The company offers a range of investment accounts, including ISAs, pensions and general investment accounts. Its rivals include the likes of Wealthsimple, Moneyfarm and Moneybox.\nJPMorgan CEOJamie Dimonsaid last year that he would be \"much more aggressive\" in searching for acquisitions to help the biggest U.S. bank by assets add capabilities. He may have been motivated by the deals that rivalMorgan Stanleyhas made in recent years – spending$20 billionto snap up E-Trade and Eaton Vance.\nDimon has also talked about girding JPMorgan against both fintech players likePayPaland Big Tech firms includingAlphabet.\nBy striking out a digital-first effort in the U.K., the bank can expand outside the U.S., where it has an extensive network of physical branches and leading positions across retail and institutional businesses. Those efforts could eventually be applied beyond the U.K., the bank has said previously.\n\"We are building Chase in the U.K. from scratch using the very latest technology and putting the customer's experience at the heart of our offering, principles that Nutmeg shares with us,\" Sanoke Viswanathan, CEO of international consumer at JPMorgan, said in the statement.\n\"We look forward to positioning their award winning products alongside our own, and continuing to support their innovative work in retail wealth management.\"\nThe deal comes months after the two companies announced apartnershipthat allowed the fintech firm to offer ETFs created with help from JPMorgan, the biggest U.S. bank by assets.\nThis isn't the first time JPMorgan has bought a fintech firm after initially partnering with it. In December, JPMorgansaid it was acquiring55ip, a Boston-based start-up that helps financial advisors automate the construction of tax-efficient portfolios.\nNutmeg CEO Neil Alexander said customers should \"expect the same level of transparency, convenience and service that helped make us a leading digital wealth manager in the U.K.\"\n\"Britain is home to an increasingly crowded retail banking market, with challengers like Revolut, Monzo and Starling gaining a following thanks to their digital-only checking accounts,\" he added.\nThe U.K.'s fintech market is thought to be one of the world's largest, attracting $4.1 billion in venture capital funding last year, according to industry body Innovate Finance.\nInstead of using investment technology already developed in the U.S., the bank opted instead to purchase the 10-year old start-up. That's because the U.K. and Europe have different regulatory requirements, the companies said. JPMorgan's U.S.-based automated investing service You Invest has garnered about$50 billionin assets, Dimon revealed this week.\nJPMorgan Securities acted as JPMorgan's financial advisor for the transaction, while Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer served as legal counsel. Nutmeg was advised by Arma Partners as financial advisor and Taylor Wessing as legal counsel.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":245,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":373130636,"gmtCreate":1618829280125,"gmtModify":1704715460340,"author":{"id":"3581888861707368","authorId":"3581888861707368","name":"Maddylau","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/7ee3e87920b91a035f0b156dd990cebc","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3581888861707368","idStr":"3581888861707368"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Oh!","listText":"Oh!","text":"Oh!","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/373130636","repostId":"2128315893","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"2128315893","kind":"highlight","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"Dow Jones publishes the world’s most trusted business news and financial information in a variety of media.","home_visible":0,"media_name":"Dow Jones","id":"106","head_image":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/150f88aa4d182df19190059f4a365e99"},"pubTimestamp":1618828860,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/2128315893?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2021-04-19 18:41","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Tesla stock falls 1.7% premarket, after surging 19.6% over the previous 3 sessions","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=2128315893","media":"Dow Jones","summary":"MW Tesla stock falls 1.7% premarket, after surging 19.6% over the previous 3 sessions.","content":"
MW Tesla stock falls 1.7% premarket, after surging 19.6% over the previous 3 sessions.
","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n<meta http-equiv=\"Content-Type\" content=\"text/html; Meanwhile, along with the aforementioned catalysts of content releases, positives could come from potential buybacksand the company'scrackdown on password sharing.
\n
It's using a multiple of 8.5x 2022 enterprise value/sales to arrive at a target price of $650.
