Dyson的计算机会议上相遇，之后三年约会并同居。分手后温布莱德事业更上一层楼，她和前NBA球星约翰·哈默联合成立了哈默-温布莱德投资公司。\n有传言盖茨和温布莱德的分手是出于盖茨母亲的阻拦，因为温布莱德年纪太大，不适于结婚。但是温布莱德曾公开表示，当她还是一个年轻的风投家时，玛丽盖茨给过她很好的建议，而且每次见到玛丽，温布莱德都会得到一封手写的感谢信。\n至于温布莱德有没有退出盖茨的感情世界，这至今都是个未解之谜。梅琳达与盖茨的婚姻里是有温布莱德的存在的，两个人婚前有一个私下协定，盖茨每年要求与温布莱德共度一周假期，梅琳达不得干涉，盖茨和温布莱德两个人也确实年年都在北卡罗来纳外滩岛的海边小屋度假。盖茨说，他虽然每年都要和温布莱德在一起呆一段时间，但是两人只是在一起谈论一些计算机上的问题而已。聪明的比尔盖茨用他的方式尽享齐人之福。\n坊间传闻，有一次，温布莱德因为插手盖茨基金会的事情和梅琳达起了冲突，让梅琳达万万没有想到的是，她的丈夫居然坚定地站在温布莱德那边。那一次，梅琳达终于忍无可忍，情绪失控，对着比尔·盖茨大声吼道：难道我还不够宽容吗？\n左林右狸频道无比想知道的是，盖茨和梅琳达的三个子女之前知道不知道温布莱德的存在，今天之后，肯定都是知道的，之前呢？不过，他们俩最小的女儿已经18岁了，已经到了面对世界美好和丑陋等诸多一切的年龄了。\n盖茨能成为世界首富，与他的前国家银行行长女儿的母亲颇有关联。诸多报道说是盖茨的母亲是IBM董事，说服IBM给了微软关于操作系统的第一笔订单，于是微软开始起步。其实这句话对了一半。盖茨的母亲玛丽·盖茨不是IBM董事，而是华盛顿大学的董事。华盛顿大学是美国排名前20的大学，倒不是因为在华盛顿DC得名，而是位于华盛顿州西雅图市。\n\n西雅图位于美国西海岸，临普吉特海湾，环华盛顿湖，往西雅图西边眺望,奥林匹克山雪峰历历在目,而东面远处,也是连绵不断的雪山, 东南部的 Rainier(雷里尔)雪山,则终年不化。空气清新，花木盎然，一年四季风景宜人。很多中国高科技企业的新贵在这里置地。譬如邢山虎和张云帆，还有那谁谁。\n如果要鸡蛋里挑骨头的话，那就是与阳光明媚的旧金山湾区相比，西雅图阴雨天稍微多了一些，这也是为什么微软雷德蒙园区里建筑走向七零八落但又有啥内在规律的原因所在，最大程度保证每个程序员的办公室都有一个大的落地窗，以最大程度的采光，以更好的享受每个阳光灿烂的日子。\n前述那句话对的一半是，成就微软最重要的一笔订单确实来自IBM，也是多亏了玛丽·盖茨的人际关系。玛丽也是全国联合道路慈善基金会理事会的首名女性主席（盖茨做慈善是有家学渊源的），IBM彼时的董事长约翰·欧佩尔也在这个协会。约翰任职期间推出了首部PC机IBM5150，当时正在找公司帮他们写操作系统。玛丽向约翰大力推荐了自己儿子的公司，有意思的是，当得知IBM需要操作系统而不是比尔盖茨和艾伦能做的通用软件时，比尔盖茨满口答应下来自己能做，这惊呆了一旁的艾伦。\nIBM只给了小半年的时间，盖茨这是给他和艾伦找了一个难题，他自己也被逼得痛苦无比。\n好消息是艾伦打听到了西雅图电脑产品公司一名叫做帕特森的程序员花了四年时间编写出了86-DOS系统，他们俩赶过去拜访了帕特森，花了5万美金从西雅图电脑买下了这款产品的全部版权，而且拒绝透露产品的用途。\n拿到系统之后盖茨告诉母亲，接下来半年可能都见不到他了，然后他就率领团队开始了疯狂加班，在半年时间内将86-DOS系统改造成了适配IBM电脑的MS-DOS系统。第二年三月，DOS系统通过了验收，微软公司从此成为IBM提供操作系统的唯一制造商。