Amazon has proved that the pandemic period was particularly beneficial for the company’s e-commerce business, but that the party might be over.</p>\n<p>The opposite has happened to Apple. While the more pessimistic analysts believed that the post-pandemic environment would be a headwind to the company’s financial performance,Apple proved them wrong: astounding revenue and earnings growth of 36% and 101%, respectively, in fiscal Q3.</p>\n<p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/addc3e819f69d2aa771eb0cbf30a7d02\" tg-width=\"792\" tg-height=\"456\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"><span>Figure 2: FQ3 2021 revenue growth by geo segment.</span></p>\n<p><b>#2. The chart below shows how AMZN is substantially more richly valued than Apple, both in terms of trailing earnings (nearly twice more expensive) and free cash flow (substantially more expensive).</p>\n<p>In an environment in which assets are not priced for perfection, paying a bit more for what one might consider a better stock could make sense. Underappreciated growth</b></p>\n<p>Lastly, Amazon has been growing its top and bottom lines at a faster pace than Apple – and analysts expect this to still be the case going forward, according to Seeking Alpha. However, while Amazon’s growth opportunities in e-commerce and cloud seem to be well-understood, Apple stock price may not properly reflect the company’s two- to five-year growth potential.</p>\n<p>The Cupertino company could be introducing a new mixed reality headset next year or in 2023,followed by an Apple Car that could drastically change (improve?) the company’s financial performance.Valued at an attractive current-year P/E of 25 times, I suspect that the market has not properly factored these opportunities into the share price.</p>","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE html>\n<html>\n<head>\n<meta http-equiv=\"Content-Type\" content=\"text/html; charset=utf-8\" />\n<meta name=\"viewport\" content=\"width=device-width,initial-scale=1.0,minimum-scale=1.0,maximum-scale=1.0,user-scalable=no\"/>\n<meta name=\"format-detection\" content=\"telephone=no,email=no,address=no\" />\n<title>3 Reasons To Buy Apple Stock Over Amazon</title>\n<style type=\"text/css\">\na,abbr,acronym,address,applet,article,aside,audio,b,big,blockquote,body,canvas,caption,center,cite,code,dd,del,details,dfn,div,dl,dt,\nem,embed,fieldset,figcaption,figure,footer,form,h1,h2,h3,h4,h5,h6,header,hgroup,html,i,iframe,img,ins,kbd,label,legend,li,mark,menu,nav,\nobject,ol,output,p,pre,q,ruby,s,samp,section,small,span,strike,strong,sub,summary,sup,table,tbody,td,tfoot,th,thead,time,tr,tt,u,ul,var,video{ font:inherit;margin:0;padding:0;vertical-align:baseline;border:0 }\nbody{ font-size:16px; line-height:1.5; color:#999; background:transparent; }\n.wrapper{ overflow:hidden;word-break:break-all;padding:10px; }\nh1,h2{ font-weight:normal; line-height:1.35; margin-bottom:.6em; }\nh3,h4,h5,h6{ line-height:1.35; margin-bottom:1em; }\nh1{ font-size:24px; }\nh2{ font-size:20px; }\nh3{ font-size:18px; }\nh4{ font-size:16px; }\nh5{ font-size:14px; }\nh6{ font-size:12px; }\np,ul,ol,blockquote,dl,table{ margin:1.2em 0; }\nul,ol{ margin-left:2em; }\nul{ list-style:disc; }\nol{ list-style:decimal; }\nli,li p{ margin:10px 0;}\nimg{ max-width:100%;display:block;margin:0 auto 1em; }\nblockquote{ color:#B5B2B1; border-left:3px solid #aaa; padding:1em; }\nstrong,b{font-weight:bold;}\nem,i{font-style:italic;}\ntable{ width:100%;border-collapse:collapse;border-spacing:1px;margin:1em 0;font-size:.9em; }\nth,td{ padding:5px;text-align:left;border:1px solid #aaa; }\nth{ font-weight:bold;background:#5d5d5d; }\n.symbol-link{font-weight:bold;}\n/* header{ border-bottom:1px solid #494756; } */\n.title{ margin:0 0 8px;line-height:1.3;color:#ddd; }\n.meta {color:#5e5c6d;font-size:13px;margin:0 0 .5em; }\na{text-decoration:none; color:#2a4b87;}\n.meta .head { display: inline-block; overflow: hidden}\n.head .h-thumb { width: 30px; height: 30px; margin: 0; padding: 0; border-radius: 50%; float: left;}\n.head .h-content { margin: 0; padding: 0 0 0 9px; float: left;}\n.head .h-name {font-size: 13px; color: #eee; margin: 0;}\n.head .h-time {font-size: 11px; color: #7E829C; margin: 0;line-height: 11px;}\n.small {font-size: 12.5px; display: inline-block; transform: scale(0.9); -webkit-transform: scale(0.9); transform-origin: left; -webkit-transform-origin: left;}\n.smaller {font-size: 12.5px; display: inline-block; transform: scale(0.8); -webkit-transform: scale(0.8); transform-origin: left; -webkit-transform-origin: left;}\n.bt-text {font-size: 12px;margin: 1.5em 0 0 0}\n.bt-text p {margin: 0}\n</style>\n</head>\n<body>\n<div class=\"wrapper\">\n<header>\n<h2 class=\"title\">\n3 Reasons To Buy Apple Stock Over Amazon\n</h2>\n\n<h4 class=\"meta\">\n\n\n2021-08-17 09:37 GMT+8 <a href=https://www.thestreet.com/apple/stock/3-reasons-to-buy-apple-stock-over-amazon><strong>TheStreet</strong></a>\n\n\n</h4>\n\n</header>\n<article>\n<div>\n<p>The Apple Maven presents three reasons why Apple stock may be a better pick than Amazon today.\nAmazon or Apple stock? But during a period like the current one, in which equity valuations seem stretched thin, being a bit more conservative on the price tag may be the best approach.\nFigure 3: AAPL and AMZN's valuation.\n#3. Underappreciated growth\nLastly, Amazon has been growing its top and bottom lines at a faster pace than Apple – and analysts expect this to still be the case going forward, according to Seeking Alpha. However, while Amazon’s growth opportunities in e-commerce and cloud seem to be well-understood, Apple stock price may not properly reflect the company’s two- to five-year growth potential.\nThe Cupertino company could be introducing a new mixed reality headset next year or in 2023,followed by an Apple Car that could drastically change (improve?) the company’s financial performance.Valued at an attractive current-year P/E of 25 times, I suspect that the market has not properly factored these opportunities into the share price.