@VirgilLouis:I nibbled long on this today for trade. Well see how long I stay put. Maybe my cost basis will hold up next week into years end. I'm leaving a loose cost basis stop on it. At some point market is going to sell off at least another 20-40% and this is going to be basement bargain price along with EVERYTHING tech/growth. I think this year we can make a new market low and rally into years end only to make the big dip 2023. 3-5 recovery after back to all time highs. When we rally off the actual bottom is going to be sweet and short lived. Then long slog compared to what everyone is used to. Well see. Might take to 2024 for bottom.$Microsoft(MSFT)$

tailwind</b></h2><p>Banks’ core business is in lending out money to individuals and corporations.</p><p>So, when interest rates rise worldwide, banks can also increase the interest rates they charge on their loans.</p><p>UOB had disclosed that for every rise of one percentage point in benchmark interest rates, it can enjoy a net interest income (NII) uplift of S$600 million.</p><p>The US Federal Reserve has already hiked its policy rate by 2.25% in a series of three consecutive increases of 0.75 percentage points.</p><p>Assuming the same interest rate sensitivity, UOB can expect to earn
