href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/TSLA\">特斯拉</a>却因突然而来的监管调查，遭遇暴击。</p>\n<p>8月16日，美国政府监管机构国家公路交通安全管理局(NHTSA)对特斯拉驾驶辅助系统（Autopilot）展开正式的安全调查。NHTSA表示，调查原因在于Autopilot“难以识别停放在路边的紧急车辆”。</p>\n<p>或受此影响，特斯拉股价当天下跌5%，8月17日继续下跌3%。截至发稿，特斯拉股价跌至665.71美元，本周以来特斯拉股价已经下跌了7%，市值蒸发379亿美元（约合人民币2458亿元）。</p>\n<p>Autopilot无疑是特斯拉引以为傲的核心竞争力，作为特斯拉的CEO，一直以来，被贴上“技术狂人”标签的马斯克都不遗余力地宣传特斯拉的Autopilot。</p>\n<p>今年4月，特斯拉发布了2021年第一季度的《车辆安全数据报告》，马斯克引用该报告数据并评论称，如今使用Autopilot的特斯拉发生事故的几率比一般车辆要低10倍。而另一边，接连发生的事故也将矛头指向了特斯拉自动驾驶或存在过度宣传的嫌疑。</p>\n<p>有意思的是，在特斯拉遭到调查后，一向看空特斯拉的浑水创始人卡森·布洛克（Carson Block）却突然“黑转粉”，称其永远不会再做空特斯拉或马斯克，他表示，“ 一定程度的吹嘘是必要的，甚至在生活中也是可取的 。”</p>\n<p><b>1</b></p>\n<p><b>特斯拉禁得起调查吗？</b></p>\n<p>对于此次调查，NHTSA表示，从2018年1月以来，该部门已确认了11起与特斯拉Autopilot或“交通感知巡航控制”（TACC）系统有关的车祸，涉及11起事故，共造成1人死亡和17人受伤。</p>\n<p>此外，NHTSA还表示，特斯拉的自动辅助驾驶系统也经常被司机们误用，包括酒后驾车乃至在高速公路上行驶时坐在后排座位上等。</p>\n<p>按计划，NHTSA将会调查特斯拉使用Autopilot操作时“用于监控、协助和强制驾驶员参与”驾驶的技术，同时评估车辆对识别障碍物的能力，并对事故周围环境进行调查。</p>\n<p>事实上，这不是特斯拉首次遭遇政府监管部门调查，和此前不同的是，此次涉及特斯拉车辆的规模达到76.5万辆，涵盖了2014年—2021年生产的Model 3、Model X、Model S和Model (Bryant Walker Smith) 表示，事故已经说明了特斯拉Autopilot系统存在一些关键问题。</p>\n<p>之后无论是NHTSA发起的调查，还是美国国家运输安全委员会 (NTSB) 批评特斯拉对Autopilot缺乏系统保障，一切都指向特斯拉自动驾驶技术可能存在的问题。</p>\n<p>在软件定义汽车的趋势下，某种程度上，特斯拉之所以能够成为全球市值最高的车企，就在于其先进的自动驾驶能力。即便马斯克的“完全自动驾驶”目标不断跳票，但这并不影响特斯拉在自动驾驶领域领头羊的地位。</p>\n<p>不过2020年底，特斯拉发给加州机动车管理局的两封电子邮件，则直接戳破了特斯拉一直以来画下的L5级“大饼”。特斯拉承认FSD和Autopilot一样，都只是L2级自动辅助驾驶系统，同时表示FSD Beta版不适用完全无人驾驶。</p>\n<p>理想和现实的巨大差距也将特斯拉从神坛拽下。对于不少传统车企和新造车来说，具备L2级别的车型并不少，此前本田更是发布了具备L3水平的量产车型Legend。</p>\n<p><b>2</b></p>\n<p><b>车企CEO发声不应过度营销</b></p>\n<p>除了特斯拉，近期一位<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/NIO\">蔚来</a>车主在驾驶蔚来ES8汽车启用自动驾驶功能（NOP领航状态）后，发生交通事故罹难。虽然目前该案件仍未有最终定论，但蔚来也因此被推至风口浪尖。</p>\n<p>与此同时，人们对于自动驾驶安全性的质疑也冲击着整个<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/5RE.SI\">智能</a>汽车行业。</p>\n<p>一直以来，在智能汽车时代，自动驾驶功能都是各大车企宣传的重点。无论是发布会现场还是销售端，自动驾驶都是作为产品的核心卖点被推向受众。</p>\n<p>如今随着事故的发生，关于自动驾驶的界定和宣传也引起了业内的新一轮讨论。</p>\n<p>“呼吁媒体和行业机构统一自动驾驶的中文名词的标准。一个多余的中文字也不要有，避免夸张的宣传造成用户使用的误解。”<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/LI\">理想汽车</a>CEO李想在朋友圈发文表示，要在推广上克制，在技术上投入，对用户、行业、企业都长期有利。</p>\n<p>领投哪吒汽车D轮融资的360董事长周鸿祎也随即转发表示赞同。在周鸿祎看来，人工智能不是营销话术，自动驾驶无人驾驶还有很多路要走很多坑要填，不能为了营销误导用户。</p>\n<p>爱驰汽车创始人付强以及威马汽车CEO沈晖相继对车辆辅助驾驶功能发布看法，付强认为目前量产车型没有一款是自动驾驶车型，但汽车智能化的趋势不可逆，这需要全行业的共识和努力。</p>\n<p>事实上，作为自动驾驶领域的先行者，特斯拉也一直被质疑过度宣传期自动驾驶功能。去年7月，德国慕尼黑法院判定特斯拉在德国的广告宣传误导消费者，令其今后不得再声称或暗示车辆具备自动驾驶功能。</p>\n<p>在该案件中，法院认为特斯拉不断宣传自动驾驶后，会让普通消费者认为车辆可以在没有人为干预的情况下自主行驶。但现实是，目前特斯拉的自动驾驶辅助功能显然达不到该标准。</p>\n<p>“目前最大的问题是消费者对自动驾驶出现风险的意识不足，在自动驾驶尚未完全成熟下，过度信赖自动驾驶是有风险的。”乘联会秘书长崔东树表示，企业有责任告知消费者，自动驾驶尚未替代人工驾驶，驾驶员必须随时接管车辆控制权。</p>","source":"lsy1578367390233","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE
