily grow with its iBuying concept, competitors have also begun to offer iBuying services, including Zillow Group and Offerpad. Because of how capital intensive the business is (a lot of money is needed to buy and sell thousands of houses) and how price competitive the housing market is, these companies are racing to get as big as possible. As the companies buy and sell more homes, they have the ability to become more profitable by leveraging outsourced contractors to save money, and its pricing algorithm improves as it sees more transactions.
\n
According to iBuyerStats, a website dedicated to tracking the competitors found in iBuying, Opendoor has consistently had the most housing inventory available for sale. It currently has roughly 3,300 houses for sale, 53% more than Zillow and more than four times as many as Offerpad.
\n
2. Revenue growth is ahead of schedule
\n
When companies go public viaSPACmerger, they lay out a public presentation of their business, often including long-term growth projections. Opendoor laid out its pre-merger investor presentation about a year ago, in September 2020.
\n
Fast forward to the company's recent 2021 Q2 earnings call. CEO and founder Eric Wu said on the earnings call, \"... based on our current progress, our second half revenue run rate is on track to exceed our 2023 target, a full two years ahead of plan.\"
\n
In other words, if Opendoor were to operate for 12 months at the level the business currently is, it would surpass the $9.8 billion in revenue it projected for 2023. This is an underlooked point because if Opendoor is already two years ahead of its original growth curve, where will it be by 2023? Sure, a dip in the housing market or other events could disrupt the company's speed of growth, but Opendoor is showing the world that the business is operating at a high level.
\n
3. SPACs are out of favor with the market... opportunity?
\n
Investors have overlooked this strong performance, focusing instead on the fact that Opendoor joined the public market via SPAC merger. It has hardly mattered what operating results or earnings have looked like for former SPACs; the stock market has been selling off virtually all SPAC-based stocks for several months now.
\n
Investors have been spooked by a handful of \"bad apple\" companies turning up fraudulent, and other companies have wildly missed on the projections they made before going public. These instances have burned those involved, and investors have taken a much more cautious attitude toward SPACs as a whole.
\n
But if companies like Opendoor keep blowing away estimates, the market is likely to come around eventually. When it does, the stock price could move aggressively. If we take Eric Wu's comments about revenue and assume that Opendoor does sales of $10 billion in 2022 (in other words, Opendoor stops growing and maintains its current pace over the following year), the stock currently trades at aprice-to-sales(P/S) ratio of just 1.0. That's a bargain-bin valuation.
\n
Competitor Zillow Group trades at a P/S ratio of more than 3, reflecting Opendoor's discount as a former SPAC.
\n
Here's the bottom line
\n
Real estate is a huge market, and it's a complicated industry because of the clash between traditional agents and the \"new kids\" on the block trying to bring technology into homebuying. It's too early to say that Opendoor will become the \"Amazon\" of home buying, but what seems certain is that the company is poised to be a big player in real estate's future if it keeps performing like this.
\n

","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
This Unloved Tech Stock Could Make You Rich One Day
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\nThis Unloved Tech Stock Could Make You Rich One Day\n
\n\n
\n\n\n2021-08-29 09:41 GMT+8 Motley Fool\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
Key Points\n\nThe iBuying business is a race to grow larger, and Opendoor is winning.\nThe company is growing at a rate that is two years ahead of what management projected just a year earlier.\nThe ...
