interest rates, Putin&#39;s war on Ukraine that has broken global energy &amp; food supply chains, etc.</li><li>That being the case, investors who haven&#39;t already positioned their portfolio in a more defensive posture should consider the &#34;value&#34; sector of the market.</li><li>The Vanguard S&amp;P 500 Value ETF has a portfolio that is trading at a significant discount to the S&amp;P 500 and has outperformed the S&amp;P 500 by 6% over the past year.</li></ul><p>We all now know the stock market&#39;s quick jump upward from mid-June to mid-August was simply a bear-market rally that quickly fizzled out and has already given back almost all the gains. And, as mentioned in the bullets above, the macro-environment appears to just keep getting worse, with Putin now weaponizing energy supplies to the EU and China&#39;s continuing covid-19 lockdowns. As a result, it&#39;s very hard to get bullish on the markets despite the 13.7% pullback in theS&amp;P 500 so far this year. As a result, investors that are over-weight growth and/or the broad market averages should consider allocating some capital to the <b>Vanguard S&amp;P 500 Value ETF</b>(NYSEARCA:VOOV). VOOV is a relatively cost-efficient fund (0.10% fee), yields 2.1%, and has an attractive 10.8% average annual total return over the past 10-years.</p><p><b>Investment Thesis</b></p><p>The Value sector has significantly outperformed most others during the 2022 bear-market:</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/23aad53d1e08bff73a0ee04eb04c4879\" tg-width=\"615\" tg-height=\"284\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>Seeking Alpha Homepage</p><p>As shown in the graphic above, the Value Sector has outperformed all other sectors with the exception of the high dividend yield segment. While still down 7.45% over the past year - as measured by the <b>iShares Core S&amp;P U.S. Value ETF</b>(IUSV) - that is still 6% better than the S&amp;P 500.</p><p>The fact is, in times of turbulent, volatile, and weak equity markets, the value sector can add ballast to a portfolio in the same way that the <b>consumer staples</b>(XLP) or <b>utilities</b>(XLU) sectors can (those two are up 0.3% and 9.1% over the past year, respectively).</p><p>So, today let&#39;s take a closer look at the Vanguard S&amp;P 500 Value ETF to see how it has positioned investors for success going forward.