\n而且比尔盖茨还使了个小心眼，和IBM签订的是一个licence的协议，而且还不排他，最终微软推出的操作系统成为IBM电脑以及几乎所有PC的桌面操作系统。比尔盖茨够聪明的。\n二、颠覆者乔布斯\n比尔·盖茨出生于1955年，按照《异类》一书的说法，1955年出生的美国人成功概率大于其他年份，这一年出生的人在20岁的时候正好赶上电脑革命的浪潮，享受黎明的第一道曙光。这个年份出生的还有谷歌的前CEO埃里克·施密特，Sun公司的两位创始人安迪·贝拓尔斯海姆和维诺德·科斯拉也是这一年生人，以及乔布斯。\n\n微软和苹果，比尔盖茨和乔布斯，很长时间，这两家公司，这两个人都是美国乃至全球信息产业的绝代双骄。\n如果说比尔盖茨是含着金钥匙长大的超级聪明人，那么，自己由养父母养大的乔布斯是典型的草根天才，关于这两个人的比较，套用一个足球领域的比喻，那就是比尔盖茨是C罗，而乔布斯是梅西。\n在左林右狸频道看来，如果乔布斯不是追求极致，就没有微软啥事情了。\n众所周知，沃兹尼亚克在家酿俱乐部里看到能跑Basic的牛郎星决定组装出属于自己的个人电脑，他和乔布斯两个人很快在1976年4月在乔布斯家的车库共同创立了苹果公司，1977年第一届西海岸电脑交易会上，苹果公司推出个人电脑历史上的划时代的苹果II型机，大获成功，四年后1980年苹果公司上市，一下子成为那个时代的超级新贵。\n可以说IBM的个人电脑项目部分程度上也受到了苹果II的刺激，这才有了微软逆袭的故事。\n这个时候的微软不仅给IBM开发软件，也给苹果干活。1982年，苹果一年的销售收入已经10亿美元，而微软只有3200万美元，差得有些大。转折点发生在1983年。\n因为1983年1月追求极致的乔布斯推迟了苹果麦克金什电脑的发布整整一年，1983年11月，微软得以在与苹果合作期结束后迅速转过去向IBM提供图形界面的操作系统，由此让苹果和IBM之间的天平倒向IBM。\nIBM苹果鹬蚌相争，微软得利，聪明不过比尔盖茨。\n即便有致敬1984这样的神操作，但在强大的IBM攻势面前乔布斯也无法挽回苹果电脑的败局。\n而与此同时，微软进入快速上升通道。\n对应的1985年乔布斯被赶出苹果，而一年后的1986年微软上市。\n到了2006年乔布斯推出第一代iPhone的时候，比尔·盖茨则宣布退休。两个人一起用自己的方式引领并最终终结了整个PC（互联网）时代。\n两个人其间也有很多交往，比如乔布斯长期坚称微软抄袭了苹果关于图形界面系统的创意，苹果从上个世纪80年代起就不停发起对微软诉讼。乔布斯第二次创业的NeXT公司因为没有跟盖茨谈拢，得不到微软开发的软件支持而失败。回归苹果后乔布斯用苹果放弃诉讼的权利取得了微软对苹果麦金塔电脑的支持，而且还要盖茨购买1.5亿美元无投票权的苹果股票以示支持。\n要论乔布斯和盖茨谁对信息产业的贡献更大，这是个见仁见智的问题，但是要论行业开创性的影响，毫无疑问乔布斯更多一些。沃兹尼亚克设计出了苹果 II上非凡的电路板和相关操作软件，乔布斯将其整合为了一台完美的个人电脑。苹果II推动了整个产业的变革，从此计算机进入了家庭时代。\n创办NeXT，收购制图小组（后改名为皮克斯），乔布斯本来是想在电脑3D图像技术上大展拳脚，却在无心插柳之中成就了将3D电脑绘图用于电影制作的伟大变革，给动画产业注入了新的活力。乔布斯算不上3D动画长片的主导者，这次颠覆式创新顶多给他记上半分。\n重新回到苹果的乔布斯才是真正走到了能够大展拳脚的新路口。他卓越的想象力、无与伦比的营销手段、与非凡的领导力结合起来，在全球刮起了一阵苹果旋风。在麦金塔电脑卖出2000万台后，苹果推出了iTunes音乐商店和iPod数字音乐播放器，通过卓越的使用体验逆转了音乐界的盗版之风。