Half year results just came out. The result was actually quite good, EBITDA almost breakeven, cashflow positive with $300m more cash on the book,order book also increased by $1,5B; but expectation were to high, many people are speculating on super good results (like even making profit like Keppel O&M) and make quick money, those short term speculators are selling now

So short term -30% risk and longterm minimal risk. - CONSIf merge happens, $.2 for a balanced deal between SCM and Keppel. $.2 was the price when the market speculated the merger last year. If the deal is slightly favourable towards SCM, $.25 or even higher easily! so upside is 50% or even 100%. - PROSSeems to be an easy buying decision comparing the pros and cons. No wonder money is pouring into this stock!

When they knew Chinese regulators wanted them not to go IPO, they innovated and fooled everyone. When they knew they were not qualified HK stock exchanges' rules, they fooled everyone again in Dec. Cannot wait to see how they are going to fool the retail investors again inMay. doing this 3 times in a roll? I felt pity about the management of this company initially, but now seriously doubting their integrity.