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"AMZN":0.9,"AAPL":0.9}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":3052,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":127932370,"gmtCreate":1624811889290,"gmtModify":1703845466638,"author":{"id":"3573898635249611","authorId":"3573898635249611","name":"BabyBully","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/adfb10381e052e9870654bc972eb663e","crmLevel":11,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3573898635249611","idStr":"3573898635249611"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Great Henderson Group plc has launched an exchange-traded fund focused on the U.S. commercial real estate market.\nWhat Happened:The newJanus Henderson U.S. Real Estate ETF(JRE) is aimed at equity strategy investing in real estate investment trusts and real estate-related securities. In announcing the new ETF, the company stated its focus “may include cell towers, data centers, gaming REITs, cold storage and more, without bias toward style, property type or market cap.”\nGreg KuhlandDanny Greenberger were named portfolio managers of JRE, and the company added this new endeavor is a “natural product extension” of its Global Real Estate team, which has more than $3 billion in global assets under its management.\nWhat Else Is Happening:The REIT sector has shown considerable vibrancy this year, particularly in terms of mergers and acquisitions. Newly published data by JLL Capital Markets’ M&A and Corporate Advisory Group found REIT M&A activity has totaled $70 billion year-to-date, which puts it on target for surpassing the full-year record of $103 billion in volume set in 2006.\nMuch of this year's volume is coming from REIT subsectors that underperformed during 2020 but are now getting a new shot of energy. Economists had expected an increase of 1.8%. Core inflation jumped to 2%, most since August 2018.The pickup reflected higher prices for fuel, restaurant meals, clothing and recreational goods as the economy took a further step out of lockdown. The central bank expects inflation to breach its 2% target temporarially this year. However, economists are increasingly concerned higher prices could prove more persistent given the rapid pace of recovery from the coronavirus recession.</p>\n<p>“Inflation has risen sharply in recent months and will rise further as the impact of higher commodities prices feed through the supply chain,” said Jack Leslie, senior economist at the Resolution Foundation. “But U.K. inflationary pressures are different -- and nowhere as near as large -- as those causing fierce debate in the U.S.”</p>\n<p>The pound was little changed against the dollar and the euro after the report.</p>\n<p>Separate figures showed that pipeline price pressures continued to build in May. Producer input prices reflecting the cost to industry for fuel and raw materials rose by 10.7% over the past year, their biggest increase in a decade. That’s pushing up the price of goods leaving factory gates at the fastest pace since 2012.</p>\n<p>The ONS said the cost of transport equipment along with metals and non-metallic minerals provided the largest upward contributions to producer price inflation.</p>\n<p>“There is a greater level of uncertainty about prices at present, with a possibility that inflation will turn out to be higher if staff shortages persist, triggering stronger wage rises, while cost increases continue to be passed on to consumers,” Yael Selfin, Chief Economist at KPMG UK.</p>\n<p>BOE Chief Economist Andy Haldane, who departs his post at the end of this month, said last week that pay and costs are already rising and high street inflation “can’t be far behind.”</p>\n<p>His colleague Gertjan Vlieghe says policy makers could raise the benchmark rate as early as next year if the labor market recovers smoothly when government job subsidies come to an end in September.</p>\n<p>Market-based inflation expectations remain close to their highest since 2008. The so-called 10-year breakeven rate -- a gauge derived from the difference between conventional gilt yields and those linked to retail-price inflation -- has risen more than 50 basis points this year.</p>\n<p>Many economies have seen prices accelerate over recent months, though policy makers continue to play down the risk of a sustained inflation outbreak. In the U.S., headline consumer inflation jumped to 5% in May, the highest in more than a decade. Maybe picking one over the other might not make too much difference, since both have behaved similarly, especially in the past year or two. See the rolling one-year correlation chart below – the closer to +1, the closer the stocks’ daily returns track each other.</p>\n<p>But today, the Apple Maven presents three reasons why AAPL may be a better bet compared to its peer AMZN. For those interested, our sister channel Amazon Maven will soon take the other side of the argument. Check out both theses to determine which makes most sense.</p>\n<p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/2842dada1100f7fa50ce607c91359294\" tg-width=\"777\" tg-height=\"429\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"><span>Figure 1: One-year rolling correlation, AAPL vs. AMZN.</span></p>\n<p><b>#1. Post-pandemic outperformer</b></p>\n<p>Since reporting Q2 earnings, Amazon stock has failed to gain any lift. The culprit has been a sharp deceleration in the online store’s revenue growth rate. Valuations more appealing</b></p>\n<p>In absolute terms, it is undeniable that Apple stock is a more affordable play than Amazon. But during a period like the current one, in which equity valuations seem stretched thin, being a bit more conservative on the price tag may be the best approach.</p>\n<p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/8bbc5964d65a7779bfa877427132d2f5\" tg-width=\"999\" tg-height=\"501\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"><span>Figure 3: AAPL and AMZN's valuation.