of information","content":"

Welcome to this weekâs edition of stock market highlights where we bring you snippets of information from news events and corporate announcements.

Singapore REITs crash

The Singapore REIT (S-REIT) sector has been under pressure this year due to a combination of high inflation and rising interest rates.

The US Federal Reserve recently raised its benchmark policy rate by 0.75 percentage points, the third consecutive round of increases of this magnitude.

The US policy rate now stands in the range of between 3% and 3.25%, and Federal Reserve chairman Jerome Powell has reiterated the central bankâs tough stance of raising rates further to quell inflation and bring it back to 2%.

As a result of this hawkish tone, many REITs have plunged to their 52-week lows.

Data centre REIT Keppel DC REIT(SGX: AJBU) hit a year-low of S$1.64, down 33.6%.

REITs with foreign properties, such as Elite Commercial REIT(SGX: MXNU) and Prime US REIT(SGX: OXMU) have also plunged by 40.5% and 31.3%, respectively, to their 52-week lows.

Even REITs with strong sponsors such as Mapletree Logistics Trust(SGX: M44U), or MLT, and Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust(SGX: BUOU), or FLCT, were not spared.

MLT has fallen by 19% year to date while FLCT has slid by 21% over the same period.

And there could be more pain to come for the sector as expectations are for further rate hikes.

Investors should focus on tenant quality and diversification and also keep an eye on the REIâs cost of debt to see if distribution per unit could be adversely impacted.

New property cooling measures

The Singapore government surprised the market by releasing a new set of property cooling measures close to midnight on 30 September.

The last round of cooling measures was introduced just nine months ago in December to this weekâs edition of stock market highlights where we bring you snippets of information from news events and corporate announcements.Singapore REITs crashThe Singapore REIT (S-REIT) sector has been under pressure this year due to a combination of high inflation and rising interest rates. The US Federal Reserve recently raised its benchmark policy rate by 0.75 percentage points, the third consecutive round of increases of this magnitude. The US policy rate now stands in the range of between 3% and 3.25%, and Federal Reserve chairman Jerome Powell has reiterated the central bankâs tough stance of raising rates further to quell inflation and bring it back to 2%.As a result of this hawkish tone, many REITs have plunged to their 52-week lows.Data centre REIT Keppel DC REIT(SGX: AJBU) hit a year-low of S$1.64, down 33.6%.REITs with foreign properties, such as Elite Commercial REIT(SGX: MXNU) and Prime US REIT(SGX: OXMU) have also plunged by 40.5% and 31.3%, respectively, to their 52-week lows.Even REITs with strong sponsors such as Mapletree Logistics Trust(SGX: M44U), or MLT, and Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust(SGX: BUOU), or FLCT, were not spared.MLT has fallen by 19% year to date while FLCT has slid by 21% over the same period. And there could be more pain to come for the sector as expectations are for further rate hikes.Investors should focus on tenant quality and diversification and also keep an eye on the REIâs cost of debt to see if distribution per unit could be adversely impacted.New property cooling measuresThe Singapore government surprised the market by releasing a new set of property cooling measures close to midnight on 30 September. The last round of cooling measures was introduced just nine months ago in December 2021.Earlier in September, the Straits Times reported that HDB resale prices had risen for the 26thstraight month in August, with a total of 33 million-dollar flats sold. This news probably alluded to the bullishness in the property market at a time when interest rates were rising sharply. For the latest measures, the loan-to-value (LTV) limit for HDB loans was lowered from the current 85% to 80%.Also, with interest rates rising rapidly, the government is concerned that borrowers may see their repayment ability affected.Hence, the medium-term interest rate floor used to compute the total debt-servicing ratio (TDSR) and mortgage servicing ratio will be raised by 0.5 percentage points. For residential properties, the assumed interest rate is now 4% (up from 3.5%) while non-residential properties will use 5% now, up from 4.5% previously. For HDB flats, a new floor rate of 3% will be used for computing the eligible loan amount to prevent borrowers from overstretching. However, the actual interest rates charged on mortgages will still be determined by private financial institutions such as local banks and finance companies. These measures will reduce the maximum amount that can be borrowed from HDB.To tackle the sustained demand for HDB resale flats, the government will impose a 15-month wait-out period for private homeowners before they can purchase an HDB resale flat. The announcement did mention that this is a temporary move to reduce hot demand for resale flats that will be reviewed in future.Grab Holdings (NASDAQ: GRAB)Grab recently held its inaugural Investor Day where management clearly outlined its growth initiatives and objectives for attaining profitability.Chief Operating Officer Alex Hungate detailed three focus areas for the company. The first is to solidify its leadership position by working closely with consumers and partners, the second is to build an efficient platform, and the last is to develop financial services capabilities to serve its customer base. There are several strategic initiatives tied to the above, including growing GrabUnlimited subscriptions, pushing on with its Groceries strategy, and tapping on partnerships to build its ecosystem.Grab has partnered with Coca-Cola(NYSE: KO) to unlock fresh growth opportunities and also collaborated with Starbucks(NASDAQ: SBUX) in six markets within Southeast Asia across multiple services. The aim is to eventually port over all merchantsâ marketing onto a unified platform that includes advertisements.Meanwhile, Grabâsdigital bank initiative is expected to break even in 2026.Grab, along with partner Singtel(SGX: Z74), launched GXS Bank earlier last month along with its first saving product. The company plans to launch its digital bank in Malaysia and Indonesia in 2023, with losses expected to peak next year.Taken together, Grab expects to chalk up 45% to 55% year on year revenue growth for 2023 and achieve breakeven at the EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation) level These 3 Are Great Buys","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=2226652534","media":"Motley Fool","summary":"Tech stocks' drop this year drove many investors from the space. Now could be the time to get back in.","content":"