\n\nWeb Link\n\n
\n\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"","relate_stocks":{"OPEN":"Opendoor Technologies Inc"},"source_url":"https://www.fool.com/investing/2021/08/28/this-unloved-tech-stock-may-make-you-rich-one-day/","is_english":true,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"1129129956","content_text":"Key Points\n\nThe iBuying business is a race to grow larger, and Opendoor is winning.\nThe company is growing at a rate that is two years ahead of what management projected just a year earlier.\nThe market is bearish on virtually all SPACs, making Opendoor a bargain that could eventually bring huge returns.\n\n\nReal estate iBuying company Opendoor Technologies(NASDAQ:OPEN)has been executing at a high level in the three quarters since coming public via a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) merger. The heavyweight tech sector(.SPLRCT)fell while the healthcare sector(.SPXHC)was dragged down by a weak profit forecast from Abbott Laboratories(ABT.N).Data showed U.S.manufacturing activity pickedup in May as pent-up demand in a reopening economy boosted orders. But unfinished work piled up because of shortages of raw materials and labor.\"People came back from a holiday weekend convinced that the economy is recovering nicely and that any inflation that we might be seeing in labor and other costs is temporary,\" Peter Tuz, president of Chase Investment Counsel in Charlottesville, Virginia. The Dow Jones Industrial Average(.DJI)rose 45.86 points, or 0.13%, to 34,575.31; the S&P 500(.SPX)lost 2.07 points, or 0.05%, at 4,202.04; and the Nasdaq Composite(.IXIC)dropped 12.26 points, or 0.09%, to 13,736.48.Along with sharp gains for financials and energy, the small-cap Russell 2000(.RUT)rose 1.1% on Tuesday, underscoring strength for segments of the stock market expected to do particularly well in an expanding economy. While the S&P 500 remains less than 1% of its record high after four straight months of gains, investors are worried about whether rising inflation could hit equity prices.\"We have supply chain issues, delays, price increases, pricing pressures in general, we have got employers saying they have got difficulty sourcing labor,\" said Kristina Hooper, chief global market strategist at Invesco in New York.\"So this is a microcosm of what we are already hearing about and seeing in the overall economy and it's just a reminder that inflation remains a concern.\"A Wall St. sign is seen near the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in New York City, U.S., May 4, 2021. According tothe NYT,the mayor plans to announced that NYC will require proof of vaccination for people participating in a range of indoor activities, from indoor dining to going to the gyms and performances on Broadway and elsewhere. The mayor's plan is \"his latest attempt to spur more vaccinations\", the NYT said, as the city's adult vaccination rate hovers at just 66%.
\n
To facilitate this, NYC will be creating its own vaccine passport. Notably, the unvaccinated will still be allowed to dine outdoors.
\n
\n As part of the new program, New York City will create a health pass called the “Key to NYC Pass” to provide proof of vaccination required for workers and customers at indoor dining, gyms, entertainment and performances.\n
\n
This measure is similar to a policy imposed in France by President Emmanuel Macron his health advisors. The NYT said the policy allegedly inspired millions in France to book vaccination appointments.
\n
\n In France, people will soon have to show a health pass — providing proof of vaccination or a recent negative test — to visit indoor bars, restaurants and gyms. It has already been implemented at amusement parks, theaters and venues hosting more than 50 people. In New York City, proof of vaccination will be required and there will be no testing option. The restrictions in France prompted millions of people to book vaccine appointments and also sparked a series of protests among people who said it infringed on their personal liberties.\n
\n
The program will start later this month after a transition period, will take full effect in mid-September when schools are expected to reopen and more workers could start returning to offices. So, anybody who wants to work out in NYC gyms will need to be vaccinated. Notably, Equinox and SoulCycle, two of the more popular upscale gym chains operating in the city, said earlier this week that they would require proof of vaccination.
\n
Per the NYT, \"the policy is similar to mandates issued in France and Italy last month and is believed to be the first of its kind in the United States.\"
\n
Some critics, including Donald Trump Jr., slammed the policy as creating a two-tiered society.
\n
\n Democrats and the media want a two-tiered society where millions of law-abiding Americans are segregated and discriminated against.\n
\n
\n This is what actual fascism looks like!!!https://t.co/lhAst4sGtW— Donald Trump Jr. (@DonaldJTrumpJr)August 3, 2021\n
\n
We wonder how differently this effort would be perceived if the headline was\"De Blasio Orders Restaurants to Deny Access To 1 In 7 Black New Yorkers\"
\n

\n
Mayor de Blasio has been reluctant to reinstate mandatory masking despite the criticism, though he did \"encourage\" New Yorkers to wear masks. It looks like this decision to \"double down\" on the vaccine first approach is an attempt to one-up the mayor's critics. And as the NY Post points out, the mayor might be on to something: As the NYP explains, \"requiring even the vaxxed to mask up eliminates a major incentive to get jabbed in the first place, and increasing vax rates is the best way to keep COVID from doing deeper damage.\"