</span></p>\n<p><b>#3. Underappreciated growth</b></p>\n<p>Lastly, Amazon has been growing its top and bottom lines at a faster pace than Apple – and analysts expect this to still be the case going forward, according to Seeking Alpha. However, while Amazon’s growth opportunities in e-commerce and cloud seem to be well-understood, Apple stock price may not properly reflect the company’s two- to five-year growth potential.</p>\n<p>The Cupertino company could be introducing a new mixed reality headset next year or in 2023,followed by an Apple Car that could drastically change (improve?) the company’s financial performance.Valued at an attractive current-year P/E of 25 times, I suspect that the market has not properly factored these opportunities into the share price.</p>","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE html>\n<html>\n<head>\n<meta http-equiv=\"Content-Type\" content=\"text/html; charset=utf-8\" />\n<meta name=\"viewport\" content=\"width=device-width,initial-scale=1.0,minimum-scale=1.0,maximum-scale=1.0,user-scalable=no\"/>\n<meta name=\"format-detection\" content=\"telephone=no,email=no,address=no\" />\n<title>3 Reasons To Buy Apple Stock Over Amazon</title>\n<style type=\"text/css\">\na,abbr,acronym,address,applet,article,aside,audio,b,big,blockquote,body,canvas,caption,center,cite,code,dd,del,details,dfn,div,dl,dt,\nem,embed,fieldset,figcaption,figure,footer,form,h1,h2,h3,h4,h5,h6,header,hgroup,html,i,iframe,img,ins,kbd,label,legend,li,mark,menu,nav,\nobject,ol,output,p,pre,q,ruby,s,samp,section,small,span,strike,strong,sub,summary,sup,table,tbody,td,tfoot,th,thead,time,tr,tt,u,ul,var,video{ font:inherit;margin:0;padding:0;vertical-align:baseline;border:0 }\nbody{ font-size:16px; line-height:1.5; color:#999; background:transparent; }\n.wrapper{ overflow:hidden;word-break:break-all;padding:10px; }\nh1,h2{ font-weight:normal; line-height:1.35; margin-bottom:.6em; }\nh3,h4,h5,h6{ line-height:1.35; margin-bottom:1em; }\nh1{ font-size:24px; }\nh2{ font-size:20px; }\nh3{ font-size:18px; }\nh4{ font-size:16px; }\nh5{ font-size:14px; }\nh6{ font-size:12px; }\np,ul,ol,blockquote,dl,table{ margin:1.2em 0; }\nul,ol{ margin-left:2em; }\nul{ list-style:disc; }\nol{ list-style:decimal; }\nli,li p{ margin:10px 0;}\nimg{ max-width:100%;display:block;margin:0 auto 1em; }\nblockquote{ color:#B5B2B1; border-left:3px solid #aaa; padding:1em; }\nstrong,b{font-weight:bold;}\nem,i{font-style:italic;}\ntable{ width:100%;border-collapse:collapse;border-spacing:1px;margin:1em 0;font-size:.9em; }\nth,td{ padding:5px;text-align:left;border:1px solid #aaa; }\nth{ font-weight:bold;background:#5d5d5d; }\n.symbol-link{font-weight:bold;}\n/* header{ border-bottom:1px solid #494756; } */\n.title{ margin:0 0 8px;line-height:1.3;color:#ddd; }\n.meta {color:#5e5c6d;font-size:13px;margin:0 0 .5em; }\na{text-decoration:none; color:#2a4b87;}\n.meta .head { display: inline-block; overflow: hidden}\n.head .h-thumb { width: 30px; height: 30px; margin: 0; padding: 0; border-radius: 50%; float: left;}\n.head .h-content { margin: 0; padding: 0 0 0 9px; float: left;}\n.head .h-name {font-size: 13px; color: #eee; margin: 0;}\n.head .h-time {font-size: 11px; color: #7E829C; margin: 0;line-height: 11px;}\n.small {font-size: 12.5px; display: inline-block; transform: scale(0.9); -webkit-transform: scale(0.9); transform-origin: left; -webkit-transform-origin: left;}\n.smaller {font-size: 12.5px; display: inline-block; transform: scale(0.8); -webkit-transform: scale(0.8); transform-origin: left; -webkit-transform-origin: left;}\n.bt-text {font-size: 12px;margin: 1.5em 0 0 0}\n.bt-text p {margin: 0}\n</style>\n</head>\n<body>\n<div class=\"wrapper\">\n<header>\n<h2 class=\"title\">\n3 Reasons To Buy Apple Stock Over Amazon\n</h2>\n\n<h4 class=\"meta\">\n\n\n2021-08-17 09:37 GMT+8 <a href=https://www.thestreet.com/apple/stock/3-reasons-to-buy-apple-stock-over-amazon><strong>TheStreet</strong></a>\n\n\n</h4>\n\n</header>\n<article>\n<div>\n<p>The Apple Maven presents three reasons why Apple stock may be a better pick than Amazon today.\nAmazon or Apple stock? See the rolling one-year correlation chart below – the closer to +1, the closer the stocks’ daily returns track each other.\nBut today, the Apple Maven presents three reasons why AAPL may be a better bet compared to its peer AMZN. For those interested, our sister channel Amazon Maven will soon take the other side of the argument. Check out both theses to determine which makes most sense.\nFigure 1: One-year rolling correlation, AAPL vs. AMZN.\n#1. Post-pandemic outperformer\nSince reporting Q2 earnings, Amazon stock has failed to gain any lift. The culprit has been a sharp deceleration in the online store’s revenue growth rate. Amazon has proved that the pandemic period was particularly beneficial for the company’s e-commerce business, but that the party might be over.\nThe opposite has happened to Apple. While the more pessimistic analysts believed that the post-pandemic environment would be a headwind to the company’s financial performance,Apple proved them wrong: astounding revenue and earnings growth of 36% and 101%, respectively, in fiscal Q3.\nFigure 2: FQ3 2021 revenue growth by geo segment.\n#2. Valuations more appealing\nIn absolute terms, it is undeniable that Apple stock is a more affordable play than Amazon. The chart below shows how AMZN is substantially more richly valued than Apple, both in terms of trailing earnings (nearly twice more expensive) and free cash flow (substantially more expensive).\nIn an environment in which assets are not priced for perfection, paying a bit more for what one might consider a better stock could make sense. However, while Amazon’s growth opportunities in e-commerce and cloud seem to be well-understood, Apple stock price may not properly reflect the company’s two- to five-year growth potential.\nThe Cupertino company could be introducing a new mixed reality headset next year or in 2023,followed by an Apple Car that could drastically change (improve?) the company’s financial performance.Valued at an attractive current-year P/E of 25 times, I suspect that the market has not properly factored these opportunities into the share price.