With that in mind, PATH stock has dropped more than 76% since its listing and is down 59% year-to-date (YTD).

The poor performance was mainly due to the slowing growth guidance announced in the fiscal year 2022. Yet, the company beat analyst revenue and earnings per share (EPS) estimates in the past four quarters. The growth stock is also expected to lift net sales this year, up 21.4% year-over-year (YOY) to $892.25 million and by another 31% to $1.08 billion in 2023.

On the flip side, UiPath reported a net loss of $526 million in 2022. The firm also said its non-GAAP adjusted free cash flow was $21.5 million for the year. However, the firm is projected to become cash flow positive in the near term. In fact, UiPath had a comfortable cash position of $1.86 billion in the fiscal year 2022. This is more than enough to sustain its growth prospects for the near future.

Furthermore, after the sharp correction of the stock, analysts give PATH stock a “Moderate Buy” rating — forecasting an average target price of $37.03 per share. However, most of the time, investing in these stocks is betting against the bearish trend of the stock — hoping for a comeback.Timing the equity market is not an easy task, and investors seeking out oversold stocks should define a minimum risk-reward ratio of 1:3. For instance, for every unit of risk, the investment should deliver three units of expected return. In turn, contrarian investors could gain big if the timing is just right. But most of the time, the bearish momentum takes over any virtuous news, making investments in oversold stocks risky. To identify oversold stocks, I have looked for the companies with a poor performance in the past months, with relatively low valuation multiples, and with a positive or neutral analyst rating. Most of these oversold stocks are high-growth companies operating in the tech industry. Tech valuations plummeted in the past months, due to excessive valuation metrics and a degrading macro environment, where rising interest rates and inflation prompt concerns over a potential economic recession in the next quarters. With that in mind, here are seven oversold stocks to buy before they rebound.Oversold Stocks to Buy: UiPath Source: dennizn/Shutterstock.comUiPath is a relatively new tech company that went public in April 2021. And to add to investor worries, the company just announced it is shutting down its e-commerce operation in India.

These recent headwinds may worry some investors enough to stay away from the stock, but for those with patience, Sea presents a great opportunity.

Is international expansion hitting a roadblock?

Sea has shrewdly established the key pillars of its business -- Garena, Shopee, and Sea Money -- to take advantage of three global megatrends: gaming, e-commerce, and digital financial services, respectively. The company established its roots in Southeast Asia and quickly emerged into a global player, extending its presence into South America and Europe.

Its global expansion seemed to be going well, but on March 6, Sea announced that it was closing its Shopee business in France, which was a surprise for investors but largely viewed as a mere blip in the long-term plan. The news that really raised investors' eyebrows came on March 28 when Sea announced it is pulling the curtains on its e-commerce operations in India.

Why would Sea exit potentially one of the largest markets in the world and derail its growth prospects? In the backdrop of its recent stock performance -- and the growing uncertainty around the economic environment with rising inflation and a major war -- many investors may be losing faith in the company.

Digging deeper may offer some clues

The seeds of Sea's exit from India may have been sown around Feb. 2022. The Indian government, citing national security and user data privacy concerns, banned 54 Chinese mobile apps. This ban included Free Fire, Garena's wildly popular battle royale mobile game. The immediate question from many familiar with Sea was: Why was Free Fire banned, when Sea is a Singaporean company, not a Chinese one.

One likely reason is that Tencent Holdings, the Chinese entertainment giant, has an 18.7% stake in Sea. That relationship likely raised enough red flags for the Indian government. It is interesting to note regulators permitted Free Fire Max, the premium version of Free Fire, to continue operations in India.

So how does the above event lead to Sea's India exit for Shopee? Free Fire is at the center of Sea's playbook of international expansion -- the company attracts a large user base with its engrossing video game, learns about users' online habits, and creates opportunities to promote its e-commerce and digital payment services. Additionally, Garena designed Free Fire to run flawlessly even on low-end smartphones, ensuring the game can reach the majority of the population in developing countries.