</p><p><b>Top-10 Holdings</b></p><p>The top-10 holdings in the Vanguard S&amp;P 500 Value ETFare shown below and equate to only 18.4% of the entire portfolio and is therefore what I consider to be a very well diversified fund:</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/668386196af182720e4e27043ac0c821\" tg-width=\"459\" tg-height=\"489\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>Vanguard</p><p>The #1 holding is <b>Berkshire Hathaway Class B</b>(BRK.B) with a 3.1% weight. Berkshire is a conservative and well-diversified company whose largest current holding is <b>Apple</b>(AAPL) with a 40.8% weight (a $122.3 billion position). The top-5 holdings in Berkshire are shown below and the entire BRK portfolio can be found here, and is generally defensive in nature.</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/ca7eaa7f4d3521485451c2e6b2caeb0c\" tg-width=\"564\" tg-height=\"310\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>hedgefollow.com</p><p>Berkshire Hathaway currently has$146.7 billion in cash and short-term investments and is therefore ideally positioned to play offense once the markets turnaround (or tanks).</p><p>In aggregate, typically defensive healthcare stocks like <b>Johnson &amp; Johnson</b>(JNJ), <b>UnitedHealth Group</b>(UNH), and <b>Merck</b>(MRK) equate to 5.6% of the VOOV portfolio. These three stocks yield 2.78%, 1.28%, and 3.2%, respectively. The following chart shows these three stocks&#39; performance versus the S&amp;P 500 over the past year:</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/ac5aa9fb56240b0eddbc47dc964767ce\" tg-width=\"1280\" tg-height=\"877\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/>JNJdata by YCharts</p><p>As can be seen, all three have significantly outperformed the S&amp;P 500, with UNH being the star performer: +22.5%.</p><p>The #3 and #5 holdings are integrated international major energy companies <b>Exxon</b>(XOM) and <b>Chevron</b>(CVX), with a combined weight of 3.2%. Exxon and Chevron both had monster Q2 earnings reports and generated free-cash-flow of $16.9 billion and $10.6 billion, respectively. Both these companies have global production portfolios that are ideally positioned to benefit from strong oil, natural gas, and LNG pricing.</p><p>Exxon shareholders have arguably benefited from the fact that activist hedge-fund Engine #1 won three seats on Exxon board-of-directors and has, as a result, totally changed Exxon&#39;s structure and strategy going forward. Exxon currently yields 3.68% after raising the quarterly dividend by only a penny last year, while Chevron yields 3.60% after a 6% dividend increase ($0.08/share). Both companies are using the current up-cycle to put in place significant share buyback plans (Exxon&#39;s is $30 billion by the end of 2023, Chevron&#39;s is $15 billion per year).