The tech sector has left a bad taste in the mouths of investors over the past six months as a 13-year-long bull run came to an unceremonious end. The market began rotating out of previously high-flying tech stocks into more defensive consumer-oriented ones, causing the tech-heavy Nasdaq-100 to lose more than 20% of its value -- official bear market territory.

Since that low point a month ago, the index has rallied again, rising almost 12%. It hasn't reached the levels it started the year at, but investors seem comfortable buying cheap tech stocks again. For those ready to get their feet wet again, these three tech stocks are great buys.

1. Fastly

Ever since last summer's internet outage, edge cloud-services provider Fastly ( FSLY ) has been on one long, sometimes dramatic, decline. Shares of the content delivery network (CDN) are down 75% from their highs as growth has slowed and losses persist.

Yet like the tech index itself, Fastly has bounced off its lows and is 40% above last month's nadir. There's good reason to believe it can continue growing from here on out.

Fastly ended 2021 on a high note, growing revenue beyond guidance to $97.7 million. This came as its dollar-based net expansion rate, or how much more money the same group of customers from last year is spending on the platform this year, increased to 121% in the fourth quarter versus a 118% increase in the third. And the number of customers grew 34% to over 2,800 as the number of enterprise-level customers jumped 37% year over year.

Because more businesses continue to move increasing amounts of data online and into the cloud, it will be Fastly they turn to access content quickly and securely. Particularly with the advent of the metaverse -- the virtual world being created where people, companies, and brands can interact with one another -- Fastly ought to be able to capitalize on the need for enhanced computing power to design, build, and operate those virtual worlds. This could explain why analysts estimate the company will grow 30% annually for the next five years.

2. Shopify

The drop in price e-commerce platform provider Shopify ( SHOP ) has suffered since November seems to be short-sighted. While the market transitioned out of previous high-flying names, particularly those like Shopify that benefited from the lockdown portion of the pandemic. We saw people flock to the internet to start their own online businesses during that time, but contrary to expectations, the market opportunity is still there. Growth may be slightly slower than the meteoric pace previously set, but it's still meaningfully above its pre-pandemic level.

Fourth-quarter revenue north of $1.3 billion was 41% greater than the prior year and was 173% more than it reported in 2019 when revenue grew to $505 million, a 47% year-over-year increase. Yet the stock is priced now as though all the growth and improvements to its business over the last two years never happened.

