More notably, Nio's outlook for the fourth quarter was a big surprise -- it expects to deliver 43,000 to 48,000 vehicles in Q4. Nio plans to deliver nearly 33,000 to 38,000 cars between November and December. Nio's production slowed down in the last quarter, but it still sees a big jump in car deliveries ahead.