</p><p><b>Verizon</b>(VZ) rounds out the top-10 holdings with a 1.1% weight. The good news here is that VZ yields 6.2%. The bad news is that <b>T-Mobile</b>(TMUS) is eating Verizon&#39;s lunch with a newer and arguably better performing network:</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/79f26e57bca7fb4f47b2eec073813dc9\" tg-width=\"1280\" tg-height=\"826\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/>VZdata by YCharts</p><p>From an overall portfolio perspective, the largest allocation of capital are to the HealthCare (16.9%), Financials (14.6%), and Industrials (12.3%) sectors. However, the long-term returns of the <b>Vanguard S&amp;P 500 ETF</b>(VOO) are 2.3% higher and, for that reason alone, I advise investors to always own a significantly higher allocation to the VOO fund as compared to a value oriented fund like VOOV.</p><p>The graphic below compares the VOOV to some direct competitors: the <b>Vanguard Value ETF</b>(VTV), the <b>iShares Russell 1000 Value ETF</b>(IWD), and the <b>iShares Core S&amp;P Value ETF</b> over the past year:</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/90a466dfcd7514e0687d3c20e5ca0982\" tg-width=\"1280\" tg-height=\"877\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/>VOOVdata by YCharts</p><p>Clearly the VTV ETF is the star of the show in that it is down the least amount. The VTV ETF has a significantly lower expense fee (0.04%) than does the VOOV ETF, a very similar portfolio, and a better 10-year performance track record (11.73%).</p><p><b>Risks</b></p><p>Obviously the VOOV fund is not immune to the negative headwinds from the macro-investment environment discussed earlier - after all, the ETF is still down 6.7% YTD. However, in a challenging market where rising interest rates threaten valuation levels, note that the VOOV ETF&#39;s portfolio trades at a significant discount to the overall S&amp;P 500:</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/856d4a543454bb3b4b155948be92bcc1\" tg-width=\"474\" tg-height=\"413\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>Vanguard</p><p>Clearly, VOOV&#39;s P/E and price-to-book ratios are significantly lower as compared to the broadS&amp;P 500 as measured by the <b>VanguardS&amp;P 500 ETF</b>. However, also note how - as expected - VOOV&#39;s ROE and EPS growth rates are also significantly lower as compared to the VOO ETF. And this is the trade-off investors make when investing in value versus the overall market and/or growth stocks.</p><p><b>Summary &amp; Conclusion</b></p><p>The VanguardS&amp;P 500 Value ETF is a sleep-well-at-night (&#34;SWAN&#34;) fund that can add ballast to a portfolio in times of weak market performance. However, as shown above, the Vanguard VTV Value ETF appears to be a superior choice with lower fees, better performance, and a similarly defensive portfolio. Exxon and Chevron both had monster Q2 earnings reports and generated free-cash-flow of $16.9 billion and $10.6 billion, respectively. href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/TSM\">台积电</a>(TSM.US)作为全世界最大、最好的集成电路代工厂，年产能超过1,200万片十二英寸晶圆，2020年占有全球57%的市场代工份额，使用281种不同制程技术为数百家客户生产11,617种不同产品。从1994年上市至今，营收年复合成长率达到17.2%，营业净利年复合成长率16.7%。被称作全球唯一连续20年获选道琼永续发展世界指数的组成企业的半导体公司。台积电是中国台湾最赚钱的企业，那么台积电这些年赚的钱究竟跑到谁的钱包中去了呢？<b>是中国台湾政府，还是中国台湾人，都不是，而是到了外国股东的钱包里去了，尤其是美股的股东。</b></p>\n<p>创立之初的股东</p>\n<p>台积电的成功离不开张忠谋，但是播下台积电的种子并呵护其成长起来的一些人也功不可没，尤其是早期的股东构成。在《台湾经济再奋发之路》一书中，就有关于台积电成立的故事的介绍，笔者在此简单赘述。</p>\n<p>台积电的成立可以从1974年讲起，那时正发生第一次石油危机，打破了当时旺盛的中国台湾出口生意。当时的行政院长蒋经国做了两件重要的事，一是推动十大建设，二是在1974年初找行政院秘书长费骅来共同商讨下中国台湾是否可以发展新兴科技项目。</p>\n<p>费骅找到当时的电信总局局长方贤齐，而后两人又找到了当时在美国RCA担任研究主任的潘文渊，潘文渊发现当时中国台湾正在如雨后春笋般的发展制电子表、电子计算机工厂，这些工厂都是进口集成电路，而集成电路是所有电子产品的核心零件，如果能制造积体电路，其重要性可想而知。但制造集成电路技术不宜自己研发，因为时间长，花费巨大，可以自国外引进在美国有许多对集成电路技术学有专精的海外学人。于是，潘文渊写了一个“建议中国台湾从美国引进积体电路制造技术”。此事被经济部长孙运璿拍板以后，潘文渊放弃满额的退休金，提前从RCA退休，并邀集了一批华人专家开始讨论技术的方向，最后他们选定了CMOS技术。</p>\n<p>此后政府与RCA签订实训合约，由工研院派出第一批19位年轻的工程师去RCA工厂接受实地训练。这19位里包含了后来担任工研院院长的史钦泰，和后来的<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/UMC\">联电</a>董事长曹兴诚。1980年，工研院成立联电做技术转移，曹兴诚就在那时转到联电。联电最开始生产电子手表用的积体电路，生意日渐起来。</p>\n<p>1979年，政府又决定在半导体方面再上一个台阶，遂决定发展超大型积体电路（VLSI）。经过孙运璿、李国鼎、徐贤修等的邀请，张忠谋于1984年回台，先担任工研院院长，发展6英寸晶圆技术，此后张忠谋提议将大型集成电路实验工厂移出，成为民营的超大型集成电路公司，为更多电子公司服务也可带动上下游电子公司发展。李国鼎百分百的赞成。</p>\n<p>后来李国鼎带着张忠谋等前往拜访民间台塑等企业大佬，希望资本额超过55亿新台币的一半就可以成为一家真正的民营公司，但结果不理想，<b>民间只投资3500万美元（折合新台币13.3亿），占投资额的24.1%</b>。就在此时，远在荷兰的<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/PHG\">飞利浦</a>公司得知这一消息后，主动找到李国鼎要投资51%，主导该公司的经营，但是李国鼎表示，欢迎<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/0LNG.UK\">飞利浦</a>的投资，但不能超过投资额的四分之一，主导权应由我方来把控。结果<b>飞利浦争取到了4000万美元（折合新台币15.2亿）的投资，占27.6%</b>。剩下的资金李国鼎要求，赵耀东主持的<b>国发基金及国民党中央投资公司及国营事业等等共同投资7000万美元（折合新台币26.6亿），占48.3％为最大股东</b>。</p>\n<p>1987年2月24日，台积电正式成立，张忠谋担任董事长。国家开发基金、荷兰飞利浦公司，以及台塑等7家中国台湾企业的私人投资，这三大类也成为初期台积电的原始股东。</p>\n<p>现在的股东有哪些？</p>\n<p>经过30多年的更迭，原始股东不断的释股、退出。到2020年，美国的股东逐渐成为了台积电的大股东。</p>\n<p>翻看台积电2020年的财报，可以看到，在前十大股东中，排名第一的是<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/C\">花旗</a>托管台积电存托凭证专户，持股比率为20.52%。第二是行政院国发基金持股比率为6.38%。花旗(中国台湾)商业银行受托保管新加坡政府投资专户持股比例为2.56%，花旗(中国台湾)商业银行受托保管挪威<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/CNBC\">中央银行</a>投资专户持股1.54%，大通托管先进星光先进综合国际股票指数持有1.33%。新制劳工退休基金持股0.92%，富邦人寿保险持有0.95%。美商<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/JPM\">摩根大通</a>银行台北分行受托保管梵加德新兴市场股票指数基金投资专户持有0.83%，美商摩根大通银行台北分行受托保管景顺欧本汉玛开发中市场基金投资专户持有0.81%，摩根大通银行托管新远景基金公司持有0.8%。</p>\n<p><img height=\"auto\"></p>\n<p>让我们来看下这个股东的属性：第一类是中国台湾政府基金，包括行政院国家发基金和新制劳工退休基金（当年国发基金释股的时候，把一部分基金转卖给了政府劳工退休基金），持股数量总和为7.3％。而剩下的大都是托管，其中托管在花旗银行的花旗托管台积电存托凭证专户高达20.52%，新加坡政府投资持股2.56%，挪威中央银行投资持股1.54％。还有托管在中国台湾的各外资银行花旗银行、摩根大通银行、大通银行的投资基金账户。</p>\n<p>在这里，要着重说明下最大的股东——花旗托管存托凭证，这并不代表花旗银行是台积电最大的股东。花旗银行只是作为投资银行（证券公司）来帮助台积电在美国纽约证券交易所发行的存托凭证（ADR）进行交易和结算。