\n
Loop Capital is also at $650, and while it expects tough first-half comps, it's sticking with a belief that Netflix can add 30M subs a year through 2025. And those additional subs require less content investment, which should be a boon for margins. Netflix should have double the subs and five times the revenue of its nearest competitor when March figures come to light, it says.
\n
Needham's Laura Martin is staying downbeat. The cut in consumer time dedicated to digital activities this year should have a negative impact disproportionate to the actual decline in time spent, she writes, and she's concerned about churn as a problem along with a mix shift toward lower-priced international regions.
\n
And with hot competition stacking up, she believes Netflix will need to offer another lower-priced tier - and she's calling for it to come with an advertising load of 5-6 minutes per hour on top of a $5-$7/month charge, an ad move that hasn't been in the cards for the company just yet. Meanwhile, along with the aforementioned catalysts of content releases, positives could come from potential buybacksand the company'scrackdown on password sharing.\nIt's using a multiple of 8.5x 2022 enterprise value/sales to arrive at a target price of $650.\nLoop Capital is also at $650, and while it expects tough first-half comps, it's sticking with a belief that Netflix can add 30M subs a year through 2025. And those additional subs require less content investment, which should be a boon for margins. Netflix should have double the subs and five times the revenue of its nearest competitor when March figures come to light, it says.\nNeedham's Laura Martin is staying downbeat. The cut in consumer time dedicated to digital activities this year should have a negative impact disproportionate to the actual decline in time spent, she writes, and she's concerned about churn as a problem along with a mix shift toward lower-priced international regions.\nAnd with hot competition stacking up, she believes Netflix will need to offer another lower-priced tier - and she's calling for it to come with an advertising load of 5-6 minutes per hour on top of a $5-$7/month charge, an ad move that hasn't been in the cards for the company just yet. She has an Underperform rating.\nConsensus expectations are for Netflix EPS of $2.98 on revenues of $7.13B.\nA research firm is finding data that suggestNetflix's churn is staying low in recent months. But hot competition is a reality, withAmazon Prime Video looking to match Netflix's billions in content spending.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":264,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":373036857,"gmtCreate":1618801161079,"gmtModify":1704715046227,"author":{"id":"3581888861707368","authorId":"3581888861707368","name":"Maddylau","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/7ee3e87920b91a035f0b156dd990cebc","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3581888861707368","idStr":"3581888861707368"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Wonderful ","listText":"Wonderful ","text":"Wonderful","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/373036857","repostId":"1162662309","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1162662309","kind":"news","pubTimestamp":1618762645,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/1162662309?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2021-04-19 00:17","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Stocks To Watch: Apple Event, Disney Callout And Earnings Blitz","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1162662309","media":"seekingalpha","summary":"Welcome to Seeking Alpha's Stocks to Watch - a preview of key events scheduled for the this week. Check outSeeking Alpha's Catalyst Watch for a detailed list of events to watch.

Barron's mentions: Disney(NYSE:DIS)makes the cover of Barron's this week as the media giant is given credit for positioning itself for post-COVID growth. Disney is said to have come out ahead after CEO Bob Chapek and team faced the severest of financial stress tests. \"When parks and theaters emptied out a year ago, costs kept rolling in, and the fastest-growing part of the business, streaming, was consuming cash—as it still is. Yet, Disney generated $3.6 billion in free cash during its fiscal year ended last September. It’s seen producing $3.3 billion this year before the numbers begin a sharp rebound,\" notes Jack Hough. While the movie business is still sputtering to restart and the TV business is seen holding steady at best, streaming results have shattered forecasts. Disney+ smashed expectations in piling up 100M in less than 18 months, compared to the 10 years it took Netflix to hit that level. Disney is targeting 300M to 350M subscribers by 2024 across all of its streaming platforms, including Hulu, ESPN+, Hotstar in India, and Star+ in Latin America (launches in June). PetIQ(NASDAQ:PETQ)and O'Reilly Automotive(NASDAQ:ORLY)also land favorable write-ups this week.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":374,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":161457452,"gmtCreate":1623938989876,"gmtModify":1703824056229,"author":{"id":"3581888861707368","authorId":"3581888861707368","name":"Maddylau","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/7ee3e87920b91a035f0b156dd990cebc","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3581888861707368","authorIdStr":"3581888861707368"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Nice","listText":"Nice","text":"Nice","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/161457452","repostId":"1100748723","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1100748723","kind":"news","pubTimestamp":1623934162,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/1100748723?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2021-06-17 20:49","market":"us","language":"en","title":"JPMorgan to buy UK digital wealth manager Nutmeg","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1100748723","media":"cnbc","summary":"LONDON —JPMorgan Chasesaid Thursday it has agreed to buy British online investment management platfo","content":"
\n
LONDON —JPMorgan Chasesaid Thursday it has agreed to buy British online investment management platform Nutmeg for an undisclosed sum.\nThe U.S. banking giant said the deal, which is still subject to ...
