$Ascott Trust(HMN.SI)$Decided against buying Ascott for now as I’m not optimistic that the hospitality sector would recover in the near term given the current Covid situation. Ascott markets include Europe, Japan, SE Asia and Australia which are still somewhat affected. Would probably wait for a while to see how the pandemic pan out before deciding again.