Free Fire Max doesn't have the same reach as it requires mobile phones with higher-end configurations. Not having Free Fire to lay the foundation in India threw a wrench in Sea's proven formula for expansion.

Finally, no one knows how the political situation between India and China may unfold. India may not ban Shopee today, but that doesn't mean it won't do so in the future. For Shopee to succeed in this highly competitive market, it would need to invest significantly, and the risk underlying that investment is simply too high. All factors considered, Sea's move to shutter its e-commerce operation in India looks like a smart and proactive business decision.

Robust execution and long runway bode well

Sea's founder and CEO Forrest Li has led the company brilliantly. Gamers now enjoy Free Fire in over 130 countries as Shopee launched in four countries in Latin America, three countries in Europe, and in China -- all in the past two and a half years. Free Fire has been the highest-grossing mobile app for 10 consecutive quarters in Southeast Asia and Latin America, according to data.ai. Sea's total revenue grew a whopping 128% in 2021 to reach $10 billion. Gross profits for the same period increased 189% to $3.9 billion.

The company is investing heavily to expand into new markets, and as a result, net losses also grew 26% during the year to $2.0 billion. However, Li believes that by 2025, the cash generated by Shopee and Sea Money, the primary beneficiaries of Sea's investments, collectively will enable these two businesses to substantially self-fund their own long-term growth.

The global opportunity for Sea remains large. Southeast Asia, Sea's core market, is one of the world's fastest-growing regions with a population rising over 50% faster than the United States' and a GDP increasing more than twice as quickly. An expanding middle-class, rising average household incomes, and rapidly spreading cellphone and internet usage are creating more shoppers in the seven Southeast Asian countries where Sea operates.

The company is also gaining major traction in Brazil, the sixth-largest country by population. Shopee Brazil recorded more than 140 million orders in the fourth quarter, growing at close to 400% year over year. The company is also making headways in other South American countries.

Despite shutting down its e-commerce operation in India, Sea is projecting Shopee's revenue to grow 76% in 2022, while Sea Money grows 155%. These are very impressive numbers that underscore Sea's global scale and its ability to overcome hurdles in its growth trajectory.

Now may be a good time to board the ship

Management is forecasting a decline in bookings for Garena this year, which is understandable as the company faces the near-term headwinds of reopening economies across the world and Free Fire's ban in India. But Li remains aspirational and focused on the long-term prospects of the company.

Responding to the over 65% drop in the company's share price, Li assured employees in an email: "Do not fear: we are in a strong position internally, and we are clear on our next steps. This is short-term pain that we have to endure to truly maximise our long-term potential." Lee went on to say: "The scale of our ambition remains unchanged: to make a long-lasting mark in history."

