$Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing(TSM)$   US counters plunged suddenly. Even TSMC also can't hold it. It was progressing well towards $205 level. Oh no. What's going on with this US Fed ? Thought it was good news with the 25 basic pts cut. Though might be fewer cuts in 2025 subject to inflation data. Really strong and unrealistic expectations these days causing the markets to be quite volatile indeed. However, might be good opportunities arising for certain strong and good counters. Hope markets and sentiment will recover progressively. Cheers.

$TSM 20241213 195.0 CALL$   My first Option Call (TSMC) sold at last date of expiry. Made a minor profit. It is quite volatile indeed that referenced closely to TSMC share price. It is more for short term investment. Cheers. Let me know if any feedbacks. Have a good weekend.

I recalled my Mapletree PanAsia Com Tr; N2IU was trading at up to $1.53 in late Sep 2024. I tried to sell it but didn't manage to get it done at $1.53. After that the price kept moving southwards. Until today it is abt $1.21 which is abt 21% discount from that peak. Fortunately the dividend is still considered reasonable as compared to other counters, i.e. abt 7% at $1.22. Hence, it could be retained as longer term investment. In fact most investors would keep it for long term dividend distribution. But 1 lesson could be learnt from this scenario. If we want to sell off certain counter due to target achieved for example, just get it done even with 1c queue lower or last done selling price if possible. Otherwise profit could be eroded badly from a hindsight perspective. Nevertheless buy goo

$ST Engineering(S63.SI)$   Seems lacklustre for ST Engineering. Dropped up to 5cthis morning. Didn't see any negative news related. Anyone knows ? Hope it will get better soon. Cheers.

Hi. My goal by end of 2024 is to explore more into Options investment such as the IV, HV parameters. Started to buy 1 call option (TSMC) and its volatility is quite drastic. Moreover there is expiring date based on the strike price. Understand that it can be sold off anytime before expiring. If it expires above the strike price, how does the profit return to us ? $YZJ Shipbldg SGD(BS6.SI)$  Great news for YZJ once again regarding its increase of contracts by another US$2.6bil. It seems that its main business is getting increasingly bullish.  Demand for associated ship construction projects seems increasing as well. Hope YZJ continues to bag in more contracts progressively. With that, more and more investors will take it to ATH 52wks soon. In the longer term, YZJ will grow positively as well into the next few Q. Cheers.
