$YZJ Shipbldg SGD(BS6.SI)$   Wow. What's wrong with this YZJ ?  Still dropping like don't known what. China index is bulling up madly. China's stimulus measures should be boosting the performance of China companies moving forward. Yet this YZJ keeps dropping. Really strange sentiment. Oh no. Sad.

$Mapletree PanAsia Com Tr(N2IU.SI)$   With the upcoming FED reduction of interest rates. This will benefit businesses vastly, especially the reits in the longer term. Hence, MPACT should be bullish and move up progressively. Hope that it can breach $1.5 level soon. Come on MPACT; in tandem with other mapletree reits ! 

$Seatrium Ltd(5E2.SI)$   Seatrium revenue for H1 2024 is a whopping $4 Bil which is abt 39% growth year on year. Hope that Seatrium will move upwards soon. Moreover, target price from UOB Kay Hian is $2.31 (20 Sep) ! It would Cheong soon !  Cheers.

This shows the considerable potential of MPACT to rise further in due time. Hope that it will move up more from this coming Monday to Friday. It is time to go 52 weeks high for most reits. $Ley Choon(Q0X.SI)$ Quite good upcoming dividend from Ley Choon ! Its revenue and net profit are moving upwards progressively. The construction businesses seem to be doing better in view of the construction activities in Singapore. Nice Ley Choon ! Keep up the good works.

$Tiger Brokers(TIGR)$   What's wrong with this Tiger? Is share price manipulated ? Strong growth also doesn't help to drive it up. Really strange and unusual mkt reaction these days. Doesn't make sense indeed.

Australia is my favorite tour destination. I have been to Brisbane, GoldCoast, Melbourne and Perth. It is a big country with many nature places to visit. Moreover, the air are fresh and much less pollution too especially in the suburb areas. I love and missed Brisbane. I graduated from University of Queensland which is in St Lucia. Really have lots of good memories from there. Good old days indeed. Will never forget abt it. I will try to visit Brisbane again when the opportunity arise in the future. Cheers. $Ley Choon(Q0X.SI)$   Wow. Ley Choon's dividend Ex Date is on 15 Aug 2024. Nice indeed. It is the first time dividend given since many years ago. It seems significant as it is 0.27cents, which is about 5%.