根据美国证券法律的规定，在美国上市的企业注册地必须在美国，美国以外注册的企业，只能采取存托凭证的方式进入美国的资本市场。一份美国存托凭证代表美国以外国家一家企业的若干股份。存券银行作为存托凭证ADR的发行人和市场中介，负责存托凭证的注册和过户，安排存托凭证的保管和清算，以及派发美元红利和利息等。<b>所以托管在花旗银行的花旗托管台积电存托凭证专户高达20.52%，意味着美股投资者总计持股20.54%。</b></p>\n<p>据中国台湾股市资讯的数据统计，台积电的股权结构里，台积电政府持股6.38%（未把政府劳工退休基金算在内），侨外投资75.8%，本国金融机构持股4.82%，本国法人持股4.2%，本国个人持有8.8%。所以可以看出，外资的股东还是占据大头。尤其是来自美国的机构和个人持股数量也较多，比如美股投资者通过花旗托管存托凭证持有台积电20.54%的股份。</p>\n<p><img height=\"auto\"></p>\n<p>谁是背后的赢家？</p>\n<p>正如上文所说，美股的股东赚走了台积电的大部分钱，台积电78%的获利都被外资拿走了。但是<b>持股34年的、实质单一的最大股东的国发基金（代表政府），也可以说是跟随台积电成功背后最大的赢家</b>。这些年，中国台湾政府不仅收获了半导体的产业部落和高科技人才，也有巨额的税款和股票升值营收。</p>\n<p><img 条规定，于62 MSCI","03145":"华夏亚洲高息股"},"source_url":"http://www.zhitongcaijing.com/content/detail/520627.html","is_english":false,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/6ca2dcdccfa2217fb20a0351f4efe814","article_id":"2154939496","content_text":"台积电(TSM.US)作为全世界最大、最好的集成电路代工厂，年产能超过1,200万片十二英寸晶圆，2020年占有全球57%的市场代工份额，使用281种不同制程技术为数百家客户生产11,617种不同产品。从1994年上市至今，营收年复合成长率达到17.2%，营业净利年复合成长率16.7%。被称作全球唯一连续20年获选道琼永续发展世界指数的组成企业的半导体公司。台积电是中国台湾最赚钱的企业，那么台积电这些年赚的钱究竟跑到谁的钱包中去了呢？是中国台湾政府，还是中国台湾人，都不是，而是到了外国股东的钱包里去了，尤其是美股的股东。\n创立之初的股东\n台积电的成功离不开张忠谋，但是播下台积电的种子并呵护其成长起来的一些人也功不可没，尤其是早期的股东构成。在《台湾经济再奋发之路》一书中，就有关于台积电成立的故事的介绍，笔者在此简单赘述。\n台积电的成立可以从1974年讲起，那时正发生第一次石油危机，打破了当时旺盛的中国台湾出口生意。当时的行政院长蒋经国做了两件重要的事，一是推动十大建设，二是在1974年初找行政院秘书长费骅来共同商讨下中国台湾是否可以发展新兴科技项目。\n费骅找到当时的电信总局局长方贤齐，而后两人又找到了当时在美国RCA担任研究主任的潘文渊，潘文渊发现当时中国台湾正在如雨后春笋般的发展制电子表、电子计算机工厂，这些工厂都是进口集成电路，而集成电路是所有电子产品的核心零件，如果能制造积体电路，其重要性可想而知。但制造集成电路技术不宜自己研发，因为时间长，花费巨大，可以自国外引进在美国有许多对集成电路技术学有专精的海外学人。于是，潘文渊写了一个“建议中国台湾从美国引进积体电路制造技术”。此事被经济部长孙运璿拍板以后，潘文渊放弃满额的退休金，提前从RCA退休，并邀集了一批华人专家开始讨论技术的方向，最后他们选定了CMOS技术。\n此后政府与RCA签订实训合约，由工研院派出第一批19位年轻的工程师去RCA工厂接受实地训练。这19位里包含了后来担任工研院院长的史钦泰，和后来的联电董事长曹兴诚。1980年，工研院成立联电做技术转移，曹兴诚就在那时转到联电。联电最开始生产电子手表用的积体电路，生意日渐起来。\n1979年，政府又决定在半导体方面再上一个台阶，遂决定发展超大型积体电路（VLSI）。经过孙运璿、李国鼎、徐贤修等的邀请，张忠谋于1984年回台，先担任工研院院长，发展6英寸晶圆技术，此后张忠谋提议将大型集成电路实验工厂移出，成为民营的超大型集成电路公司，为更多电子公司服务也可带动上下游电子公司发展。李国鼎百分百的赞成。\n后来李国鼎带着张忠谋等前往拜访民间台塑等企业大佬，希望资本额超过55亿新台币的一半就可以成为一家真正的民营公司，但结果不理想，民间只投资3500万美元（折合新台币13.3亿），占投资额的24.1%。就在此时，远在荷兰的飞利浦公司得知这一消息后，主动找到李国鼎要投资51%，主导该公司的经营，但是李国鼎表示，欢迎飞利浦的投资，但不能超过投资额的四分之一，主导权应由我方来把控。结果飞利浦争取到了4000万美元（折合新台币15.2亿）的投资，占27.6%。剩下的资金李国鼎要求，赵耀东主持的国发基金及国民党中央投资公司及国营事业等等共同投资7000万美元（折合新台币26.6亿），占48.3％为最大股东。\n1987年2月24日，台积电正式成立，张忠谋担任董事长。国家开发基金、荷兰飞利浦公司，以及台塑等7家中国台湾企业的私人投资，这三大类也成为初期台积电的原始股东。\n现在的股东有哪些？\n经过30多年的更迭，原始股东不断的释股、退出。到2020年，美国的股东逐渐成为了台积电的大股东。\n翻看台积电2020年的财报，可以看到，在前十大股东中，排名第一的是花旗托管台积电存托凭证专户，持股比率为20.52%。第二是行政院国发基金持股比率为6.38%。花旗(中国台湾)商业银行受托保管新加坡政府投资专户持股比例为2.56%，花旗(中国台湾)商业银行受托保管挪威中央银行投资专户持股1.54%，大通托管先进星光先进综合国际股票指数持有1.33%。新制劳工退休基金持股0.92%，富邦人寿保险持有0.95%。美商摩根大通银行台北分行受托保管梵加德新兴市场股票指数基金投资专户持有0.83%，美商摩根大通银行台北分行受托保管景顺欧本汉玛开发中市场基金投资专户持有0.81%，摩根大通银行托管新远景基金公司持有0.8%。