\n\nWeb Link\n\n
\n","source":"cnbc_highlight","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n<meta http-equiv=\"Content-Type\" content=\"text/html; The company offers a range of investment accounts, including ISAs, pensions and general investment accounts. Nutmeg was advised by Arma Partners as financial advisor and Taylor Wessing as legal counsel.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":245,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":373130636,"gmtCreate":1618829280125,"gmtModify":1704715460340,"author":{"id":"3581888861707368","authorId":"3581888861707368","name":"Maddylau","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/7ee3e87920b91a035f0b156dd990cebc","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3581888861707368","authorIdStr":"3581888861707368"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Oh!","listText":"Oh!","text":"Oh!","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/373130636","repostId":"2128315893","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"2128315893","kind":"highlight","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"Dow Jones publishes the world’s most trusted business news and financial information in a variety of media.","home_visible":0,"media_name":"Dow Jones","id":"106","head_image":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/150f88aa4d182df19190059f4a365e99"},"pubTimestamp":1618828860,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/2128315893?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2021-04-19 18:41","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Tesla stock falls 1.7% premarket, after surging 19.6% over the previous 3 sessions","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=2128315893","media":"Dow Jones","summary":"MW Tesla stock falls 1.7% premarket, after surging 19.6% over the previous 3 sessions.","content":"
She has an Underperform rating.
\n
Consensus expectations are for Netflix EPS of $2.98 on revenues of $7.13B.
\n
A research firm is finding data that suggestNetflix's churn is staying low in recent months. But hot competition is a reality, withAmazon Prime Video looking to match Netflix's billions in content spending.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":264,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":373033793,"gmtCreate":1618800961612,"gmtModify":1704715042174,"author":{"id":"3581888861707368","authorId":"3581888861707368","name":"Maddylau","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/7ee3e87920b91a035f0b156dd990cebc","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3581888861707368","authorIdStr":"3581888861707368"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Interesting ","listText":"Interesting ","text":"Interesting","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://ttm.financial/post/373033793","repostId":"2128635768","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"2128635768","kind":"highlight","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"Reuters.com brings you the latest news from around the world, covering breaking news in markets, business, politics, entertainment and technology","home_visible":1,"media_name":"Reuters","id":"1036604489","head_image":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/443ce19704621c837795676028cec868"},"pubTimestamp":1618784045,"share":"https://ttm.financial/m/news/2128635768?lang=&edition=fundamental","pubTime":"2021-04-19 06:14","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Facebook to announce new audio products on Monday - Recode","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=2128635768","media":"Reuters","summary":"April 18 (Reuters) - Facebook will announce a series of products under the umbrella of \"social audio","content":"
April 18 (Reuters) - Facebook will announce a series of products under the umbrella of \"social audio\" on Monday, including its take on audio-chat app Clubhouse and a push into podcast discovery and distribution, Recode reported on Sunday.
\n
These plans include an audio version of Rooms, a video-conferencing product Facebook launched a year ago.
