UOL is a beneficiary of the Singapore government's Central Business District (CBD) incentive as most of UOL's assets are located there, with the potential to be redeveloped into alternative mixed-use assets that offer upside to GFA and capital values. UOL also rides on the strength in the Singapore residential market, hospitality turnaround and has resilient office assets.