Sea has successfully entered multiple international markets. The company is carefully assessing its opportunity in each region and making shrewd decisions to either expand or exit those markets. And to add to investor worries, the company just announced it is shutting down its e-commerce operation in India. These recent headwinds may worry some investors enough to stay away from the stock, but for those with patience, Sea presents a great opportunity.Image source: Getty Images. Is international expansion hitting a roadblock?Sea has shrewdly established the key pillars of its business -- Garena, Shopee, and Sea Money -- to take advantage of three global megatrends: gaming, e-commerce, and digital financial services, respectively. In the backdrop of its recent stock performance -- and the growing uncertainty around the economic environment with rising inflation and a major war -- many investors may be losing faith in the company.Digging deeper may offer some cluesThe seeds of Sea's exit from India may have been sown around Feb. 2022. The Indian government, citing national security and user data privacy concerns, banned 54 Chinese mobile apps. This ban included Free Fire, Garena's wildly popular battle royale mobile game. The immediate question from many familiar with Sea was: Why was Free Fire banned, when Sea is a Singaporean company, not a Chinese one.One likely reason is that Tencent Holdings, the Chinese entertainment giant, has an 18.7% stake in Sea. Additionally, Garena designed Free Fire to run flawlessly even on low-end smartphones, ensuring the game can reach the majority of the population in developing countries.Free Fire Max doesn't have the same reach as it requires mobile phones with higher-end configurations. All factors considered, Sea's move to shutter its e-commerce operation in India looks like a smart and proactive business decision.Robust execution and long runway bode wellSea's founder and CEO Forrest Li has led the company brilliantly. The company is also making headways in other South American countries.Despite shutting down its e-commerce operation in India, Sea is projecting Shopee's revenue to grow 76% in 2022, while Sea Money grows 155%. These are very impressive numbers that underscore Sea's global scale and its ability to overcome hurdles in its growth trajectory. Now may be a good time to board the shipManagement is forecasting a decline in bookings for Garena this year, which is understandable as the company faces the near-term headwinds of reopening economies across the world and Free Fire's ban in India. But Li remains aspirational and focused on the long-term prospects of the company.Responding to the over 65% drop in the company's share price, Li assured employees in an email: \"Do not fear: we are in a strong position internally, and we are clear on our next steps. This is short-term pain that we have to endure to truly maximise our long-term potential.\" Lee went on to say: \"The scale of our ambition remains unchanged: to make a long-lasting mark in history.\"Sea has successfully entered multiple international markets. The company is carefully assessing its opportunity in each region and making shrewd decisions to either expand or exit those markets. Sea's strategy of failing fast leads to efficient capital allocation for the company and bodes well for its future. It is still executing well, and despite its exit from India has a long runway in front of it.Data by YCharts. As a result of the sell-off, shares are trading at a three-year low price-to-sales valuation of 6.6 as of this writing. Taking a small position in Sea should serve patient investors with a long-term focus very Micro Devices is pulling back, putting the key $100 in play. Will it hold? The semiconductor","content":"

Advanced Micro Devices is pulling back, putting the key $100 in play. Will it hold?

The semiconductor group has become a bellwether industry to watch for stock market investors. As such, Nvidia, Advanced Micro Devices(AMD) and others are now at the forefront of many investors’ trading screens.

AMD and Nvidia did a tremendous job bucking the bear market in the fourth quarter, surging to all-time highs. Eventually, the selling caught up with them though.

Shares of AMD came tumbling down in January, ultimately bottoming near $100 in late January. This was a robust support zone, not just because of it being psychologically relevant, but because it was a big breakout level for AMD.

Since then, we’ve seen dips down to the low-$100s in February and March. However, each rally from this support zone seems to lose steam.

It’s got investors wondering if a potentially larger dip could be in store.

For now though, it continues to hold. AMD stock traded down to $101.71 this morning and is now trying to bounce. Despite the fundamental strength behind these companies’ businesses, investors are focused on something else at the moment: Fear.

Trading AMD Stock

Daily chart of AMD stock.

AMD has been a hot stock lately. So have many semiconductors. That doesn’t mean they can’t come under pressure though.

On Tuesday, I noted the importance of last week’s low at $106.10. If AMD were to lose that level, it would open the door down to the $100 support area.

Notice on the daily chart — which spans about 15 months — just how critical this area has been. It was resistance in January 2021, then a major breakout zone in the summer. When AMD finally cooled off, this former resistance mark was significant support.

That paved the way for AMD stock to surge to record highs.