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"AMZN":0.9,"AAPL":0.9}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":3052,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":165717902,"gmtCreate":1624157623106,"gmtModify":1703829705841,"author":{"id":"3573898635249611","authorId":"3573898635249611","name":"BabyBully","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/adfb10381e052e9870654bc972eb663e","crmLevel":11,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3573898635249611","authorIdStr":"3573898635249611"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"like and comment toooo","listText":"like and comment toooo","text":"like and comment toooo","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":6,"commentSize":2,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/165717902","repostId":"1199331995","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1418,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":180870723,"gmtCreate":1623199983762,"gmtModify":1704198128961,"author":{"id":"3573898635249611","authorId":"3573898635249611","name":"BabyBully","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/adfb10381e052e9870654bc972eb663e","crmLevel":11,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3573898635249611","authorIdStr":"3573898635249611"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"like and comment plsss","listText":"like and comment plsss","text":"like and comment plsss","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":3,"commentSize":3,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/180870723","repostId":"2142965712","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"2142965712","kind":"highlight","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"Reuters.com brings you the latest news from around the world, covering breaking news in markets, business, politics, entertainment and technology","home_visible":1,"media_name":"Reuters","id":"1036604489","head_image":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/443ce19704621c837795676028cec868"},"pubTimestamp":1623199419,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/2142965712?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2021-06-09 08:43","market":"hk","language":"en","title":"Las Vegas Sands faces $12 billion claim in Macau court","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=2142965712","media":"Reuters","summary":"HONG KONG, June 9 (Reuters) - U.S. casino giant Las Vegas Sands is facing a $12 billion lawsuit from","content":"<p>HONG KONG, June 9 (Reuters) - U.S. casino giant Las Vegas Sands is facing a $12 billion lawsuit from a former partner in a Macau court, in a case set to shine a light over how coveted casino licenses were awarded in the world's biggest gambling hub two decades ago.</p>\n<p>Former partner Asian American Entertainment Corporation, headed by Taiwanese businessman Marshall Hao, is seeking damages of around 70% of Sands’ Macau profits from 2004 to 2022. (AAL) has seen a dramatic decline in passenger demand in the past year as the COVID-19 pandemic prompted many would-be travelers to stay home. The company's passenger volume in 2020 was less than half the 215 million people it transported a year earlier. On top of these financial pressures, American Airlines also faces an antitrust probe by the U.S. Department of Justice into its partnership with JetBlue Airways Corp. (JBLU) over concerns that the agreement may inflate passenger fares.</p>\n<p>Investors will look for how American Airlines addressing these challenges when the company reports Q1 FY 2021 earnings before the market open on April 22. Analysts predict that adjusted losses per share (EPS) will widen significantly year-over-year (YOY) as revenue falls for a fifth consecutive quarter.</p>\n<p>A key metric that investors may focus on in the earnings report is American Airlines' passenger load factor, a measure of airline efficiency that reflects the percentage of American Airlines' seating capacity that is being used. Analysts expect load factor to fall YOY and to be slightly lower than the latest reported quarter, which is Q4 FY 2020.</p>\n<p>American Airlines' stock has experienced multiple periods of intense volatility in the past year. In June 2020, shares surged ahead of the market, only to fall behind the next month. The stock largely traded sideways until it began a long rally in late October 2020. American's shares outperformed the market between December and mid-March, although they have fallen back somewhat in recent weeks. As of April 20, American Airlines has provided a 1-year trailing total return of 84.2%, far ahead of the S&P 500's total return of 46.5%.</p>\n<p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/a772a4903ebcc543efb55c065efb3928\" tg-width=\"2244\" tg-height=\"1210\"><span>Source: TradingView.</span></p>\n<h2>American Airlines Earning History </h2>\n<p>American Airlines' stock has been buoyed in recent months by its recent earnings history along with investor optimism about new COVID-19 vaccines and an emerging economic recovery. While the company posted four consecutive quarters of adjusted losses per share in FY 2020, American Airlines' losses narrowed significantly in Q3 and Q4. After American's Q3 earnings report in October, the stock initially dipped and then more than doubled over the next five months through the end of March 2021. But now, analysts predict that American's earnings recovery will reverse. They see Q1 FY 2021 adjusted losses per share widening YOY, and also on a sequential basis relative to Q4 FY 2020.</p>\n<p>American Airlines has also reported four straight quarters of YOY revenue declines, also the first in several years. Revenue dipped by 19.6% YOY for Q1 FY 2020, a reflection of the impact of the pandemic on the later portion of that quarter. Revenue then plunged 86.4% in Q2 FY 2020, followed by a 73.4% drop in Q3 and 64.4% in Q4. Analysts expect the size of the decline to be less in Q1 FY 2021, but still down 52.2% YOY.