直到2006年，乔布斯推出最为人称颂的作品iPhone，将多点触控屏和虚拟键盘推向大众，造就了一台强大的运算设备、网络客户终端、以及加强版的iPod。iPhone把乔布斯送上了神坛，说一句乔布斯一手撕开了移动互联网时代的大幕真不为过。\n三、科技领袖的超级豪宅\n硅谷的游学项目里总是有这么一条，就是参观乔布斯的故居，特别是国庆期间的团，本身能赶上乔布斯的忌日（10月4日），乔布斯故居位于losalto的Crist Drive 2066号，是乔布斯14岁开始住的地方，这套房子乔布斯的养母还在那里住。2013年10月28日，该房子被市政委员会认定为历史遗迹，而该市的市政委员会的主席据说是Google的创始人之一的老婆，选其当主席到位好处是一旦市政建设有缺口或公益项目推动总有人挺身而出。\n不过，万圣节到乔布斯在Paloalto房子游玩才是正解。硅谷的万圣节大操大办的传统正是从乔布斯开始形成的，据说乔布斯本人也会藏在自己家拜访的稻草人、南瓜、骷髅、蜘蛛网后，突然跳出来吓前来讨糖的小朋友一跳。\n\n乔布斯的这处房子位于paloalto Waverley street 街区，本身也是硅谷的高档社区之一，同一条街的100号住的是Google的创始人的拉里佩奇，这世界不大。这个片区还活跃着一位与中国互联网关系颇深的女性中介，BAT级别高管某Martin的姐姐。\n有目击者说，时常能看到乔布斯穿着高领黑色毛衣光着脚打理花园。\n在90年代中期搬来Paloalto前，乔布斯住在woodside的一栋有百年历史的拉丁风格的老房子，住了有十年的样子，直到他的老婆劳伦鲍威尔有孕。乔布斯很喜欢woodside，他在这里不止一套房子。公共记录显示，鲍威尔·乔布斯在woodside拥有两处房产，分别价值750万美元和1000万美元。Woodside顾名思义在林边，与硅谷也只隔着一条沙丘街，乔布斯在Woodside的邻居是Oracle的老板埃里克森，有个段子讲得是1986年，乔布斯被赶出苹果后落寞的那一年，埃里克森有天在他Woodside的家里睡觉，一只闯进院子的孔雀吵醒了它，埃里克森得知孔雀是邻居乔布斯养的，于是跑过去抱怨，乔布斯说，哈，你也不喜欢这只鸟啊。孔雀是我女朋友送的，我得想办法弄掉它。两个人哈哈一笑，相互成了朋友，并经常约着一起散步。乔布斯和埃里克森都很喜欢日本禅宗，埃里克森的豪奢日式庄园造价高达2亿美元，一直是硅谷乃至全球科技豪宅的头牌，埃里克森在Atherton的房子同样是日式园林。\n卫哲和丁磊在林边也有大房子，这蛮符合他们的调性。中国科技富豪们在硅谷置地是个有趣的话题，我们容后再八。\n有报道说乔布斯也在Cupertino有过住处，这并非事实，乔布斯在Cupertino读的中学，也正因为此，他们才从moutainview搬到losalto南边临Cupertino的地方。乔布斯生前最后的作品今天硅谷超级网红打卡地标------苹果宇宙飞船总部离乔布斯的中学走路可至。\n\n盖茨的西雅图豪宅世外桃源2.0同样称得上传世之作，该豪宅位于华盛顿湖东部岸边的麦迪娜半岛，这是一个三面环水的半岛，邻居就是贝索斯，以及微软的一众高管们。麦迪娜半岛上有美国最小的市，和全美颜值最高的女警巡逻队，据说是为岛上这些顶级富豪而专设的，为什么要要求女警颜值，是怕巡逻时吓坏孩子。\n超级大公司高管比邻而居似乎是常态，硅谷的losalto hill因为孙正义和杨致远在那里有房子，所以Jack马也在那里买，因为Jack马，一票阿里高管也在losalto hill挨着马爸爸买，一位阿里的高管说得好，挨着老板住，时不时串个门，得到的信息差，获得的资源比房子值钱多了。更何况，阿里上市后套现回来的美元又不回来，买房子理财是个不错的选择。