Now struggling to regain momentum, keep a close eye on this zone. If it fails, it could open the door down the low $90s. Will it hold? The semiconductor group has become a bellwether industry to watch for stock market investors. As such, Nvidia, Advanced Micro Devices(AMD) and others are now at the forefront of many investors’ trading screens.AMD and Nvidia did a tremendous job bucking the bear market in the fourth quarter, surging to all-time highs. Eventually, the selling caught up with them though.Shares of AMD came tumbling down in January, ultimately bottoming near $100 in late January. This was a robust support zone, not just because of it being psychologically relevant, but because it was a big breakout level for AMD.Since then, we’ve seen dips down to the low-$100s in February and March. However, each rally from this support zone seems to lose steam. It’s got investors wondering if a potentially larger dip could be in store. For now though, it continues to hold. AMD stock traded down to $101.71 this morning and is now trying to bounce. Despite the fundamental strength behind these companies’ businesses, investors are focused on something else at the moment: Fear.Trading AMD StockDaily chart of AMD stock.AMD has been a hot stock lately. So have many semiconductors. That doesn’t mean they can’t come under pressure though. On Tuesday, I noted the importance of last week’s low at $106.10. If AMD were to lose that level, it would open the door down to the $100 support area.Notice on the daily chart — which spans about 15 months — just how critical this area has been. Further, its failure at $100 would not be a great signal for Nvidia and other semiconductor stocks. On the upside, let’s see how AMD stock handles the $107.50 area. That’s roughly the 61.8% retracement of this entire range, but also comes into play around the low for the past few sessions.Back up through that area and the short-term daily moving averages will be in play. It brings Cruise's war chest to more than $10 billion, according to Cruise CEO Dan Ammann.\n″$10 billion. It’s a big number. However, when you think about what we’re building - safer, cleaner, and more accessible transportation for the world - you quickly realize it’s also a necessary number,” Ammann said in a blog post. “This is an incredibly exciting time for Cruise.”\nUltimately, GM Finance is providing Cruise credit instead of the company attempting to raise outside capital, which it has done in the past. GM acquired Cruise in 2016. Since then, it has brought on investors such as Honda Motor, SoftBank Vision Fund and, more recently, Walmart and Microsoft.\nThis past month, Cruise said GM began assembly of 100 pre-production Cruise Origin vehicles that will be built this summer for validation testing.\nThe Origin, which wasunveiled in January 2020, is the company’s first vehicle specifically designed to operate without a driver on board. It does not have manual controls such as pedals or a steering wheel.\nThe new credit line and pre-production model announcements follow Cruise earlier this month becoming the first autonomous vehicle developer to obtain a permit from the California Public Utilities Commission to givepassengers rides in prototype robotaxis.\nCommercializing autonomous vehicles has been far more challenging than many predicted even a few years ago. The challenges have led to a consolidation in the autonomous vehicle sector after years of enthusiasm touting the technology as the next multitrillion-dollar market for transportation companies.\nCruise was expected to launch a ride-hailing service for the public in San Francisco in 2019. The company delayed those plans that year to conduct further testing. It has been operating an employee ride-hailing service with a current fleet of autonomous vehicles in San Francisco for several years.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":113,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9060313209,"gmtCreate":1651102664442,"gmtModify":1676534848954,"author":{"id":"3580815284153766","authorId":"3580815284153766","name":"kweichap","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/218367c434fa0f84bca9e8b961d076ad","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3580815284153766","authorIdStr":"3580815284153766"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Go DIS","listText":"Go DIS","text":"Go DIS","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9060313209","repostId":"1151889892","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1151889892","kind":"news","pubTimestamp":1651069683,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/1151889892?