As the premier provider of tools for entrepreneurs and larger, more established businesses, Shopify is pivoting to assert more control over its operations by becoming a vertically integrated, one-stop shop. It launched Shopify Balance, a merchant money management account; Shopify Capital, a small business loan boutique; Shopify Plus, a fully hosted, enterprise e-commerce platform for fast-growing brands; and non-fungible tokens, or NFTs, will soon be available to help businesses and brands better connect with customers.

One of the effects of the pandemic was it not only gave people the incentive to strike out on their own, but it cemented in the minds of consumers how critical e-commerce is to their lives. Shopify will benefit from both forces moving forward.

3. Twitter

I have a confession to make: I dislike Twitter ( TWTR ). Not the stock, per se, but the platform, which has evolved over time to provide heat, but little light on social discourse. But I'm hopeful effective change can be made that allows the short-form message platform to return to its more youthful promise and can grow meaningful revenue and profits.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk buying a massive $2.8 billion stake to become the company's largest shareholder, and then being appointed to Twitter's board of directors (which he then ultimately decided against doing) is one of the catalysts for change, one which the market liked as well. Twitter's stock rocketed 30% higher on the news, though it's still down from its 52-week high.

Still, Musk is only one person and it's the business underneath that remains key to recovery. Fourth-quarter revenue grew 22% year over year as monetizable daily active users (mDAU) rose 13% year over year to 217 million. It added 1 million DAU in the U.S. and 5 million internationally last quarter. That's key because Twitter's business model, which is online advertising, is primarily driven by increases in mDAU. And unlike Meta Platform, which said Apple's privacy rule changes greatly impacted Facebook's ad business, Twitter said there was little effect on its own.

Twitter plans to grow rapidly over the next two years to hit 315 million daily active users (DAU) and $7.5 billion in revenue by the end of 2023. It also authorized the repurchase of $4 billion worth of stock, a move CFO Ned Segal says "represents confidence in our strategy and execution."

With analysts expecting the company to grow around 80% per year for the next few years, Twitter ought to be considered a good, long-term bet.

","source":"fool_stock","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
Looking for Tech Stocks? These 3 Are Great Buys","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=2226652534","media":"Motley Fool","summary":"Tech stocks' drop this year drove many investors from the space.

The market began rotating out of previously high-flying tech stocks into more defensive consumer-oriented ones, causing the tech-heavy Nasdaq-100 to lose more than 20% of its value -- official bear market territory.Since that low point a month ago, the index has rallied again, rising almost 12%. It hasn't reached the levels it started the year at, but investors seem comfortable buying cheap tech stocks again. For those ready to get their feet wet again, these three tech stocks are great buys.1. FastlyEver since last summer's internet outage, edge cloud-services provider Fastly ( FSLY ) has been on one long, sometimes dramatic, decline. Shares of the content delivery network (CDN) are down 75% from their highs as growth has slowed and losses persist.Yet like the tech index itself, Fastly has bounced off its lows and is 40% above last month's nadir. There's good reason to believe it can continue growing from here on out.Fastly ended 2021 on a high note, growing revenue beyond guidance to $97.7 million. This came as its dollar-based net expansion rate, or how much more money the same group of customers from last year is spending on the platform this year, increased to 121% in the fourth quarter versus a 118% increase in the third. And the number of customers grew 34% to over 2,800 as the number of enterprise-level customers jumped 37% year over year.Because more businesses continue to move increasing amounts of data online and into the cloud, it will be Fastly they turn to access content quickly and securely. Particularly with the advent of the metaverse -- the virtual world being created where people, companies, and brands can interact with one another -- Fastly ought to be able to capitalize on the need for enhanced computing power to design, build, and operate those virtual worlds. This could explain why analysts estimate the company will grow 30% annually for the next five years.2. ShopifyThe drop in price e-commerce platform provider Shopify ( SHOP ) has suffered since November seems to be short-sighted. While the market transitioned out of previous high-flying names, particularly those like Shopify that benefited from the lockdown portion of the pandemic. We saw people flock to the internet to start their own online businesses during that time, but contrary to expectations, the market opportunity is still there. Growth may be slightly slower than the meteoric pace previously set, but it's still meaningfully above its pre-pandemic level.Fourth-quarter revenue north of $1.3 billion was 41% greater than the prior year and was 173% more than it reported in 2019 when revenue grew to $505 million, a 47% year-over-year increase. Shopify will benefit from both forces moving forward.3. TwitterI have a confession to make: I dislike Twitter ( TWTR ). Not the stock, per se, but the platform, which has evolved over time to provide heat, but little light on social discourse. But I'm hopeful effective change can be made that allows the short-form message platform to return to its more youthful promise and can grow meaningful revenue and profits.Tesla CEO Elon Musk buying a massive $2.8 billion stake to become the company's largest shareholder, and then being appointed to Twitter's board of directors (which he then ultimately decided against doing) is one of the catalysts for change, one which the market liked as well. Day","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1197239522","media":"The Smart Investor","summary":"Welcome to this weekâs edition of stock market highlights where we bring you snippets of information","content":"