\n在深圳的顶级豪宅区波特菲诺也因为另外一个马爸爸在这里栖居所以聚集足够多腾讯高管而一直卓尔不群，同样的是临湖而建，同样是闹中取静，同样是宁静致远，正是物以类聚，人以群居。\n回来八盖茨的豪宅世外桃源2.0，占地6.6万平方英亩，建造时整个山头被挖去了一半，盖茨为此花费了9700万美元，光是会客大厅就有214平米。宠物也是与众不同，屋里养着一条濒危保护动物鲸鲨。\n\n这所豪宅里有一间圆顶型私人图书馆，屋顶中间有一个接收自然光线的天窗，里面保存了比尔盖茨购买的一些传世宝物和名家珍品，包括希区柯克电影《惊魂记》的剧本手稿和拿破仑写给约瑟芬的情书，还有达芬奇一份具有预言科学理论的《莱斯特手稿》，是他在1994年以2080万美元的价格从佳士得买下的。比尔盖茨把这幅手稿制作成VCD，以每张50美元的价格大赚了一笔。聪明莫过盖茨。\n比尔盖茨家的房子是可以参观的，每次3.5万美金，虽然价格昂贵，但还是很多人趋之若鹜。\n这所豪宅最值得一提的特点是招待过很多名人。2006年胡主席访美的时候，白天参观过微软公司总部，当天晚上出席了盖茨家里举办的晚宴。也就是在这次晚宴上，出现了后来让中国国产软件业者为之唏嘘的关于盗版话题比尔盖茨和胡一问一答的名场面。\n这次晚宴后显性事实是微软公司拿下了联想的12亿美元大单，从此之后联想电脑都要预装正版Windows系统。隐性事实是，中国的政府关于软件的采购计划就此转向，刚刚兴起的国产办公软件替代计划就此搁浅，更别提本土操作系统的纵深，比尔·盖茨这一顿晚宴，改变了中国信息产业至少十年的走向。\n这次晚宴最受伤的是一个叫倪光南的老人，而这次晚宴利益关联人Mrlu之后则一路扶摇直上。但十年后的2015年，又一次国家领导人访问西雅图，同样的一幕并没有发生，相反，十年前的两位旧人心境和命运都由此逆转。这段故事，有兴趣的读者可以到我们的知识星球里进行讨论。\n四、盖茨和乔布斯的中国门徒\n比尔·盖茨与中国的恩怨情仇，远不止此。清华和北大，中国的这两所最高学府，也为比尔盖茨打过一次口水仗。口水仗的主角是1998年成立的微软的中国研究院（后升级为亚洲研究院），辩题是到底是因为北大还是清华，成就了这中国科技史上最成功的研究院。\n北大的支持者认为，比尔盖茨1994年第一次访问中国，在三天的连环行程里，只参观了北大。但清华的拥趸认为，在1997年的圣诞节前夕，比尔·盖茨再一次来中国访问，这一次，他拜访了中国的另一所名校清华，并在清华做了一次演讲，按照清华大学计算机系原党委书记杨士强的回忆，当时向比尔·盖茨提问的学生叫清华计算机系1994年入学的李凌，被王小川称为偶像师兄的存在，清华的学生团支书、特等奖得主、系科协主席、全球数学建模大赛第一名等一系列荣誉加持者。\n按照清华乐见其成的说法，比尔·盖茨也被清华学生的热情鼓舞，回去就改变了之前定下的去印度的计划，来年在北京设立了微软中国研究院，这话没毛病，但确实也有可能是当年北大之行播下的种子，谁知道呢？反正对比尔盖茨来说，北大学生也罢，清华学生也罢，都是微软盘中的菜。\n因为写作《中国人工智能简史》的的关系，我们接触有三位数的微软亚研成员，这些微软亚研的人都很感激比尔盖茨。\n乔布斯没有来过中国，但这不影响他在中国有着诸多的门徒。中国国产手机的老板们有一半自比乔布斯，小米的雷军甚至被戏称为雷布斯，一直对手机念念不忘的周鸿祎也不止一次和我们讨论他本人与乔布斯的异同；魅族的黄章和锤子的罗永浩也虽然没有乔布斯的命，但得了乔布斯的病。智能硬件业界，同样有诸多乔布斯的超级拥趸，优必选的周剑、华米的黄汪以及他的前同行土曼汪伟都在此列，其实大疆的汪滔也是乔布斯的信徒，不过对于乔布斯门徒汪滔至少算半个，当年红杉的全球合伙人莫里茨看到大疆无人机后感叹这和他当年看到麦可金什电脑一样震撼，由此，莫里茨亲自跑到中国来见汪滔表示要投大疆。