</p>\n<table>\n <colgroup span=\"1\"></colgroup>\n <colgroup span=\"1\"></colgroup>\n <colgroup span=\"1\"></colgroup>\n <colgroup span=\"1\"></colgroup>\n <thead>\n <tr>\n <th colspan=\"4\">American Airlines Key Stats</th>\n </tr>\n </thead>\n <tbody>\n <tr>\n <td></td>\n <td>Estimate for Q1 FY 2021</td>\n <td>Q1 FY 2020</td>\n <td>Q1 FY 2019</td>\n </tr>\n <tr>\n <td>Adjusted EPS</td>\n <td>-$4.26</td>\n <td>-$2.65</td>\n <td>$0.52</td>\n </tr>\n <tr>\n <td>Revenue (billions)</td>\n <td>$4.1</td>\n <td>$8.5</td>\n <td>$10.6</td>\n </tr>\n <tr>\n <td>Load factor</td>\n <td>63.5%</td>\n <td>72.7%</td>\n <td>82.2%</td>\n </tr>\n </tbody>\n</table>\n<h2>The Key Metric </h2>\n<p>As mentioned, American Airlines investors are likely to look to the company's load factor as well. This key metric for the airline industry is a measure of the percentage of available seating capacity that is filled with passengers. Higher load factors indicate a higher percentage of seats that are occupied by passengers. Airlines experience roughly fixed costs to send an aircraft into flight regardless of the number of passengers on board, so there is an incentive to fill as many seats as possible in order to better distribute those costs. For this reason, a higher load factor is a sign of greater efficiency and profitability. In the past year, however, there have been strong pressures against load factor, primarily because the COVID-19 pandemic has turned the above logic on its head. Fuller planes are seen as worse from a public health perspective during a pandemic. As fewer passengers travel and load factor drops, companies like American Airlines face a profitability crisis.</p>\n<p>American Airlines' load factor has fallen sharply during the pandemic. In the three years prior to 2020, the company regularly reported a load factor in the 80s. This metric first began to fall in Q1 FY 2020, when the company reported a load factor of 72.7%. That dropped to a low of 42.3% in Q2 and then recovered somewhat through the second half of the year, reaching 64.1% for Q4. Analysts now estimate that American's progress in turning around its load factor will essentially halt. In Q1 FY 2021, they estimate that load factor will fall slightly, to 63.5%, on a sequential basis. That number also will be down sharply from 72.7% in the same quarter a year earlier.</p>","source":"lsy1606203311635","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE html>\n<html>\n<head>\n<meta http-equiv=\"Content-Type\" content=\"text/html; charset=utf-8\" />\n<meta name=\"viewport\" content=\"width=device-width,initial-scale=1.0,minimum-scale=1.0,maximum-scale=1.0,user-scalable=no\"/>\n<meta name=\"format-detection\" content=\"telephone=no,email=no,address=no\" />\n<title>American Airlines Q1 2021 Earnings Preview: What to Look For</title>\n<style type=\"text/css\">\na,abbr,acronym,address,applet,article,aside,audio,b,big,blockquote,body,canvas,caption,center,cite,code,dd,del,details,dfn,div,dl,dt,\nem,embed,fieldset,figcaption,figure,footer,form,h1,h2,h3,h4,h5,h6,header,hgroup,html,i,iframe,img,ins,kbd,label,legend,li,mark,menu,nav,\nobject,ol,output,p,pre,q,ruby,s,samp,section,small,span,strike,strong,sub,summary,sup,table,tbody,td,tfoot,th,thead,time,tr,tt,u,ul,var,video{ font:inherit;margin:0;padding:0;vertical-align:baseline;border:0 }\nbody{ font-size:16px; line-height:1.5; color:#999; background:transparent; }\n.wrapper{ overflow:hidden;word-break:break-all;padding:10px; }\nh1,h2{ font-weight:normal; line-height:1.35; margin-bottom:.6em; }\nh3,h4,h5,h6{ line-height:1.35; margin-bottom:1em; }\nh1{ font-size:24px; }\nh2{ font-size:20px; }\nh3{ font-size:18px; }\nh4{ font-size:16px; }\nh5{ font-size:14px; }\nh6{ font-size:12px; }\np,ul,ol,blockquote,dl,table{ margin:1.2em 0; }\nul,ol{ margin-left:2em; }\nul{ list-style:disc; }\nol{ list-style:decimal; }\nli,li p{ margin:10px 0;}\nimg{ max-width:100%;display:block;margin:0 auto 1em; }\nblockquote{ color:#B5B2B1; border-left:3px solid #aaa; padding:1em; }\nstrong,b{font-weight:bold;}\nem,i{font-style:italic;}\ntable{ width:100%;border-collapse:collapse;border-spacing:1px;margin:1em 0;font-size:.9em; }\nth,td{ padding:5px;text-align:left;border:1px solid #aaa; }\nth{ font-weight:bold;background:#5d5d5d; }\n.symbol-link{font-weight:bold;}\n/* header{ border-bottom:1px solid #494756; } */\n.title{ margin:0 0 8px;line-height:1.3;color:#ddd; }\n.meta {color:#5e5c6d;font-size:13px;margin:0 0 .5em; }\na{text-decoration:none; color:#2a4b87;}\n.meta .head { display: inline-block; overflow: hidden}\n.head .h-thumb { width: 30px; height: 30px; margin: 0; padding: 0; border-radius: 50%; float: left;}\n.head .h-content { margin: 0; padding: 0 0 0 9px; float: left;}\n.head .h-name {font-size: 13px; color: #eee; margin: 0;}\n.head .h-time {font-size: 11px; color: #7E829C; margin: 0;line-height: 11px;}\n.small {font-size: 12.5px; display: inline-block; transform: scale(0.9); -webkit-transform: scale(0.9); transform-origin: left; -webkit-transform-origin: left;}\n.smaller {font-size: 12.5px; display: inline-block; transform: scale(0.8); -webkit-transform: scale(0.8); transform-origin: left; -webkit-transform-origin: left;}\n.bt-text {font-size: 12px;margin: 1.5em 0 0 0}\n.bt-text p {margin: 0}\n</style>\n</head>\n<body>\n<div class=\"wrapper\">\n<header>\n<h2 class=\"title\">\nAmerican Airlines Q1 2021 Earnings Preview: What to Look For\n</h2>\n\n<h4 class=\"meta\">\n\n\n2021-04-22 16:14 GMT+8 <a href=https://www.investopedia.com/american-airlines-q1-2021-earnings-preview-5179859?utm_campaign=quote-yahoo&utm_source=yahoo&utm_medium=referral&yptr=yahoo><strong>Investopedia</strong></a>\n\n\n</h4>\n\n</header>\n<article>\n<div>\n<p>Key Takeaways\n\nAnalysts estimate adjusted EPS of -$4.26 vs. -$2.65 in Q1 FY 2020.\nPassenger load factor is expected to fall YOY.\nRevenue is expected to decline for the fifth straight quarter due to ...