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2022-04-27 22:28","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Disney Stock: Intriguing Value amid Negativity Storm","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1151889892","media":"TipRanks","summary":"Disney (DIS) stock has looks oversold over the past few weeks. Things went from bad to ugly last week, as the stock fell in sync with Netflix (NFLX), which experienced its first round of subscriber losses in around a decade.Exacerbating the downfall in Disney stock was the broader market sell-off, and perfect storm of negative headlines surrounding the “Don’t Say Gay” bill. With stocks retesting their March 2022 lows over fears of a rate-hike-induced recession, and a worsening of the crisis going on in Ukraine, investors have been quick to throw in the towel on DIS stock. What many investors may be neglecting, though, are some of the potential positives that headlines seem to be ignoring these days. I’m bullish on Disney.Headwinds Won’t Last ForeverNear- and medium-term headwinds tend to overpower strong long-term fundamentals.Though streaming is no longer the “sexy” growth market to be in anymore, I do think the reaction in DIS stock was overblown. If anything, weakness in Netflix signals that the top spot in streaming is up for grabs. In that regard, Disney+ looks like a contender to steal the spot with its enviable library of content, and incredible pipeline.Though streaming could cool as we run face-first into a rate-induced economic slowdown or recession, there is reason to believe that Disney+ can take share in the market.I think Disney is in better shape than Netflix to make a run for the top. Though the passing of the torch has not yet happened, I would not be surprised if Disney+ and Hulu were to close the gap on Netflix, regardless of what type of market environment we’re put in come 2023.The power of the Disney brand will shine through.Black and BlueThings have spiraled out of control of late. For a blue-chip darling like Disney, it’s a scary time for shareholders, with the stock now down around 42% from its peak. The DeSantis-Disney battle brings forth a cloud of uncertainty for its DisneyWorld theme park. Add the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and the potential for future capacity reductions into the equation, and there are more than a handful of reasons to throw in the towel on Disney stock.Fortunately, I think that Disney+ and theme parks will have an opportunity to flex their muscles again, possibly once the worst of recession fears are baked in.Currently, investors are bracing themselves for a rate-hike storm that could jeopardize the economy’s robust growth.Recession Risk?Though the U.S. Federal Reserve has been keen on healing employment, it may have no choice but to raise the bar on rates while stomaching some reversal in employment trends.Disney stock doesn’t fare too well during such downturns, when consumers are forced to tighten the budget. After having done nothing in five years, it seems like nothing short of a bear-case scenario is baked in, and for good reason. When a barrage of bad news strikes at once, there are negative catalysts to fuel the negative momentum.Instead of worrying about the fate of DisneyWorld’s special status or Netflix’s weak results, it seems wiser to focus on the long-term future of parks and the streaming platform. With potential bundling opportunities across services, it wouldn’t be out of the ordinary to see Netflix be dethroned by Disney in as little as a few years. Disney has a lot to offer, and it can provide a value proposition in the streaming space that could prove difficult to match.Sure, Disney+ will face bumps in the road, as Netflix will once the pain of higher rates is felt.Regardless, it’s likely the fierce competition from Disney that may have Netflix stock on its knees this year.CEO Bob Chapek has done many things right with Disney’s streaming push, but the true rewards from the effort are unlikely to be realized over a near- or even medium-term basis.Wall Street’s TakeAccording to TipRanks, DIS stock comes in as a Strong Buy. Out of 18 analyst ratings, there are 16 Buy recommendations, and five Hold recommendations. The average Disney price target is $184.95, implying 62.6% upside potential. Analyst price targets range from a low of $140 per share to a high of $229 per share.Bottom Line on Disney StockDisney stock has already crashed so violently. It’s been non-stop negatives hitting the house of mouse. Eventually, the negative catalysts will subside, and the lack of such could propel the stock higher. For now, the market views shares as guilty until proven innocent. What will it take to reverse course? Perhaps better-than-feared numbers out of streaming, and a more upbeat guide.Even if a recession weighs on the streaming industry through 2023, look for Disney to continue putting its foot on the gas to take share.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":370,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9082866973,"gmtCreate":1650550813510,"gmtModify":1676534749908,"author":{"id":"3580815284153766","authorId":"3580815284153766","name":"kweichap","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/218367c434fa0f84bca9e8b961d076ad","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3580815284153766","authorIdStr":"3580815284153766"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"395?","listText":"395?","text":"395?","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/9082866973","repostId":"1170791422","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":219,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":9082868215,"gmtCreate":1650550772444,"gmtModify":1676534749901,"author":{"id":"3580815284153766","authorId":"3580815284153766","name":"kweichap","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/218367c434fa0f84bca9e8b961d076ad","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3580815284153766","authorIdStr":"3580815284153766"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"<a