红杉是苹果的投资人，莫里茨也与乔布斯交往甚多，也帮乔布斯写过书，算乔布斯的身边人。\n如果把领域不限于手机和智能硬件，我们知道的乔布斯的中国门徒还有Tap4fun的杨祥吉和喜茶的聂云宸。\nTap4fun是手游“银河帝国”的开发者，这个游戏因为在2013年超越“愤怒的小鸟”登上App Store美国区收入榜第一名而闻名。创始人杨祥吉说他自己创业都是源于乔布斯在iPhone发布时的一句话：“iPhone is everything to everyone.”\n这家公司的产品和市场战略也朝着苹果看齐，比如说他们坚持要做“Insanely Great Games”的梦想，就是朝着乔布斯“Keep putting great products”的名言看齐，而且还只制作iOS游戏，专注海外市场。Tap4fun办公室门外挂着五个人的巨幅黑白照，马丁·路德·金、约翰·列侬、爱因斯坦、穆罕默德·阿里在两旁，乔布斯在最中央。\n喜茶的创始人聂云宸更是时时以乔布斯为榜样。他在读书期间就是忠诚果粉，iPad刚发布还没进入中国时，有媒体要举办“iPad漂流会”的活动，邀请读者试玩从海外买回来的iPad，聂云宸就是第一批去的人。他还做过一段时间的科技编辑，报道各种各样的苹果产品。喜茶从创业伊始就处处产品优先，原材料全部采用真奶真茶，现在为了追求茶底的口感，要自建茶园，培育新茶树。\n聂云宸追随了产品至上的乔布斯原则，也追随了乔布斯在管理上的独断专行。最近两年喜茶快速扩张，给运营流程管理上带来较大压力，为了引进新的职业经理人，聂云宸果断赶走了几位主管业务和支持部门的VP级高管，他们也是从最早期就跟随创业的老员工。在此安利一下我们研究喜茶案例的文章，欢迎各位邻里阅读指教。\n\n讲一个乔布斯门徒的段子，故事的两位主角也是上文门徒段落里点到的名的大佬，为避讳以代称。话说某年乔布斯家门口出现一处房子（一说是空地），与乔布斯做邻居的诱惑还是蛮大的，但这处房子不便宜，要价1000万美金，Y的老婆看中，在线和Y商量咋报价，Y说，咱报900万美金，第一他查过，这样级别的房子在美国没有什么人抢，第二，这房子自己也住不了几天。于是Y老婆报价900美金，但中介说，对不起，这房子被另外一位中国人加价买走了，Y老婆一问，是他老公的一生之敌L买走了。L之所以加价买倒不是因为L，而是觉得是好东西贵点也无妨。这个故事真假难辨，但蛮符合两位当事人的人设的。\n不得不说，乔布斯的号召力真心大。\n有的人活着，但他其实已经行尸走肉，有的人死了，但他永存人心间，后者说的是乔布斯这样的人。\n五、人民怀念乔布斯\n盖茨当然也有聪明反被聪明误的时候，在Tiktok花落谁家的争夺战里，微软作为大热出局，就是这样的时刻。\n说起来张一鸣跟盖茨还见过一面，2015年9月国家领导人对美国进行首次国事访问，张一鸣是随团的企业代表之一。在此期间西雅图举办的第八届中美互联网论坛后的饭局上，张一鸣坐在盖茨旁边，还激动地发了一个微博，“没敢问手机等产品问题，和BillGates聊了操作系统的未来”。\n\n字节甚至通过盖茨的基金会进行捐款，这某种意义上是投名状来着。但后续的一连串的事情，完全失控，这个故事很长，哪天有时间我们单八。\n但对比尔盖茨来说，最大的bug是这次被梅琳达提出离婚。\n我们的观点是，比尔盖茨和乔布斯的江湖地位是交错领先的，第一个十年是乔布斯一骑绝尘的十年，第二个是比尔盖茨渐领风骚而乔布斯不断找北的十年，第三个十年比尔盖茨继续站高，而乔布斯开始站住，但此时PC互联网基本走到头，在第四个十年开启的2006年，乔布斯本来有超级逆转的机会，也的确引领了至今的十五年的产业创新。