rule out a 10-year Treasury Note yield as high as 2.25% this year.\nThatâs the message from Wells Fargo Securitiesâ Michael Schumacher, ahead of Wednesdayâs Federal Reserve interest rate decision.\nâThe fiscal stimulus is enormous, and the vaccine rollout seems to be accelerating quite a bit â not just here in the U.S.,â the firmâs head of macro strategy told CNBCâs âTrading Nationâ on Tuesday. âA lot of things are coming together to push yields up.â\nYet, Schumacher said his firm doubts Fed Chairman Jerome Powell will show immediate concern.\nâHeâs been pretty sanguine about the whole increase in yields. We think heâll maintain that stance tomorrow,â he said. âOur view at Wells Fargo is he will not really try to slow it down.â\nInstead, Schumacher said he expects Powell to link rising yields to a vote of confidence in the economic recovery and to indicate itâs a catch-up move for having low inflation for such a long time.\nâThe world has never seen a coordinated reopening like this, ever. Not even after World War II,â said Schumacher. He said he thinks Powell will signal a willingness to let inflation run above its 2% target for âawhile.â\nIn December on âTrading Nation,âSchumacher predicted Covid-19 vaccines would dramatically boost confidence and lift Treasury yields in 2021. So far this year, the benchmark 10-year yield is up 77%. On Tuesday, it closed at 1.62%.\nâYields began this year â if you focus on the 10-year Treasury â just north of 90 basis points. Itâs up about 70 basis points this year,â he noted. âSo, 1.75% to 2%, I would say, pretty quickly could happen.â\nBy next year, Schumacher said, the yield could blow past 3%. That level could prompt the Fed to lift rates sooner than Wall Street anticipates: 2022 instead of 2023, he said.\nâThe biggest risk ... is people underestimate the amount by which the economy bounces back,â Schumacher said. âMaybe weâre all actually a little too conservative.â","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":570,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":325057477,"gmtCreate":1615853726899,"gmtModify":1704787427891,"author":{"id":"3573446592475415","authorId":"3573446592475415","name":"Skyy0619","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/a62c8bb42615aa3c8350508802b6bb8e","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3573446592475415","authorIdStr":"3573446592475415"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"$AMC Entertainment(AMC)$$20 soon","listText":"$AMC Entertainment(AMC)$$20 soon","text":"$AMC Entertainment(AMC)$$20 soon","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":6,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/325057477","isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":396,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":322050345,"gmtCreate":1615742343987,"gmtModify":1704786064325,"author":{"id":"3573446592475415","authorId":"3573446592475415","name":"Skyy0619","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/a62c8bb42615aa3c8350508802b6bb8e","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3573446592475415","authorIdStr":"3573446592475415"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"$Zomedica Pharmaceuticals Corp.(ZOM)$On routeto $4","listText":"$Zomedica Pharmaceuticals Corp.(ZOM)$On routeto $4","text":"$Zomedica Pharmaceuticals Corp.(ZOM)$On routeto $4","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":4,"commentSize":1,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/322050345","isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":161,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":328592166,"gmtCreate":1615538161355,"gmtModify":1704784254199,"author":{"id":"3573446592475415","authorId":"3573446592475415","name":"Skyy0619","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/a62c8bb42615aa3c8350508802b6bb8e","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3573446592475415","authorIdStr":"3573446592475415"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"What dk u think","listText":"What dk u think","text":"What dk u think","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":4,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/328592166","repostId":"1199156489","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1199156489","kind":"news","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"Providing stock market headlines, business news, financials and earnings ","home_visible":1,"media_name":"Tiger Newspress","id":"1079075236","head_image":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/8274c5b9d4c2852bfb1c4d6ce16c68ba"},"pubTimestamp":1615452861,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/1199156489?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2021-03-11 16:54","market":"us","language":"en","title":"US Daylight Saving Time","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1199156489","media":"Tiger Newspress","summary":"From 02:00 U.S. East time March 14(this Sunday),the North America region entered daylight saving tim","content":"
From 02:00 U.S. East time March 14(this Sunday),the North America region entered daylight saving time, until 02:00 U.S. East time ends on November 7,2021.

So,starting on Monday,March 14,the U.S. market will open and close one hour ahead of schedule during north american daylight saving time,i.e.,U.S. trading time will be changed to 21:30 beijing time to 04:00 a.m.the next day,pre-trade time will be 16:00 to 21:30,after-trade time will be 04:00 to 8:00.

What is daylight saving time?