</p>\n\n<a href=\"https://www.investopedia.com/american-airlines-q1-2021-earnings-preview-5179859?utm_campaign=quote-yahoo&utm_source=yahoo&utm_medium=referral&yptr=yahoo\">Web Link</a>\n\n</div>\n\n\n</article>\n</div>\n</body>\n</html>\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"","relate_stocks":{"AAL":"美国航空"},"source_url":"https://www.investopedia.com/american-airlines-q1-2021-earnings-preview-5179859?utm_campaign=quote-yahoo&utm_source=yahoo&utm_medium=referral&yptr=yahoo","is_english":true,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"2129808947","content_text":"Key Takeaways\n\nAnalysts estimate adjusted EPS of -$4.26 vs. -$2.65 in Q1 FY 2020.\nPassenger load factor is expected to fall YOY.\nRevenue is expected to decline for the fifth straight quarter due to the COVID-19 pandemic.\n\nAmerican Airlines Group Inc. Analysts expect the size of the decline to be less in Q1 FY 2021, but still down 52.2% YOY.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAmerican Airlines Key Stats\n\n\n\n\n\nEstimate for Q1 FY 2021\nQ1 FY 2020\nQ1 FY 2019\n\n\nAdjusted EPS\n-$4.26\n-$2.65\n$0.52\n\n\nRevenue (billions)\n$4.1\n$8.5\n$10.6\n\n\nLoad factor\n63.5%\n72.7%\n82.2%\n\n\n\nThe Key Metric \nAs mentioned, American Airlines investors are likely to look to the company's load factor as well. As fewer passengers travel and load factor drops, companies like American Airlines face a profitability crisis.\nAmerican Airlines' load factor has fallen sharply during the pandemic. That number also will be down sharply from 72.7% in the same quarter a year earlier.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"AAL":0.9}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":635,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":371397802,"gmtCreate":1618908762206,"gmtModify":1704716702982,"author":{"id":"3573898635249611","authorId":"3573898635249611","name":"BabyBully","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/adfb10381e052e9870654bc972eb663e","crmLevel":11,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3573898635249611","authorIdStr":"3573898635249611"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"comment and like pls thanks!","listText":"comment and like pls thanks!","text":"comment and like pls thanks!","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":5,"commentSize":2,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/371397802","repostId":"1185485095","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1185485095","kind":"news","pubTimestamp":1618809881,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/1185485095?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2021-04-19 13:24","market":"us","language":"en","title":"What to expect at Apple's 'Spring loaded' event","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1185485095","media":"CNN Business","summary":"If the \"Spring loaded\" tagline of Apple's upcoming press event is any indication, the company is about to drop a ton of new products.Apple is hosting its first event of 2021 on Tuesday and it'll likely focus on new iPads, along with a product that's been years in the making. The invitations for the virtual press conference sent to reporters last week included an image of colorful spirals that form the Apple logo — a picture potentially made to look as if it had been produced by an Apple Pencil, ","content":"<p>(CNN Business)If the \"Spring loaded\" tagline of Apple's upcoming press event is any indication, the company is about to drop a ton of new products.</p><p>Apple (AAPL) is hosting its first event of 2021 on Tuesday and it'll likely focus on new iPads, along with a product that's been years in the making.</p><p>The invitations for the virtual press conference sent to reporters last week included an image of colorful spirals that form the Apple logo — a picture potentially made to look as if it had been produced by an Apple Pencil, a clue hinting at updates to its iPad line.</p><p>The company's invitations are often filled with red herrings, but Apple senior marketing executive Greg Joswiak added to the fodder when he tweeted a video featuring an animation of the spirals bouncing around Apple's campus. (NIO), like many other automakers, was forced to halt production this year due to the global semiconductor shortage. Semiconductor chips, widely used in smartphones, computers, and other electronic devices, are especially important to NIO, a maker of premium electric vehicles (EVs). NIO's production stoppage in late March had little impact on the company's record vehicle deliveries in Q1, but it could affect future production numbers.</p>\n<p>Investors will focus on how these forces affect NIO's immediate results, as well as its financial outlook, when the company reports earnings on April 29, 2021 for Q1 FY 2021.Analysts are expecting the company's loss per American depositary share (ADS) to narrow significantly as revenue expands at a rapid pace.</p>\n<p>Vehicle deliveries are another key metric investors watch in order to gauge the company's productive capacity. NIO already reported vehicle deliveries for the first quarter earlier this month, achieving a new quarterly record despite total deliveries coming in slightly below expectations.</p>\n<p>Shares of NIO have dramatically outperformed the broader market over the past year. But after reaching all-time highs earlier this year, the stock has fallen considerably and has been trading mostly sideways since early March. NIO's shares have provided investors with an astronomic total return of 1,171.9% over the past year, well above the S&P 500's total return of 45.5%.</p>\n<p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/a11e1a915810ccbc7f07ec2adf16865b\" tg-width=\"3004\" tg-height=\"1798\"><span>Source: TradingView.</span></p>\n<p><b>NIO Earnings History</b></p>\n<p>The stock, which had been gathering downward momentum after peaking around mid-February, plunged following NIO's Q4 FY 2020 earnings report released at the beginning of March. The company reported a much larger loss per ADS than analysts expected and revenue also missed estimates. However, NIO's loss narrowed considerably compared to the year-ago quarter and revenue was still up 133.2%.The company was optimistic about its performance, noting that its gross margin rose to 17.2% compared to negative 8.9% in the year-ago quarter.