\n2012年，苹果市值超过微软，但此时，不论苹果还是微软，其实都与两位创始人关系不大。乔布斯更是在一年前长辞人间，比尔盖茨则聪明的选择去做了慈善。\n乔布斯生前接受采访点评过盖茨：他没有想象力，所以去做慈善。暗讽对手的同时也对盖茨的做法表示羡慕。\n这好比牌局，乔布斯虽然领先，但已经Allin，比尔盖茨却还有一张超级王牌没有出，想不到的是，因为梅琳达的离婚，这张牌虽然还是很大，但很难说是王牌。毕竟，两个人虽然离婚，但基金会还是两个人的，以往梅琳达为了维护婚姻在基金会上话语权不会那么强，但如今却不好说，特别是女权如此盛行的当下，盖茨至少会失去一半甚至更多的对基金会的控制权。\n聪明不过盖茨，但聪明的人只能赢得当下，有想象力的人才能引领未来。所以，我们总是羡慕比尔盖茨，但时常怀念乔布斯。","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":2718,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0}],"hots":[{"id":472564847362696,"gmtCreate":1756407970596,"gmtModify":1756407972937,"author":{"id":"3577099045897802","authorId":"3577099045897802","name":"知了2010","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/94af26710b772ae5fc6be0ee324fa309","crmLevel":12,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3577099045897802","idStr":"3577099045897802"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"<a hill挨着马爸爸买，一位阿里的高管说得好，挨着老板住，时不时串个门，得到的信息差，获得的资源比房子值钱多了。更何况，阿里上市后套现回来的美元又不回来，买房子理财是个不错的选择。\n在深圳的顶级豪宅区波特菲诺也因为另外一个马爸爸在这里栖居所以聚集足够多腾讯高管而一直卓尔不群，同样的是临湖而建，同样是闹中取静，同样是宁静致远，正是物以类聚，人以群居。\n回来八盖茨的豪宅世外桃源2.0，占地6.6万平方英亩，建造时整个山头被挖去了一半，盖茨为此花费了9700万美元，光是会客大厅就有214平米。宠物也是与众不同，屋里养着一条濒危保护动物鲸鲨。\n\n这所豪宅里有一间圆顶型私人图书馆，屋顶中间有一个接收自然光线的天窗，里面保存了比尔盖茨购买的一些传世宝物和名家珍品，包括希区柯克电影《惊魂记》的剧本手稿和拿破仑写给约瑟芬的情书，还有达芬奇一份具有预言科学理论的《莱斯特手稿》，是他在1994年以2080万美元的价格从佳士得买下的。比尔盖茨把这幅手稿制作成VCD，以每张50美元的价格大赚了一笔。聪明莫过盖茨。\n比尔盖茨家的房子是可以参观的，每次3.5万美金，虽然价格昂贵，但还是很多人趋之若鹜。\n这所豪宅最值得一提的特点是招待过很多名人。2006年胡主席访美的时候，白天参观过微软公司总部，当天晚上出席了盖茨家里举办的晚宴。也就是在这次晚宴上，出现了后来让中国国产软件业者为之唏嘘的关于盗版话题比尔盖茨和胡一问一答的名场面。