I think China is doing a wonderful job to stop ppl using Apple products so that they can sniff and spy on all your data when you use a China branded phone. As China branded phone, the gov have all rights to access everyone data under their law. Because they have no rights to Apple products so they have no choice that they need to ban ppl from using it but instead promote their China branded phone. People really need to rethink how you wan your personal Data to be collected anot. With this say, I feel trusting apple product is still the best way as we know our data is really our data and not being threaded as the gov tools to monitor us. For those in China is better leave work with China phone but for personal use better trust something else.