</p>\n<p>In Q3 FY 2020, NIO posted a loss per ADS of 0.98 yuan ($0.15 as of the CNY/USD exchange rate on April 27, 2021).It was the smallest loss in at least 11 quarters. Revenue rose 146.4%, maintaining the pace of growth achieved in the second quarter.NIO said it delivered a record number of vehicles and saw improvements in its average selling price. The company also said that it was the second straight quarter of positive cash flow from operating activities.</p>\n<p>Analysts expect continued improvement in NIO's financial results in Q1 FY 2021. While NIO is still expected to post another loss per ADS, it is estimated to be the lowest in at least 14 quarters. Revenue for the quarter is forecast to rise 446.1%, which would be the fastest pace since Q2 FY 2019. For full-year FY 2021, analysts are currently expecting NIO to achieve a loss of 2.72 yuan per ADS, which would be the smallest loss in at least five years. Revenue is expected to rise 109.7%, a faster pace than in each of the last two years.</p>\n<p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/d412a9c0aea28621f713f5afbfba444c\" tg-width=\"885\" tg-height=\"352\"><span>Source: Visible Alpha; NIO Inc.</span></p>\n<p><b>The Key Metric</b></p>\n<p>As mentioned above, investors are also watching the number of vehicles NIO delivers each quarter. NIO generates some revenue from various services it provides, but the majority of revenue is derived from vehicle sales.Currently, the company makes deliveries of three types of vehicles: the ES8, the company's 6-seater and 7-seater flagship premium smart electric SUV; the ES6, the company’s 5-seater high-performance premium smart electric SUV; and the EC6, the company’s 5-seater premium electric coupe SUV.The number of vehicle deliveries provides an indication of the demand for NIO's vehicles as well as the company's ability to scale production.</p>\n<p>NIO has significantly ramped up its production over the past few years. The company delivered 11,350 vehicles in FY 2018. In FY 2020, it had nearly quadrupled that figure, delivering 43,730 vehicles. Despite a slowdown in Q1 FY 2020 amid the COVID-19 pandemic, NIO quickly made up for the Q1 drop in deliveries with a 190.8% year-over-year increase in Q2 FY 2020. Total vehicle delivery growth decelerated to 154.3% in Q3 and then to 111.0% in Q4. However, vehicle deliveries rose 423.0% in Q1 FY 2021, hitting a new quarterly record, as mentioned above. For full-year FY 2021, analysts are forecasting NIO to deliver 88,280 vehicles, which would be more than double last year's total deliveries. However, NIO warned investors in early March that the global chip shortage is likely to cut its production capacity, at least in the second quarter.</p>","source":"lsy1606203311635","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE html>\n<html>\n<head>\n<meta http-equiv=\"Content-Type\" content=\"text/html; charset=utf-8\" />\n<meta name=\"viewport\" content=\"width=device-width,initial-scale=1.0,minimum-scale=1.0,maximum-scale=1.0,user-scalable=no\"/>\n<meta name=\"format-detection\" content=\"telephone=no,email=no,address=no\" />\n<title>NIO Q1 2021 Earnings Report Preview: What to Look For</title>\n<style type=\"text/css\">\na,abbr,acronym,address,applet,article,aside,audio,b,big,blockquote,body,canvas,caption,center,cite,code,dd,del,details,dfn,div,dl,dt,\nem,embed,fieldset,figcaption,figure,footer,form,h1,h2,h3,h4,h5,h6,header,hgroup,html,i,iframe,img,ins,kbd,label,legend,li,mark,menu,nav,\nobject,ol,output,p,pre,q,ruby,s,samp,section,small,span,strike,strong,sub,summary,sup,table,tbody,td,tfoot,th,thead,time,tr,tt,u,ul,var,video{ font:inherit;margin:0;padding:0;vertical-align:baseline;border:0 }\nbody{ font-size:16px; line-height:1.5; color:#999; background:transparent; }\n.wrapper{ overflow:hidden;word-break:break-all;padding:10px; }\nh1,h2{ font-weight:normal; line-height:1.35; margin-bottom:.6em; }\nh3,h4,h5,h6{ line-height:1.35; margin-bottom:1em; }\nh1{ font-size:24px; }\nh2{ font-size:20px; }\nh3{ font-size:18px; }\nh4{ font-size:16px; }\nh5{ font-size:14px; }\nh6{ font-size:12px; }\np,ul,ol,blockquote,dl,table{ margin:1.2em 0; }\nul,ol{ margin-left:2em; }\nul{ list-style:disc; }\nol{ list-style:decimal; }\nli,li p{ margin:10px 0;}\nimg{ max-width:100%;display:block;margin:0 auto 1em; }\nblockquote{ color:#B5B2B1; border-left:3px solid #aaa; padding:1em; }\nstrong,b{font-weight:bold;}\nem,i{font-style:italic;}\ntable{ width:100%;border-collapse:collapse;border-spacing:1px;margin:1em 0;font-size:.9em; }\nth,td{ padding:5px;text-align:left;border:1px solid #aaa; }\nth{ font-weight:bold;background:#5d5d5d; }\n.symbol-link{font-weight:bold;}\n/* header{ border-bottom:1px solid #494756; } */\n.title{ margin:0 0 8px;line-height:1.3;color:#ddd; }\n.meta {color:#5e5c6d;font-size:13px;margin:0 0 .5em; }\na{text-decoration:none; color:#2a4b87;}\n.meta .head { display: inline-block; overflow: hidden}\n.head .h-thumb { width: 30px; height: 30px; margin: 0; padding: 0; border-radius: 50%; float: left;}\n.head .h-content { margin: 0; padding: 0 0 0 9px; float: left;}\n.head .h-name {font-size: 13px; color: #eee; margin: 0;}\n.head .h-time {font-size: 11px; color: #7E829C; margin: 0;line-height: 11px;}\n.small {font-size: 12.5px; display: inline-block; transform: scale(0.9); -webkit-transform: scale(0.9); transform-origin: left; -webkit-transform-origin: left;}\n.smaller {font-size: 12.5px; display: inline-block; transform: scale(0.8); -webkit-transform: scale(0.8); transform-origin: left; -webkit-transform-origin: left;}\n.bt-text {font-size: 12px;margin: 1.5em 0 0 0}\n.bt-text p {margin: 0}\n</style>\n</head>\n<body>\n<div class=\"wrapper\">\n<header>\n<h2 class=\"title\">\nNIO Q1 2021 Earnings Report Preview: What to Look For\n</h2>\n\n<h4 class=\"meta\">\n\n\n2021-04-29 11:08 GMT+8 <a href=https://www.investopedia.com/nio-q1-2021-earnings-report-preview-5180991><strong>InvestoPedia</strong></a>\n\n\n</h4>\n\n</header>\n<article>\n<div>\n<p>Focus on NIO vehicle deliveries\nKEY TAKEAWAYS\n\nAnalysts estimate earnings per ADS of -0.72 yuan vs. -1.66 yuan in Q1 FY 2020.