\n\n让我们来看下这个股东的属性：第一类是中国台湾政府基金，包括行政院国家发基金和新制劳工退休基金（当年国发基金释股的时候，把一部分基金转卖给了政府劳工退休基金），持股数量总和为7.3％。而剩下的大都是托管，其中托管在花旗银行的花旗托管台积电存托凭证专户高达20.52%，新加坡政府投资持股2.56%，挪威中央银行投资持股1.54％。还有托管在中国台湾的各外资银行花旗银行、摩根大通银行、大通银行的投资基金账户。\n在这里，要着重说明下最大的股东——花旗托管存托凭证，这并不代表花旗银行是台积电最大的股东。花旗银行只是作为投资银行（证券公司）来帮助台积电在美国纽约证券交易所发行的存托凭证（ADR）进行交易和结算。根据美国证券法律的规定，在美国上市的企业注册地必须在美国，美国以外注册的企业，只能采取存托凭证的方式进入美国的资本市场。一份美国存托凭证代表美国以外国家一家企业的若干股份。存券银行作为存托凭证ADR的发行人和市场中介，负责存托凭证的注册和过户，安排存托凭证的保管和清算，以及派发美元红利和利息等。所以托管在花旗银行的花旗托管台积电存托凭证专户高达20.52%，意味着美股投资者总计持股20.54%。\n据中国台湾股市资讯的数据统计，台积电的股权结构里，台积电政府持股6.38%（未把政府劳工退休基金算在内），侨外投资75.8%，本国金融机构持股4.82%，本国法人持股4.2%，本国个人持有8.8%。所以可以看出，外资的股东还是占据大头。尤其是来自美国的机构和个人持股数量也较多，比如美股投资者通过花旗托管存托凭证持有台积电20.54%的股份。\n\n谁是背后的赢家？\n正如上文所说，美股的股东赚走了台积电的大部分钱，台积电78%的获利都被外资拿走了。但是持股34年的、实质单一的最大股东的国发基金（代表政府），也可以说是跟随台积电成功背后最大的赢家。这些年，中国台湾政府不仅收获了半导体的产业部落和高科技人才，也有巨额的税款和股票升值营收。\n\n开发基金系政府依据「奖励投资条例」第84 用完即走、单层次化、收租行为，能力匮乏的背后：流量经营的孱弱</b></p>\n<p>衡量互联网公司的发展势头好不好，除了看它的财务报表、经营业绩之外，还有一个重</p>\n<p>要的因素——新概念的生产能力。</p>\n<p>俗话说，一分钱气死英雄汉。一个在市场竞争与同行眼中存在感越来越弱的企业，是没有底气去喊出一些新说法的。</p>\n<p>以互联网营销为例，阿里提出了“全域营销”的理论框架，并据此凝练了“AIPL”营销模型；腾讯提出了“全链路营销”；字节跳动提出了一个“5A”链路模型，就连爱奇艺都有自己的链路模型“AACAR”。反观百度，既没有新的营销理论框架，也没有扎眼球的关键词。</p>\n<p><b>新概念看着事小，其实能从小细节反映出大方面。一个完整的理论框架，必然是对流量闭环的商业模式的完整与精确的呈现，而模型则是向B端市场清晰阐述自己的流量变现与平台赋能的落地执行环节。</b></p>\n<p><b>百度之所以在之前既提出不理论框架也凝练不了操作模型，主要原因有两个：一是流量生态无法形成闭环；二是流量变现的单层次化。</b></p>\n<p>百度最重头戏的产品就是搜索，虽然在桌面互联网时代创造了流量神话，但却埋下了一个顽疾——中转站。</p>\n<p>用户进入百度是为了到达自己的目的地，百度在用户的行为链条中成为一个中转站的角色，让用户在百度生态中的黏性很低，这一点与支付功能软件很相似，即“用完即走”。</p>\n<p>这个问题在桌面互联网时代并不突出，但到了移动互联网时代各大APP都在做流量闭环，用尽各种办法让用户流在自己的生态体系中，在此形势下百度作为中转站的角色不仅有点多余，而且还会在无形中增加用户行为成本，再加上各APP之间数据与流量的割据使得百度作为中转站的效果在急速下降。</p>\n<p>百度作为中转站的角色其实只是一个表象，本质上是百度在移动互联网时代无法形成自己的流量闭环，更为要命的是尽管百度已经意识到这个问题的严重性，但由于其长期做中转站的角色所造成的“收租思维“，使得其在进行新的流量产品开发时仍然秉持着旧的意识。</p>\n<p>比如百度当年涉足电商与外卖领域，仍然是简单地将搜索流量与电商、外卖进行嫁接，结果如何市场已经给出了答案。形不成流量闭环的深层原因，是百度对流量价值发掘以及变现缺乏立体能力，流量闭环的另一面就是商业生态，从商业生态的角度理解就是百度无法在流量链条上实现对用户（B端与C端）的持续性服务能力，这又恰恰回到了之前那个话题——百度以前是收租思维。</p>\n<p>百度的收租思维导致其在以前过于注重流量宽幅以及导流总量，通俗地讲就是更在意入</p>\n<p>站流量的类型丰富性以及入站总量，对于流量进入之后的商业资源匹配与支撑等方面则较为薄弱。</p>\n<p>萝卜快了不洗泥，这就导致一方面各种流量鱼龙混杂、泥沙俱下，另一方面流量的配套与支持严重不足。用户并不能通过百度搜索来解决自身的需求与问题，用户体验越来越差，黏性也越来越低。</p>\n<p>于是我们看到，被诟病已久的莆田系等民营医疗、医美、保健等行业反而在一定时期内成为百度的大金主，这种对劣质流量的来者不拒以及后续商业资源的溃烂不仅导致百度要承担极大的监管与社会舆论风险，也使得百度在用户与广告主中逐渐丧失存在价值。</p>\n<p>但面对颓势与竞争，百度并非一味消极度日，而是一直在积极探索，对营销产品进行系统</p>\n<p>化整合和智能升级，创新IP，直播带货……种种商业新尝试。但这些努力，从目前来仍看坎坷居多，那么为什么会这样？</p>\n<p><b>02 原生匮乏、外接不足、管理滞后，问诊流量背后的三大秘密</b></p>\n<p>百度为何会走到今天这个地步？</p>\n<p>这个问题不仅萦绕在百度管理层团队的脑海里，也是一众旁观者们试图搞清楚的谜团。解铃还须系铃人，既然百度是曾经的搜索流量之王，那么我们的问诊就从流量开始。</p>\n<p>甲方财经将从原生、外接、管理三个方面的问题一一详说。</p>\n<p><b>原生：缺少船票级的流量阵地</b></p>\n<p>互联网发展至今，共有三波大的流量浪潮，也对应着三批流量船票，分别是：搜索流量、</p>\n<p>社交流量、推荐流量。</p>\n<p>这三种类型的流量船票，任何一个企业只要踩中，妥妥地同时代的头部公司。</p>\n<p>百度很幸运，踩中了搜索流量这一波红利，拿到了船票，自然也成为当时的互联网头部公司；但百度也不幸，由此错过了后来的社交与推荐流量。从目前来看，流量的主要阵地是短视频，抖音与快手拿到了船票。