$AMC Entertainment(AMC)$ My 2-cent on naked shorts. Shouldn't there be a limit to how much FTD an agency can have during a period of time, example, 10k shares per year? Or there's no limit to it? Is there any penalty when an agency FTD when they hit a threshold That FTD? The regulations on naked short are lacking and no one bothers to do anything even when it have become a problem. Should this carry on, I will definately loss confidence trading stock that are on NYSE.

It's not surprising the delivery fell short with the interest hike shooting up. Fact is, every car maker have the same problem, it's not Tesla alone. People will prefers the interest rate to drop before taking a loan to buy a new car. Seems there are still have quite a lot of short position on Tesla 🤔.

Of course Tesla will go down, stock price depends a lot on views of investors. However, as a company, they have far better futurethan the rest of the automakers. Their innovations and ability to not only dream of tech, but fulfill them. Non of the other automakers can hold a candle to them, in fact, which automaker company actually comes up with their own stuff for the pass decade? Most of them just copy what they can from Tesla and add a bit of what they already have. The reason Tesla stock price will go down is because of the interest rate, when it comes down, and itwill, Tesla stock will go up again. This is the year for EVs and charging network company.