\nVehicle deliveries, already announced, rose dramatically YOY.\nRevenue is ...</p>\n\n<a href=\"https://www.investopedia.com/nio-q1-2021-earnings-report-preview-5180991\">Web Link</a>\n\n</div>\n\n\n</article>\n</div>\n</body>\n</html>\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"","relate_stocks":{"NIO":"蔚来"},"source_url":"https://www.investopedia.com/nio-q1-2021-earnings-report-preview-5180991","is_english":true,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"1183966356","content_text":"Focus on NIO vehicle deliveries\nKEY TAKEAWAYS\n\nAnalysts estimate earnings per ADS of -0.72 yuan vs. -1.66 yuan in Q1 FY 2020.\nVehicle deliveries, already announced, rose dramatically YOY.\nRevenue is expected to soar on expanding vehicle sales.\n\nNIO Inc. (NIO), like many other automakers, was forced to halt production this year due to the global semiconductor shortage. Semiconductor chips, widely used in smartphones, computers, and other electronic devices, are especially important to NIO, a maker of premium electric vehicles (EVs). NIO's production stoppage in late March had little impact on the company's record vehicle deliveries in Q1, but it could affect future production numbers.\nInvestors will focus on how these forces affect NIO's immediate results, as well as its financial outlook, when the company reports earnings on April 29, 2021 for Q1 FY 2021.Analysts are expecting the company's loss per American depositary share (ADS) to narrow significantly as revenue expands at a rapid pace.\nVehicle deliveries are another key metric investors watch in order to gauge the company's productive capacity. NIO already reported vehicle deliveries for the first quarter earlier this month, achieving a new quarterly record despite total deliveries coming in slightly below expectations.\nShares of NIO have dramatically outperformed the broader market over the past year. But after reaching all-time highs earlier this year, the stock has fallen considerably and has been trading mostly sideways since early March. NIO's shares have provided investors with an astronomic total return of 1,171.9% over the past year, well above the S&P 500's total return of 45.5%.\nSource: TradingView.\nNIO Earnings History\nThe stock, which had been gathering downward momentum after peaking around mid-February, plunged following NIO's Q4 FY 2020 earnings report released at the beginning of March. The company reported a much larger loss per ADS than analysts expected and revenue also missed estimates. However, NIO's loss narrowed considerably compared to the year-ago quarter and revenue was still up 133.2%.The company was optimistic about its performance, noting that its gross margin rose to 17.2% compared to negative 8.9% in the year-ago quarter.\nIn Q3 FY 2020, NIO posted a loss per ADS of 0.98 yuan ($0.15 as of the CNY/USD exchange rate on April 27, 2021).It was the smallest loss in at least 11 quarters. Revenue rose 146.4%, maintaining the pace of growth achieved in the second quarter.NIO said it delivered a record number of vehicles and saw improvements in its average selling price. The company also said that it was the second straight quarter of positive cash flow from operating activities.\nAnalysts expect continued improvement in NIO's financial results in Q1 FY 2021. Revenue is expected to rise 109.7%, a faster pace than in each of the last two years.\nSource: Visible Alpha; NIO Inc.\nThe Key Metric\nAs mentioned above, investors are also watching the number of vehicles NIO delivers each quarter. NIO generates some revenue from various services it provides, but the majority of revenue is derived from vehicle sales.Currently, the company makes deliveries of three types of vehicles: the ES8, the company's 6-seater and 7-seater flagship premium smart electric SUV; the ES6, the company’s 5-seater high-performance premium smart electric SUV; and the EC6, the company’s 5-seater premium electric coupe SUV.The number of vehicle deliveries provides an indication of the demand for NIO's vehicles as well as the company's ability to scale production.\nNIO has significantly ramped up its production over the past few years. However, NIO warned investors in early March that the global chip shortage is likely to cut its production capacity, at least in the second quarter.","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"NIO":0.9}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":406,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":373339094,"gmtCreate":1618820385118,"gmtModify":1704715323210,"author":{"id":"3573898635249611","authorId":"3573898635249611","name":"BabyBully","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/adfb10381e052e9870654bc972eb663e","crmLevel":11,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3573898635249611","authorIdStr":"3573898635249611"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"come give me a like plsss","listText":"come give me a like plsss","text":"come give me a like plsss","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":5,"commentSize":1,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/373339094","repostId":"2128525488","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":514,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9037344908,"gmtCreate":1648042510014,"gmtModify":1676534295964,"author":{"id":"3573898635249611","authorId":"3573898635249611","name":"BabyBully","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/adfb10381e052e9870654bc972eb663e","crmLevel":11,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3573898635249611","authorIdStr":"3573898635249611"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"<a href=\"https://ttm.financial/S/TIGR\">$Tiger Brokers(TIGR)$</a>Ox74 cfm come out and bark on a Tiger red day.
