[Miser]//@daz88888888:$Amazon.com(AMZN)$While every analyst with an Excel spreadsheet was demanding that they pay dividends, cloud czars Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) and Alphabet (NASDAQ:GOOGL) held firm. It’s a tech tradition like no other. Tech companies husband cash when times are good so they can keep growing when times are tough. The joke is, “Dividends mean we don’t have anything better to do with the shareholders’ money.”You can see it in Amazon’s first quarter report. Free cash flow was negative $18.1 billion for the 12 months ending in March. Yet Amazon had $15 billion in capital spending during the quarter. This was possible because it had over $66 billion in cash and marketable securities on it

[Cool]//@koolgal: In the current volatile market, TSMC's share price has been on a downward trajectory in the past year. Its current share price of 63.92 almost reaches its 52 week low of 62.32. While I am bearish on TSMC in the short term, I am bullish in the long term as its growth story is not over by a long shot. With the advent of 5G, Internet of Things, EVs, TSM will continue to grow exponentially in the future. At 50% discount from its peak, TSMC presents a very attractive buying opportunity. Thanks @MaverickTiger for your excellent insight on the effects of TSMC's 3Q Earnings and the semiconductor industry as a whole.
@MaverickWealthBuilder:TSMC's Q3 Earnings, should reflect the whole semiconductor industry?