\n这次晚宴后显性事实是微软公司拿下了联想的12亿美元大单，从此之后联想电脑都要预装正版Windows系统。隐性事实是，中国的政府关于软件的采购计划就此转向，刚刚兴起的国产办公软件替代计划就此搁浅，更别提本土操作系统的纵深，比尔·盖茨这一顿晚宴，改变了中国信息产业至少十年的走向。\n这次晚宴最受伤的是一个叫倪光南的老人，而这次晚宴利益关联人Mrlu之后则一路扶摇直上。但十年后的2015年，又一次国家领导人访问西雅图，同样的一幕并没有发生，相反，十年前的两位旧人心境和命运都由此逆转。这段故事，有兴趣的读者可以到我们的知识星球里进行讨论。\n四、盖茨和乔布斯的中国门徒\n比尔·盖茨与中国的恩怨情仇，远不止此。清华和北大，中国的这两所最高学府，也为比尔盖茨打过一次口水仗。口水仗的主角是1998年成立的微软的中国研究院（后升级为亚洲研究院），辩题是到底是因为北大还是清华，成就了这中国科技史上最成功的研究院。\n北大的支持者认为，比尔盖茨1994年第一次访问中国，在三天的连环行程里，只参观了北大。但清华的拥趸认为，在1997年的圣诞节前夕，比尔·盖茨再一次来中国访问，这一次，他拜访了中国的另一所名校清华，并在清华做了一次演讲，按照清华大学计算机系原党委书记杨士强的回忆，当时向比尔·盖茨提问的学生叫清华计算机系1994年入学的李凌，被王小川称为偶像师兄的存在，清华的学生团支书、特等奖得主、系科协主席、全球数学建模大赛第一名等一系列荣誉加持者。\n按照清华乐见其成的说法，比尔·盖茨也被清华学生的热情鼓舞，回去就改变了之前定下的去印度的计划，来年在北京设立了微软中国研究院，这话没毛病，但确实也有可能是当年北大之行播下的种子，谁知道呢？反正对比尔盖茨来说，北大学生也罢，清华学生也罢，都是微软盘中的菜。\n因为写作《中国人工智能简史》的的关系，我们接触有三位数的微软亚研成员，这些微软亚研的人都很感激比尔盖茨。\n乔布斯没有来过中国，但这不影响他在中国有着诸多的门徒。中国国产手机的老板们有一半自比乔布斯，小米的雷军甚至被戏称为雷布斯，一直对手机念念不忘的周鸿祎也不止一次和我们讨论他本人与乔布斯的异同；魅族的黄章和锤子的罗永浩也虽然没有乔布斯的命，但得了乔布斯的病。智能硬件业界，同样有诸多乔布斯的超级拥趸，优必选的周剑、华米的黄汪以及他的前同行土曼汪伟都在此列，其实大疆的汪滔也是乔布斯的信徒，不过对于乔布斯门徒汪滔至少算半个，当年红杉的全球合伙人莫里茨看到大疆无人机后感叹这和他当年看到麦可金什电脑一样震撼，由此，莫里茨亲自跑到中国来见汪滔表示要投大疆。红杉是苹果的投资人，莫里茨也与乔布斯交往甚多，也帮乔布斯写过书，算乔布斯的身边人。\n如果把领域不限于手机和智能硬件，我们知道的乔布斯的中国门徒还有Tap4fun的杨祥吉和喜茶的聂云宸。\nTap4fun是手游“银河帝国”的开发者，这个游戏因为在2013年超越“愤怒的小鸟”登上App Store美国区收入榜第一名而闻名。创始人杨祥吉说他自己创业都是源于乔布斯在iPhone发布时的一句话：“iPhone is everything to everyone.”\n这家公司的产品和市场战略也朝着苹果看齐，比如说他们坚持要做“Insanely Great Games”的梦想，就是朝着乔布斯“Keep putting great products”的名言看齐，而且还只制作iOS游戏，专注海外市场。Tap4fun办公室门外挂着五个人的巨幅黑白照，马丁·路德·金、约翰·列侬、爱因斯坦、穆罕默德·阿里在两旁，乔布斯在最中央。\n喜茶的创始人聂云宸更是时时以乔布斯为榜样。