The last round of cooling measures was introduced just nine months ago in December 2021.

Earlier in September, the Straits Times reported that HDB resale prices had risen for the 26thstraight month in August, with a total of 33 million-dollar flats sold.

This news probably alluded to the bullishness in the property market at a time when interest rates were rising sharply.

For the latest measures, the loan-to-value (LTV) limit for HDB loans was lowered from the current 85% to 80%.

Also, with interest rates rising rapidly, the government is concerned that borrowers may see their repayment ability affected.

Hence, the medium-term interest rate floor used to compute the total debt-servicing ratio (TDSR) and mortgage servicing ratio will be raised by 0.5 percentage points.

These measures will reduce the maximum amount that can be borrowed from HDB.

To tackle the sustained demand for HDB resale flats, the government will impose a 15-month wait-out period for private homeowners before they can purchase an HDB resale flat.

The announcement did mention that this is a temporary move to reduce hot demand for resale flats that will be reviewed in future.

Grab Holdings (NASDAQ: GRAB)

Grab recently held its inaugural Investor Day where management clearly outlined its growth initiatives and objectives for attaining profitability.

Chief Operating Officer Alex Hungate detailed three focus areas for the company.

The first is to solidify its leadership position by working closely with consumers and partners, the second is to build an efficient platform, and the last is to develop financial services capabilities to serve its customer base.

There are several strategic initiatives tied to the above, including growing GrabUnlimited subscriptions, pushing on with its Groceries strategy, and tapping on partnerships to build its ecosystem.

Grab has partnered with Coca-Cola(NYSE: KO) to unlock fresh growth opportunities and also collaborated with Starbucks(NASDAQ: SBUX) in six markets within Southeast Asia across multiple services.

The aim is to eventually port over all merchantsâ marketing onto a unified platform that includes advertisements.

Meanwhile, Grabâsdigital bank initiative is expected to break even in 2026.

Grab, along with partner Singtel(SGX: Z74), launched GXS Bank earlier last month along with its first saving product.

The company plans to launch its digital bank in Malaysia and Indonesia in 2023, with losses expected to peak next year.

Taken together, Grab expects to chalk up 45% to 55% year on year revenue growth for 2023 and achieve breakeven at the EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation) level by the second half of 2024.

","source":"lsy1602567310727","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n<meta http-equiv=\"Content-Type\" consecutive round of increases of this magnitude. The company plans to launch its digital bank in Malaysia and Indonesia in 2023, with losses expected to peak next year.Taken together, Grab expects to chalk up 45% to 55% year on year revenue growth for 2023 and achieve breakeven at the EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation) level by the second half of 2024.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":198,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9022116041,"gmtCreate":1653489996983,"gmtModify":1676535291334,"author":{"id":"3577258818832534","authorId":"3577258818832534","name":"AlexTeo777","avatar":"https://community-static.tradeup.com/news/a8f0c89b9f38baabd1e4dd4a57f58474","crmLevel":5,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3577258818832534","authorIdStr":"3577258818832534"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Great That marks their first big windfall from an initial public offering this year after their stocks were both battered in past months.

For GoToâs top executives, the success of taking the company public isnât translating into the type of riches recently associated with Asian IPOs.

Chief Executive Officer Andre Soelistyo will have a stake valued at $235 million after the listing, while the holdings of Kevin Aluwi and William Tanuwijaya, who co-founded the startups that later merged to produce Indonesiaâs giant, will be worth $213 million and $494 million, respectively, according to Bloomberg calculations based on the IPO prospectus.