","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n<meta http-equiv=\"Content-Type\" content=\"text/html; According tothe NYT,the mayor plans to announced that NYC will require proof of vaccination for people participating in a range of indoor activities, from indoor dining to going to the gyms and performances on Broadway and elsewhere. The mayor's plan is \"his latest attempt to spur more vaccinations\", the NYT said, as the city's adult vaccination rate hovers at just 66%.\nTo facilitate this, NYC will be creating its own vaccine passport. Notably, the unvaccinated will still be allowed to dine outdoors.\n\n As part of the new program, New York City will create a health pass called the “Key to NYC Pass” to provide proof of vaccination required for workers and customers at indoor dining, gyms, entertainment and performances.\n\nThis measure is similar to a policy imposed in France by President Emmanuel Macron his health advisors. The NYT said the policy allegedly inspired millions in France to book vaccination appointments.\n\n In France, people will soon have to show a health pass — providing proof of vaccination or a recent negative test — to visit indoor bars, restaurants and gyms. It has already been implemented at amusement parks, theaters and venues hosting more than 50 people. In New York City, proof of vaccination will be required and there will be no testing option. The restrictions in France prompted millions of people to book vaccine appointments and also sparked a series of protests among people who said it infringed on their personal liberties.\n\nThe program will start later this month after a transition period, will take full effect in mid-September when schools are expected to reopen and more workers could start returning to offices. So, anybody who wants to work out in NYC gyms will need to be vaccinated. Notably, Equinox and SoulCycle, two of the more popular upscale gym chains operating in the city, said earlier this week that they would require proof of vaccination.\nPer the NYT, \"the policy is similar to mandates issued in France and Italy last month and is believed to be the first of its kind in the United States.\"\nSome critics, including Donald Trump Jr., slammed the policy as creating a two-tiered society.\n\n Democrats and the media want a two-tiered society where millions of law-abiding Americans are segregated and discriminated against.\n\n\n This is what actual fascism looks like!!!https://t.co/lhAst4sGtW— Donald Trump Jr. (@DonaldJTrumpJr)August 3, 2021\n\nWe wonder how differently this effort would be perceived if the headline was\"De Blasio Orders Restaurants to Deny Access To 1 In 7 Black New Yorkers\"\n\nMayor de Blasio has been reluctant to reinstate mandatory masking despite the criticism, though he did \"encourage\" New Yorkers to wear masks. It looks like this decision to \"double down\" on the vaccine first approach is an attempt to one-up the mayor's critics. And as the NY Post points out, the mayor might be on to something: As the NYP explains, \"requiring even the vaxxed to mask up eliminates a major incentive to get jabbed in the first place, and increasing vax rates is the best way to keep COVID from doing deeper damage.\"","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{".SPX":0.9,".IXIC":0.9,".DJI":0.9}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":371,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":804342863,"gmtCreate":1627941267952,"gmtModify":1703498087942,"author":{"id":"3571697757751706","authorId":"3571697757751706","name":"JamesPang","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/936d6e2f7f57e8860a9bdfab91b7f40e","crmLevel":12,"crmLevelSwitch":1,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3571697757751706","idStr":"3571697757751706"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Please like and comment","listText":"Please like and comment","text":"Please like and comment","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":8,"commentSize":5,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/804342863","repostId":"1172320411","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":402,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":179967842,"gmtCreate":1626482379186,"gmtModify":1703760844434,"author":{"id":"3571697757751706","authorId":"3571697757751706","name":"JamesPang","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/936d6e2f7f57e8860a9bdfab91b7f40e","crmLevel":12,"crmLevelSwitch":1,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3571697757751706","idStr":"3571697757751706"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Please like and comment","listText":"Please like and comment","text":"Please like and comment","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":10,"commentSize":4,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/179967842","repostId":"1150012119","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":458,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":148839717,"gmtCreate":1625965764139,"gmtModify":1703751251074,"author":{"id":"3571697757751706","authorId":"3571697757751706","name":"JamesPang","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/936d6e2f7f57e8860a9bdfab91b7f40e","crmLevel":12,"crmLevelSwitch":1,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3571697757751706","idStr":"3571697757751706"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Please like and comment","listText":"Please like and comment","text":"Please like and comment","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":4,"commentSize":7,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/148839717","repostId":"2150301278","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"2150301278","kind":"highlight","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"Reuters.com brings you the latest news from around the world, covering breaking news in markets, business, politics, entertainment and technology","home_visible":1,"media_name":"Reuters","id":"1036604489","head_image":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/443ce19704621c837795676028cec868"},"pubTimestamp":1625964941,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/2150301278?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2021-07-11 08:55","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Drought-hit New Mexico town eyes economic liftoff from Virgin Galactic space launch","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=2150301278","media":"Reuters","summary":"TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES, N.M., July 10 (Reuters) - As the first passenger rocket plane gears up for ta","content":"
TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES, N.M., July 10 (Reuters) - As the first passenger rocket plane gears up for takeoff, a sleepy desert town near Spaceport America in New Mexico is hoping for a liftoff from tourism.
\n
The oddly named town of Truth or Consequences, 30 miles from the launchpad, relies on its hot springs, healing waters, and nearby Elephant Butte reservoir for its livelihood.
\n
But tourism has evaporated with the drought, which brought the reservoir's water level toward record lows.