他在读书期间就是忠诚果粉，iPad刚发布还没进入中国时，有媒体要举办“iPad漂流会”的活动，邀请读者试玩从海外买回来的iPad，聂云宸就是第一批去的人。他还做过一段时间的科技编辑，报道各种各样的苹果产品。喜茶从创业伊始就处处产品优先，原材料全部采用真奶真茶，现在为了追求茶底的口感，要自建茶园，培育新茶树。\n聂云宸追随了产品至上的乔布斯原则，也追随了乔布斯在管理上的独断专行。最近两年喜茶快速扩张，给运营流程管理上带来较大压力，为了引进新的职业经理人，聂云宸果断赶走了几位主管业务和支持部门的VP级高管，他们也是从最早期就跟随创业的老员工。在此安利一下我们研究喜茶案例的文章，欢迎各位邻里阅读指教。\n\n讲一个乔布斯门徒的段子，故事的两位主角也是上文门徒段落里点到的名的大佬，为避讳以代称。话说某年乔布斯家门口出现一处房子（一说是空地），与乔布斯做邻居的诱惑还是蛮大的，但这处房子不便宜，要价1000万美金，Y的老婆看中，在线和Y商量咋报价，Y说，咱报900万美金，第一他查过，这样级别的房子在美国没有什么人抢，第二，这房子自己也住不了几天。于是Y老婆报价900美金，但中介说，对不起，这房子被另外一位中国人加价买走了，Y老婆一问，是他老公的一生之敌L买走了。L之所以加价买倒不是因为L，而是觉得是好东西贵点也无妨。这个故事真假难辨，但蛮符合两位当事人的人设的。\n不得不说，乔布斯的号召力真心大。\n有的人活着，但他其实已经行尸走肉，有的人死了，但他永存人心间，后者说的是乔布斯这样的人。\n五、人民怀念乔布斯\n盖茨当然也有聪明反被聪明误的时候，在Tiktok花落谁家的争夺战里，微软作为大热出局，就是这样的时刻。\n说起来张一鸣跟盖茨还见过一面，2015年9月国家领导人对美国进行首次国事访问，张一鸣是随团的企业代表之一。在此期间西雅图举办的第八届中美互联网论坛后的饭局上，张一鸣坐在盖茨旁边，还激动地发了一个微博，“没敢问手机等产品问题，和BillGates聊了操作系统的未来”。\n\n字节甚至通过盖茨的基金会进行捐款，这某种意义上是投名状来着。但后续的一连串的事情，完全失控，这个故事很长，哪天有时间我们单八。\n但对比尔盖茨来说，最大的bug是这次被梅琳达提出离婚。\n我们的观点是，比尔盖茨和乔布斯的江湖地位是交错领先的，第一个十年是乔布斯一骑绝尘的十年，第二个是比尔盖茨渐领风骚而乔布斯不断找北的十年，第三个十年比尔盖茨继续站高，而乔布斯开始站住，但此时PC互联网基本走到头，在第四个十年开启的2006年，乔布斯本来有超级逆转的机会，也的确引领了至今的十五年的产业创新。\n2012年，苹果市值超过微软，但此时，不论苹果还是微软，其实都与两位创始人关系不大。乔布斯更是在一年前长辞人间，比尔盖茨则聪明的选择去做了慈善。\n乔布斯生前接受采访点评过盖茨：他没有想象力，所以去做慈善。暗讽对手的同时也对盖茨的做法表示羡慕。\n这好比牌局，乔布斯虽然领先，但已经Allin，比尔盖茨却还有一张超级王牌没有出，想不到的是，因为梅琳达的离婚，这张牌虽然还是很大，但很难说是王牌。毕竟，两个人虽然离婚，但基金会还是两个人的，以往梅琳达为了维护婚姻在基金会上话语权不会那么强，但如今却不好说，特别是女权如此盛行的当下，盖茨至少会失去一半甚至更多的对基金会的控制权。\n聪明不过盖茨，但聪明的人只能赢得当下，有想象力的人才能引领未来。所以，我们总是羡慕比尔盖茨，但时常怀念乔布斯。","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":2718,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0}],"lives":[]}