Itâs not uncommon that early backers see a huge payday when a startup goes public -- thatâs the incentive for taking the risk to invest. Whatâs notable in this case is how much the foundersâ ownership got diluted in the various funding rounds that brought in billions of dollars.

âIn the mind of a startup, you need to burn cash to grow and to acquire users,â said Nathan Naidu, an analyst with Bloomberg Intelligence. âSo I donât think the focus for the founders is on wealth. Itâs for getting the cash to grow the company.â

While Tanuwijaya, Soelistyo and Aluwi retain 26% voting power after the share sale, their direct ownership in the internet giant is tiny: Tanuwijaya has a 1.77% stake assuming over-allotment, Soelistyoâs is 0.84% and Aluwiâs 0.77%. Compare that with 8.71% for SoftBankâs Vision Fund and 8.84% for Alibaba.

GoTo declined to comment on the value of stakes held by its executives.

But the fund that holds an even bigger proportion of the company is one that allocates stock options to employees in the coming years: The GoTo Peopleverse Fund will have a 9.03% stake after the listing. The firm is also giving away more than $20 million worth of shares to long-serving drivers, part of a broader program that includes merchants, consumers and its workers.

âItâs about the sense of ownership and the badge that theyâre part of the big family of GoTo,â Soelistyo said in an interview, referring to the share program. âThe best way to sum this up is through one of our internal values, which we call âitâs not about you.â Itâs about us. Itâs about the communities that we support that have made our success happen.â

GoTo is the result of last yearâs merger between Indonesiaâs two most-valuable internet startups -- ride-hailing company Gojek and e-commerce firm Tokopedia -- to get more firepower against rivals in an increasingly cutthroat market. Over the years, the two amassed a long list of investors, including Google, Tencent Holdings Ltd. and Sequoia Capital India. The latter was an early backer of both Gojek and Tokopedia.

It all started in 2009, when Tanuwijaya, the son of a factory worker, made a bet on Indonesiaâs economic and internet boom and founded Tokopedia -- the name is a variant of the Indonesian word for âstore.â A year later, Nadiem Makarim, a Harvard Business School grad and former McKinsey & Co. consultant, set up Gojek to arrange courier deliveries in Jakarta.

Soelistyo joined Gojek in 2015 after working as an investor at private-equity firm Northstar Group, which became the first institutional backer of the upstart. He and Aluwi were named co-CEOs of the ride-hailing company in October 2019, when Makarim left to join the government as the nationâs minister for education and culture.

The IPO is going ahead despite a rout in tech stocks, though it got downsized from its original goal. An index tracking the shares globally has slumped 13% this year with rising interest rates and geopolitical tensions weighing on the sector. GoToâs regional peers have been particularly hit.

Singapore-based Grab Holdings Ltd., which also operates in Indonesia, has lost two-thirds of its market value since it merged with a blank-check firm in early December. Last month, it reported a wider loss after increasing its spending for incentives to lure drivers and customers -- highlighting risks in the highly competitive space.