The DST is the practice of moving clocks forward by one hour during summer months so that daylight lasts longer into evening. Immediately after the auction, the 10-year note yield soared to 1.60% for the first time in a year, by some estimates.
\n
The spike in government bond yields spilled over into U.S. equities, triggering a steady slide for the Nasdaq Composite, which ended in correction territory on Monday, but was trading 4% higher Tuesday as markets stabilized.
\n
Since last month's ill-fated Treasury sale, long-term government bond yields have looked to carve out a new range, but at a much higher plateau than at the end of 2020.
\n
The 10-year Treasury note yield fell 5.7 basis points to 1.537% Tuesday, after trading as high as 1.60% Monday. Meanwhile, the 30-year bond yield slipped 3.9 basis points to 2.265%. Bond prices move inversely to yields.
\n
A longstanding concern in the Treasury market has been that broker-dealers might experience periods of limited capacity on their balance sheets to make markets, thanks to post-2008 financial regulations that limited the risks banks could take. Most \"primary\" broker-dealers in the U.S. Treasury debt market are housed within large, global banks.
\n
Indeed, analysts blamed a lack of willing buyers and a crowd of sellers for the poor 7-year note auction. Left to sop up the rest of the unsold Treasurys, dealers pushed yields higher in a bid to get the bonds off their books.
\n
Marvin Loh, senior global market strategist at State Street, said yields could \"certainly push higher if some of the market functioning issues crop up,\" in an interview.
\n
Despite all the concerns around appetite for the midweek debt sales, demand at least for the 10-year note likely will remain robust, largely for the same reason some market players worry the sale will struggle to draw buyers, according to Subadra Rajappa, head of U.S. rates strategy at Société Générale.
\n
Specifically, the intense appetite for shorting bonds has made it difficult to source one of the more popular 10-year Treasury notes. As a result, the cost to borrow money for a short period, in return for lending out the benchmark debt security, turned negative last week, meaning investors have begun to pay interest to temporarily own the bonds.
\n
This week's auctions could help alleviate the scarcity of the notes, said Loh.
","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n<meta http-equiv=\"Content-Type\" content=\"text/html; Immediately after the auction, the 10-year note yield soared to 1.60% for the first time in a year, by some estimates.\nThe spike in government bond yields spilled over into U.S. equities, triggering a steady slide for the Nasdaq Composite, which ended in correction territory on Monday, but was trading 4% higher Tuesday as markets stabilized.\nSince last month's ill-fated Treasury sale, long-term government bond yields have looked to carve out a new range, but at a much higher plateau than at the end of 2020.\nThe 10-year Treasury note yield fell 5.7 basis points to 1.537% Tuesday, after trading as high as 1.60% Monday. Meanwhile, the 30-year bond yield slipped 3.9 basis points to 2.265%. Bond prices move inversely to yields.\nA longstanding concern in the Treasury market has been that broker-dealers might experience periods of limited capacity on their balance sheets to make markets, thanks to post-2008 financial regulations that limited the risks banks could take. Most \"primary\" broker-dealers in the U.S. Treasury debt market are housed within large, global banks.\nIndeed, analysts blamed a lack of willing buyers and a crowd of sellers for the poor 7-year note auction. Left to sop up the rest of the unsold Treasurys, dealers pushed yields higher in a bid to get the bonds off their books.\nMarvin Loh, senior global market strategist at State Street, said yields could \"certainly push higher if some of the market functioning issues crop up,\" in an interview.\nDespite all the concerns around appetite for the midweek debt sales, demand at least for the 10-year note likely will remain robust, largely for the same reason some market players worry the sale will struggle to draw buyers, according to Subadra Rajappa, head of U.S. rates strategy at SociĂ©tĂ© GĂ©nĂ©rale.\nSpecifically, the intense appetite for shorting bonds has made it difficult to source one of the more popular 10-year Treasury notes. As a result, the cost to borrow money for a short period, in return for lending out the benchmark debt security, turned negative last week, meaning investors have begun to pay interest to temporarily own the bonds.\nThis week's auctions could help alleviate the scarcity of the notes, said Loh.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":133,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":329454919,"gmtCreate":1615273912831,"gmtModify":1704780416869,"author":{"id":"3573446592475415","authorId":"3573446592475415","name":"Skyy0619","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/a62c8bb42615aa3c8350508802b6bb8e","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3573446592475415","authorIdStr":"3573446592475415"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Yes","listText":"Yes","text":"Yes","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/329454919","repostId":"2118163506","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":38,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0}],"hots":[{"id":328646538,"gmtCreate":1615524388824,"gmtModify":1704784075045,"author":{"id":"3573446592475415","authorId":"3573446592475415","name":"Skyy0619","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/a62c8bb42615aa3c8350508802b6bb8e","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3573446592475415","authorIdStr":"3573446592475415"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"$NIO Inc.(NIO)$$50 today? That level could prompt the Fed to lift rates sooner than Wall Street anticipates: 2022 instead of 2023, he said.\nâThe biggest risk ... is people underestimate the amount by which the economy bounces back,â Schumacher said. âMaybe weâre all actually a little too conservative.â","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":570,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":321464067,"gmtCreate":1615463213859,"gmtModify":1704783082617,"author":{"id":"3573446592475415","authorId":"3573446592475415","name":"Skyy0619","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/a62c8bb42615aa3c8350508802b6bb8e","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3573446592475415","authorIdStr":"3573446592475415"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Good opinion?","listText":"Good opinion?","text":"Good opinion?","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/321464067","repostId":"1199156489","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1199156489","kind":"news","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"Providing stock market headlines, business news, financials and earnings ","home_visible":1,"media_name":"Tiger Newspress","id":"1079075236","head_image":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/8274c5b9d4c2852bfb1c4d6ce16c68ba"},"pubTimestamp":1615452861,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/1199156489?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2021-03-11 16:54","market":"us","language":"en","title":"US Daylight Saving Time","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1199156489","media":"Tiger Newspress","summary":"From 02:00 U.S.
