Hi. I think that it might be a very good deal to purchase SG Reits such as Mapletree PanAsia Com Tr or Mapletree Logistics Tr in view of their recovering from all time low price (52wks). Moreover interest rate would be reducing progressively by FED. The main attraction point to consider is the high dividend as well. E.g. abt 7% for Mapletree PanAsia Com Tr. This is really much higher than other counters, less the local banks which give abt 5%. Cheers and hope that the Reits will continue their upwards march. [smile] [Happy]

$ST Engineering(S63.SI)$   Why ST Engineering keeps moving southwards? Anyone knows ? Can't seem to locate any negative news. Thought latest earnings was quite up to expectations. [Speechless]  [Speechless]  [Speechless]  

$YZJ Shipbldg SGD(BS6.SI)$   Another lousy news again. Why the mkt is so reactive and panicky these days?  Will lose once sell away the shares of a strong company which you owned.  Thought the co mentioned no material impact on it in comparison to its revenue etc. ? 

$Singtel(Z74.SI)$   Singtel looks very lackluster indeed.  Sentiment seems extremely lousy. Maybe due to this Roti Prata Trump. Keeps pumping the world with his tariff threats. Endless indeed with this guy. Hope that EU can come to term with this Trump soon. [Smile]  

My best buy of the year is this Lego set. The key reason is the time that I could spend with my son to build the lego (6 packs) progressively. It is the precious moment that makes the difference. In addition, hope that the OCBC shares that I bought could also generate good dividend/growth for the next 15 to 20 yrs, I.e. could be savings for my son when he grows up. $Mapletree PanAsia Com Tr(N2IU.SI)$   Wow. MPACT dropped so much just because of minor lower dividend. The dividend is still much better than FD, Tbill, etc. Strange sentiment indeed. This Sg market really jiat lat. Sad. 

$Chagee Holdings Limited(CHA)$   Jiat lat. This Chagee dropped below IPO price and still keep dropping. Oh no. Hope it can u-turn in due time. [Sad]  

$Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing(TSM)$   Oh my. What's wrong with this TSMC?  Other tech counters like Intel is moving up fast and this TSMC is on opposite direction.  No Trump's tariff yet can't move. This TSMC is really disappointing indeed. Hope the management/board will do something like buy back shares to boost associated value of share. Cheers. [What]  

OCBC and UOB should be bullish as well for consistency with DBS's performance. Associated investment sentiment is relatively positive for bank counters currently. OCBC will be releasing its 3Q results tomorrow and it should be better results than 2Q or year-on-year in consideration that its GE company has perform exceptionally well for 3Q, i.e. $273mil+ profit. Net interest income should be stable too. Let's hope OCBC will bull up significantly tomorrow. I guessed similarly as today most likely. Cheers, and all the way OCBC ! [Sly]  [Grin]