Sea Ltd., which at one point minted Singaporeâs richest billionaire, has tumbled 67% from its high in October. That marks their first big windfall from an initial public offering this year after their stocks were both battered in past months.For GoToâs top executives, the success of taking the company public isnât translating into the type of riches recently associated with Asian IPOs.Chief Executive Officer Andre Soelistyo will have a stake valued at $235 million after the listing, while the holdings of Kevin Aluwi and William Tanuwijaya, who co-founded the startups that later merged to produce Indonesiaâs giant, will be worth $213 million and $494 million, respectively, according to Bloomberg calculations based on the IPO prospectus.Itâs not uncommon that early backers see a huge payday when a startup goes public -- thatâs the incentive for taking the risk to invest. Whatâs notable in this case is how much the foundersâ ownership got diluted in the various funding rounds that brought in billions of dollars.âIn the mind of a startup, you need to burn cash to grow and to acquire users,â said Nathan Naidu, an analyst with Bloomberg Intelligence. âSo I donât think the focus for the founders is on wealth. Itâs for getting the cash to grow the company.âWhile Tanuwijaya, Soelistyo and Aluwi retain 26% voting power after the share sale, their direct ownership in the internet giant is tiny: Tanuwijaya has a 1.77% stake assuming over-allotment, Soelistyoâs is 0.84% and Aluwiâs 0.77%. Compare that with 8.71% for SoftBankâs Vision Fund and 8.84% for Alibaba.GoTo declined to comment on the value of stakes held by its executives.But the fund that holds an even bigger proportion of the company is one that allocates stock options to employees in the coming years: The GoTo Peopleverse Fund will have a 9.03% stake after the listing. The firm is also giving away more than $20 million worth of shares to long-serving drivers, part of a broader program that includes merchants, consumers and its workers.âItâs about the sense of ownership and the badge that theyâre part of the big family of GoTo,â Soelistyo said in an interview, referring to the share program. âThe best way to sum this up is through one of our internal values, which we call âitâs not about you.â Itâs about us. Itâs about the communities that we support that have made our success happen.âGoTo is the result of last yearâs merger between Indonesiaâs two most-valuable internet startups -- ride-hailing company Gojek and e-commerce firm Tokopedia -- to get more firepower against rivals in an increasingly cutthroat market. Over the years, the two amassed a long list of investors, including Google, Tencent Holdings Ltd. and Sequoia Capital India. The latter was an early backer of both Gojek and Tokopedia.It all started in 2009, when Tanuwijaya, the son of a factory worker, made a bet on Indonesiaâs economic and internet boom and founded Tokopedia -- the name is a variant of the Indonesian word for âstore.â A year later, Nadiem Makarim, a Harvard Business School grad and former McKinsey & Co. consultant, set up Gojek to arrange courier deliveries in Jakarta.Soelistyo joined Gojek in 2015 after working as an investor at private-equity firm Northstar Group, which became the first institutional backer of the upstart. He and Aluwi were named co-CEOs of the ride-hailing company in October 2019, when Makarim left to join the government as the nationâs minister for education and culture.The IPO is going ahead despite a rout in tech stocks, though it got downsized from its original goal. An index tracking the shares globally has slumped 13% this year with rising interest rates and geopolitical tensions weighing on the sector. GoToâs regional peers have been particularly hit.Singapore-based Grab Holdings Ltd., which also operates in Indonesia, has lost two-thirds of its market value since it merged with a blank-check firm in early December. Last month, it reported a wider loss after increasing its spending for incentives to lure drivers and customers -- highlighting risks in the highly competitive space.Sea Ltd., which at one point minted Singaporeâs richest billionaire, has tumbled 67% from its high in October. The gaming and e-commerce giant forecast its first decline ever in bookings at its digital gaming unit, while political headwinds in India pushed it to shut its main e-commerce operation just months after launching. New Delhi had already banned its most popular mobile game, Free Fire, citing security concerns because of its Chinese links.While GoTo remains unprofitable -- it reported annual deficits for the three years through 2020 and a loss of 8.2 trillion rupiah ($570 million) in the first seven months of 2021 -- Soelistyo is optimistic. Investors in the once-highflying firm include about 34,000 individuals who put money in products including perpetual notes and preference shares.\nBorrelli Walsh, which has been in charge of Hyflux since November last year, said in its statement earlier this month that the remaining value of the Hyflux Group would be best realized in a liquidation;read more details.\nPatrick Bance, a Singapore-based director at Borrelli Walsh, declined to comment when asked about the asset sale forecasts.\nOne of the bidders for Hyflux assets is SingaporeâsKeppel Infrastructure Trust, according to the person. Itâs interested in the TuasOne waste-to-energy plant and the remaining 30% stake in the SingSpring desalination plant that it doesnât own already, the person said.\nKeppel Infrastructure has contractual rights to acquire the 30% stake in the SingSpring plant and to take over the operations, and thatâs unaffected by the liquidation proceedings, the firmâs spokesperson said in an email response to Bloomberg queries. The company is unable to comment further due to ongoing confidential discussions with Hyfluxâs judicial manager, the spokesperson said.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":231,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0}],"lives":[]}