</p>\n<p>百度缺乏对短视频流量的掌控能力，这会导致其无法实现大流量数量的导引，由此会造成与竞争对手来流量获取能力上的根本性差异，这会使得广告主市场对百度的营销能力存疑，削弱百度在B端的发力与拓展，也会限制资本市场对百度营收的想象空间。</p>\n<p><b>外接：缺少有效的孵化与并购能力</b></p>\n<p>互联网公司除了自己下场拼杀之外，往往会运用金融投资等手段进行纵横捭阖，因此孵</p>\n<p>化能力就成为衡量互联网公司竞争力的一个重要指标。</p>\n<p>相较于阿里与腾讯，百度在此方面的答卷无疑要弱了很多。阿里对微博等文娱、生活领域的渗透，腾讯对快手、京东等大平台的控制，这些资本层面的并购、控股等不仅为企业带来了丰厚的资产性收益，更为重要的是以资本为跨界纽带高效链接异类流量形态，拼接出最大范围的流量版图与全链条。</p>\n<p>流量在手，天下我有。</p>\n<p>没有人会嫌流量多，流量除了自己努力原创之外，外接流量的能力（范围、种类与规模）意味着互联网企业可以依托流量做更多商业资源的匹配、对接与支撑，流量越大越丰富，能够匹配的资源就越多，能够关联的商业伙伴也就越多，其商业生态体系的抗风险与拒止能力就越强悍。</p>\n<p>百度也曾有过多起孵化与收购行为，但从市场结果来看并不佳，这也导致我们对百度的认知仍然停留在搜索这个标签上。</p>\n<p><b>管理：理念滞后，缺乏全链路思维</b></p>\n<p>大互联网平台的流量之争，不仅表现在流量的获取上，还表现在对入站流量的管理效率</p>\n<p>与质量上。</p>\n<p>虽然从名称上看，百度有全平台的流量变现管理工具——凤巢系统，但该系统一直受困于管理层对其定位的摇摆不定，并由此导致其在业务层面、管理权限、归属部门等方面一直频繁变化。</p>\n<p>这种频繁变化会严重削弱团队信心与热情，也会影响技术与产品层面的稳定迭代。反观阿里与腾讯，尽管也出现类似百度那样的频繁内部调整，但这是管理层依据外部竞争环境变化所做出的应对，其目标、定位等都一直保持清晰与稳定。</p>\n<p>摇摆的定位、模糊的态度以及频繁的调整，大大消耗了百度内部的优质资源，也使得其管理团队没有精力与时间去思考如何搭建百度自己的全链路营销，表现到外界就是相较于阿里与腾讯，百度一直未能提出清晰的营销理论框架以及可以落地执行的营销模型。</p>\n<p><b>03 “百足之虫，死而不僵”，论重现辉煌的可能性</b></p>\n<p>百度能否重现昨日辉煌？能够在中国互联网发展史上演王者归来的一幕？</p>\n<p>美好的期许需要建立在现实基础上，对百度未来重新辉煌的设想也需要立足百度当下正在做的事，这些事能够支撑起百度未来的王者地位吗？</p>\n<p><b>AI：一半是海水，一半是火焰</b></p>\n<p>AI无疑是百度手中最大的王牌，也是目前百度曝光度最高的产品类型。</p>\n<p>我们都知道人工智能是大势所趋，但这个大势落到商业执行层面仍然面临诸多不确定性、仍然需要克服很多问题如消费习惯、市场接受度等。</p>\n<p>百度All in AI 的战略，虽然在资本市场暂时提振了信心和自身股价，但百度目前在AI落地层面偏重B端的做法也使得未来走向变得婆娑迷离。</p>\n<p>自动驾驶、智能工厂等B端产品建设周期长、回报风险高，且难以形成像C端市场的标准化服务能力。百度目前是以赚钱的项目在养活AI这个烧钱项目，其布局更多是一种前瞻性做法，要想转化为现实的竞争优势还需要更多外部环境与前提条件。</p>\n<p><b>企业百家号：匮乏的B端服务能力</b></p>\n<p>企业号的市场已经逐渐进入红海，腾讯在微信企业号上已经建立起强大的护城河与优势</p>\n<p>地位。百度推进企业百家号更多是一种跟随者战略。</p>\n<p>市场的头汤已然喝不到了，跟风进入又要面临霸主的挤压。更为重要的是，企业号本身并不只是一套操作系统，背后是对企业服务能力的深层次理解与兑现。</p>\n<p>在百度的技术与产品思维中，最为缺乏的恰恰就是这种围绕B端需求构建自身服务体系的能力，长期以来的收租思维导致百度一直欠缺围绕B端需求进行持续的、完整的、深刻的洞察以及圈层服务能力的搭建与匹配。</p>\n<p><b>搜索+服务 ：自建闭环的平台成本</b></p>\n<p>百度目前正在力推的“搜索+服务”产品战略，被外界解读为从“搜索信息平台”转向“生活服务平台”。这种玩法与之前做法的最大区别在于，百度需要去利用搜索真正解决用户需求与问题，而不仅仅是导流到相关落地页。</p>\n<p>这种做法好处是可以大幅提升搜索流量的质量，也可以借此推动服务能力的搭建。但问题也是显而易见的，这就是百度不能只满足于做中介，而是需要自己去下场筛选、孵化甚至是直营相关服务能力，这其中的成本之高可想而知。</p>\n<p>一个健康的商业生态体系，应当是参与其中的各方都能获益，而且都能持续获益，百度此做法虽然可以提升搜索与服务的匹配质量，但也提高了商业交易的成本，尤其是平台自己的参与成本。</p>\n<p>如果一个商业生态的主导者是靠自己输血来维持运转，那么这个生态的可持续性究竟如何呢？</p>\n<p><b>04 用完即走、单层次化、收租行为，能力匮乏的背后：流量经营的孱弱\n衡量互联网公司的发展势头好不好，除了看它的财务报表、经营业绩之外，还有一个重\n要的因素——新概念的生产能力。\n俗话说，一分钱气死英雄汉。一个在市场竞争与同行眼中存在感越来越弱的企业，是没有底气去喊出一些新说法的。\n以互联网营销为例，阿里提出了“全域营销”的理论框架，并据此凝练了“AIPL”营销模型；腾讯提出了“全链路营销”；字节跳动提出了一个“5A”链路模型，就连爱奇艺都有自己的链路模型“AACAR”。反观百度，既没有新的营销理论框架，也没有扎眼球的关键词。\n新概念看着事小，其实能从小细节反映出大方面。一个完整的理论框架，必然是对流量闭环的商业模式的完整与精确的呈现，而模型则是向B端市场清晰阐述自己的流量变现与平台赋能的落地执行环节。\n百度之所以在之前既提出不理论框架也凝练不了操作模型，主要原因有两个：一是流量生态无法形成闭环；二是流量变现的单层次化。\n百度最重头戏的产品就是搜索，虽然在桌面互联网时代创造了流量神话，但却埋下了一个顽疾——中转站。\n用户进入百度是为了到达自己的目的地，百度在用户的行为链条中成为一个中转站的角色，让用户在百度生态中的黏性很低，这一点与支付功能软件很相似，即“用完即走”。\n这个问题在桌面互联网时代并不突出，但到了移动互联网时代各大APP都在做流量闭环，用尽各种办法让用户流在自己的生态体系中，在此形势下百度作为中转站的角色不仅有点多余，而且还会在无形中增加用户行为成本，再加上各APP之间数据与流量的割据使得百度作为中转站的效果在急速下降。\n百度作为中转站的角色其实只是一个表象，本质上是百度在移动互联网时代无法形成自己的流量闭环，更为要命的是尽管百度已经意识到这个问题的严重性，但由于其长期做中转站的角色所造成的“收租思维“，使得其在进行新的流量产品开发时仍然秉持着旧的意识。\n比如百度当年涉足电商与外卖领域，仍然是简单地将搜索流量与电商、外卖进行嫁接，结果如何市场已经给出了答案。形不成流量闭环的深层原因，是百度对流量价值发掘以及变现缺乏立体能力，流量闭环的另一面就是商业生态，从商业生态的角度理解就是百度无法在流量链条上实现对用户（B端与C端）的持续性服务能力，这又恰恰回到了之前那个话题——百度以前是收租思维。\n百度的收租思维导致其在以前过于注重流量宽幅以及导流总量，通俗地讲就是更在意入\n站流量的类型丰富性以及入站总量，对于流量进入之后的商业资源匹配与支撑等方面则较为薄弱。\n萝卜快了不洗泥，这就导致一方面各种流量鱼龙混杂、泥沙俱下，另一方面流量的配套与支持严重不足。用户并不能通过百度搜索来解决自身的需求与问题，用户体验越来越差，黏性也越来越低。\n于是我们看到，被诟病已久的莆田系等民营医疗、医美、保健等行业反而在一定时期内成为百度的大金主，这种对劣质流量的来者不拒以及后续商业资源的溃烂不仅导致百度要承担极大的监管与社会舆论风险，也使得百度在用户与广告主中逐渐丧失存在价值。\n但面对颓势与竞争，百度并非一味消极度日，而是一直在积极探索，对营销产品进行系统\n化整合和智能升级，创新IP，直播带货……种种商业新尝试。但这些努力，从目前来仍看坎坷居多，那么为什么会这样？\n02 原生匮乏、外接不足、管理滞后，问诊流量背后的三大秘密\n百度为何会走到今天这个地步？\n这个问题不仅萦绕在百度管理层团队的脑海里，也是一众旁观者们试图搞清楚的谜团。解铃还须系铃人，既然百度是曾经的搜索流量之王，那么我们的问诊就从流量开始。\n甲方财经将从原生、外接、管理三个方面的问题一一详说。\n原生：缺少船票级的流量阵地\n互联网发展至今，共有三波大的流量浪潮，也对应着三批流量船票，分别是：搜索流量、\n社交流量、推荐流量。\n这三种类型的流量船票，任何一个企业只要踩中，妥妥地同时代的头部公司。\n百度很幸运，踩中了搜索流量这一波红利，拿到了船票，自然也成为当时的互联网头部公司；但百度也不幸，由此错过了后来的社交与推荐流量。从目前来看，流量的主要阵地是短视频，抖音与快手拿到了船票。\n百度缺乏对短视频流量的掌控能力，这会导致其无法实现大流量数量的导引，由此会造成与竞争对手来流量获取能力上的根本性差异，这会使得广告主市场对百度的营销能力存疑，削弱百度在B端的发力与拓展，也会限制资本市场对百度营收的想象空间。\n外接：缺少有效的孵化与并购能力\n互联网公司除了自己下场拼杀之外，往往会运用金融投资等手段进行纵横捭阖，因此孵\n化能力就成为衡量互联网公司竞争力的一个重要指标。\n相较于阿里与腾讯，百度在此方面的答卷无疑要弱了很多。阿里对微博等文娱、生活领域的渗透，腾讯对快手、京东等大平台的控制，这些资本层面的并购、控股等不仅为企业带来了丰厚的资产性收益，更为重要的是以资本为跨界纽带高效链接异类流量形态，拼接出最大范围的流量版图与全链条。\n流量在手，天下我有。\n没有人会嫌流量多，流量除了自己努力原创之外，外接流量的能力（范围、种类与规模）意味着互联网企业可以依托流量做更多商业资源的匹配、对接与支撑，流量越大越丰富，能够匹配的资源就越多，能够关联的商业伙伴也就越多，其商业生态体系的抗风险与拒止能力就越强悍。\n百度也曾有过多起孵化与收购行为，但从市场结果来看并不佳，这也导致我们对百度的认知仍然停留在搜索这个标签上。\n管理：理念滞后，缺乏全链路思维\n大互联网平台的流量之争，不仅表现在流量的获取上，还表现在对入站流量的管理效率\n与质量上。\n虽然从名称上看，百度有全平台的流量变现管理工具——凤巢系统，但该系统一直受困于管理层对其定位的摇摆不定，并由此导致其在业务层面、管理权限、归属部门等方面一直频繁变化。\n这种频繁变化会严重削弱团队信心与热情，也会影响技术与产品层面的稳定迭代。反观阿里与腾讯，尽管也出现类似百度那样的频繁内部调整，但这是管理层依据外部竞争环境变化所做出的应对，其目标、定位等都一直保持清晰与稳定。\n摇摆的定位、模糊的态度以及频繁的调整，大大消耗了百度内部的优质资源，也使得其管理团队没有精力与时间去思考如何搭建百度自己的全链路营销，表现到外界就是相较于阿里与腾讯，百度一直未能提出清晰的营销理论框架以及可以落地执行的营销模型。\n03 “百足之虫，死而不僵”，论重现辉煌的可能性\n百度能否重现昨日辉煌？能够在中国互联网发展史上演王者归来的一幕？\n美好的期许需要建立在现实基础上，对百度未来重新辉煌的设想也需要立足百度当下正在做的事，这些事能够支撑起百度未来的王者地位吗？\nAI：一半是海水，一半是火焰\nAI无疑是百度手中最大的王牌，也是目前百度曝光度最高的产品类型。\n我们都知道人工智能是大势所趋，但这个大势落到商业执行层面仍然面临诸多不确定性、仍然需要克服很多问题如消费习惯、市场接受度等。\n百度All in AI 的战略，虽然在资本市场暂时提振了信心和自身股价，但百度目前在AI落地层面偏重B端的做法也使得未来走向变得婆娑迷离。\n自动驾驶、智能工厂等B端产品建设周期长、回报风险高，且难以形成像C端市场的标准化服务能力。百度目前是以赚钱的项目在养活AI这个烧钱项目，其布局更多是一种前瞻性做法，要想转化为现实的竞争优势还需要更多外部环境与前提条件。\n企业百家号：匮乏的B端服务能力\n企业号的市场已经逐渐进入红海，腾讯在微信企业号上已经建立起强大的护城河与优势\n地位。百度推进企业百家号更多是一种跟随者战略。\n市场的头汤已然喝不到了，跟风进入又要面临霸主的挤压。更为重要的是，企业号本身并不只是一套操作系统，背后是对企业服务能力的深层次理解与兑现。\n在百度的技术与产品思维中，最为缺乏的恰恰就是这种围绕B端需求构建自身服务体系的能力，长期以来的收租思维导致百度一直欠缺围绕B端需求进行持续的、完整的、深刻的洞察以及圈层服务能力的搭建与匹配。\n搜索+服务
